As far as beachbody.com goes....when you order a product during checkout they ask if you want to buy other products, if you actually READ most of the things are automtic shipments, which means that if you add, let's say the Multiviatmins, you are authorizing for that shipment and another every month, so those ppl who complain about having automatic shipments, OBVIOUSLY didn't read before they added the product and that's their fault.
As far as Slim in 6 is concerned I ordered the program, started a strict diet and increased my water intake along with the Slim in 6 series and I got outstanding results, I lost 50lbs in 2 months, and my body completley changed, it is more tight and toned. I just ordered the Slim in 6 express and its great!!
If you order a fitness series you have to also stop stuffing junk food in or mouth or you are being counterproductive, eat a healthy diet, High Fiber, High Protien and medium on carbs, if you are eating your fiber like you are supposed to you will get the GOOD carbs you need, whole wheat double fiber bread and fiber one cereal. Only lean white meat, high fiber veggies. ANd USE the system at least 4 times a week.
I hate it when ppl complain because they dont lose weight, but it's their fault for not dieting and actually doing the videos!!
