I have been a user of Super Blue Stuff for 8 months and a Distributor for 7 months. I have yet to have a problem with receiving my shipments nor have I had any difficulty reaching the company either by phone or by fax. I used this product after receiving it as a gift for 30 days before investing my time and money in becoming a distributor. 99% of my customers have been completely satisfied and are repeat customers. Anytime I have had a question Blue Stuff Inc. employees and Customer Service has always been willing and able to answer them. My orders are promptly filled and shipped.

A week ago my mother asked me to order some Super Blue Stuff for her. I ordered it from the company site and it arrived in a few days. My mother has since used it and says that, in fact, it has actually relieved pain which she has been experiencing. I have not used it myself, but do know of one other person who also used and recommended it.

I have ordered the Super Blue Stuff several times. The first couple of times, it took about three weeks to receive the products. But, the last couple of times I have received the products within a week with one exception. I ordered some products to be shipped to a friend's address (to be charged to my credit card). The amount was charged to my credit card on March 6, 2003 and it is now March 19, 2003 and she has not received her products. I call the 800 number on March 18, 2003 around eight a.m. (I have called the 800 number several times for other reasons around the eight a.m. hour--CST and I have always talked to very pleasant people). The problems with the order that had not been received was because they said they had an incomplete zip code. I told them they had my e-mail address and my phone number why didn't they e-mail or call me. The answer was that they don't look at that. I thought that was a stupid answer but they did say they would get it in the mail today. I will see what happens.
