THE COMPANY THAT HAS ISSUES IS []. I have ordered several products in the past using this site. Whether or not the site links you off to the individual sites for the particular products IS not pertinent.
The shipping on the mop handles and replacement heads, is ridiculous. THIS I AGREE with and it is a ripoff or scam.
However, I found this to be the best mop they have come out with in ages.
[] should be investigated and more research done on the companies they do business with. The individuals who handle the orders and/or complaints are totally unprofessional. The people picking and filling orders equally unprofessional. The billing people also. Whomever processes the orders should be shot!
Yet, I am disappointed the remaining supplies and products are dwindling and hard to find.
As for the product itself, no problem with the construction.
I would avoid [], the company. IT SUCKS.

I purchased the "new and improved" version of this item called the "PVA Mop" at my local county fair. I clean a few houses for extra money and this mop definitely performs better than the regular sponge or cloth mops which end up disgustingly dirty and hard to clean. (They make me feel like I'm just pushing dirty water all over the floor). The telescoping handle works well (even after my 4-year-old son decided to play with it) and it picks up dirt well and leaves the floor almost dry. I had a bit of trouble the first time I used it with it being wobbly but, after adjusting the angle of the mop, I was able to get the hang of using it without the wobble. I love how it dries hard so no dirt and germs can "live" in it between uses. Just be sure to soak it for 10 minutes in water before using it our you could break the wringing mechanism!

It seems a lot of the complaints are from the UK. I'm from the US have bought the whole package not once, but twice. The mop works great, my mom has one. The shipping was reasonable. I honestly can't understand all the complaints. Possibly there are resellers out there who are causing the trouble. I was actually online just looking for more mop heads. They're supposed to be free for life, but even if I have to buy them I will. I LOVE my sweep and mop and have for more than 10 years!
