I have owned the Steam Buggy for several years. Yes, the same one and it still works great. I use it for a host of cleaning projects, including the bathroom, the kitchen tile and even windows and mirrors. I sometimes run it across the carpeting to disinfect it. I am going to try it on my parrot cages next. I think it is a great product.

I have had my steambuggy for several years. Just bought another brand for my other house, couldn't find the yellow one, hopefully it works as well. This unit is great for bathroom cleanings. It works very well on my bathroom floors. I recently used it for cleaning the grooves on my doors, works great! I havent' tried it on anything extremely bad, but for daily cleaning it is wonderful!

i bought it probably 5-6 years ago and we just recently used it to help clean our carpets. we pretreated the stairs with carpet cleaner, then scrubbed our stairs - they were like new !  yes, the reservoir is small, and we'll probably upgrade, but for the current price of $60 and the attachments, it did better than professional carpet cleaners!  steam your carpets first, then go over with something like a Hoover Agility and you'll have new carpets.

I like my Steam Buggy.  It cleans my bathrooms, faucets, around the edge of the kitchen sink, anywhere there is very little room, but much dirt.  I have crank out windows, it gets the dirt from around the hardware in them.  The water reservor is small, but other than that I love my Steam  Buggy, and am getting into to a friend for her to buy one.

My partner saw this product on TV and it was in our home within a few weeks because we both hate cleaning the oven etc. She first used it on the bathroom, no problemo!!! All the mildew etc from around the sink and bath was removed, there was loads of dirt around the taps that we couldn't see! The oven, pheweee! I never knew the inside of our over was white!:o) It took about 10 seconds for the dirt and grim to start being removed from the inside of the over but after the first going over it all came off really easy! We now use it once a month to clean the bath room and kitchen! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have cleaned my bathroom (took off mildew and the white crusty stuff that even my cleanser and a chisel wouldn't touch around all the water fixtures), my kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge[including the rubber seal around the doors], countertops, cabinets, windows, walls, floors, lace curtains, mirrors, brass candle sticks, even jewelery. I will admit the fact that it has such a small tank is a bit of a drawback if you want to do a lot of major cleaning all at once, but I would not give mine up for all the tea and rice rights in China!

I like the idea of the Steam Buggy, (or most other stream cleaners) in that it could clean without chemicals.  But, I find it can't remove most of the burnt on stuff from the stove and oven.  It also got messy in that it tended to spray dirty water onto other sufaces.  I counn't find many uses for the Steam Buggy.  I found a good use for the it, though.  It loosens mildew from the shower, so that it will scrub off alot easier.  Otherwise the Steam Buggy is not very usefull.  No hard core cleaning at all.

I was shocked to see all the negative comments about the Steam Buggy.  I had gone on line to check how I could get another wand extention because mine finally broke after two years of heavy use. For me the Steam Buggy has been a life saver.  I have a long haired dog and I bought the steam buffy to pick up his hairs off the carpets.  It is the only devise that does the trick and I have three types of vacuum cleaners, (correction 4) including a Kirby - nothing really works except the Steam Buggy.
