We purchased the Sonic Blade directly from the infomercial. My husband and myself both have problems with our hands and this has just been WONDERFUL! It does everything they claim and we use it daily. One blade broke, it was the plastic piece that is screwed on as a decorative stopper when you insert the blade. I used a little silicone on it and fixed it. Works great!
It does take some practice to use the fork for slicing tomatoes, onions etc. but once you learn it is very easy to do.

I purchased this product online. It was delivered in a timely manner. My husband and I both love it. It does not do cut
onions like shown on T.V. but I can do that kind of chopping faster by hand anyway. My husband slices bread in half to lower carbs. It's great for meat slicing; especially jerky. We use it almost daily and have no complaints!

A friend of mine recently ordered the Sonic Blade and she gave the 2nd one to me and we both love it! She had no problems with the order process and the product itself works wonderful and does exactly what it said it did on the infomercial. Just to let everyone out there know, whenever you order something from t.v. or most places for that matter, you almost never get your shipping & handling back. On almost all infomercials I've watched, they almost always say (less s&h charges) under the 30 day money back guarantee phrase, so I wouldn't count on getting the s&h charges back if you send something back that you ordered on t.v. I personally have had pretty good luck with infomercial items. The only one's I would steer away from are all of the real estate and get rich quick schemes. Those almost all have a mile long list of complaints on the web from people who got ripped off. Other than that, I hope everyone has better luck than the people on this site did!

I ordered my SonicBlade the middle of December and received it promptly around 10 days later via DHL. All items promised were included in the shipment and the product has performed as promised. So far, I am very pleased the the performance of the knife.

The problems have to do with the company that handles the marketing through the infomercial. I have had similar horror stories with other products bought this way- mostly to do with overcharging for S&H. Since there were no problems mentioned with with the product itself, I wanted to let everyone know that you can purchase it (as I did) at [] for $59, or roughly the same price as through the informercial. BB&B has a liberal return policy if you don't like the knife.
