i purchased this product 2 months ago ,and i love it!!! my product keeps air well and the dvd they send you has a good variety in work outs. i purchased my product through either hsn or qvc so they are awesome w/customer service. i am a p.e. teacher and i am trying to bring the bean into my class, the kids whould love the workouts!
give it a try!! i change it up w/ my other work outs(weights, tredmill,total gym) lots of back support and for all ages.

I am surprised by all the leak stories. I have owned my Bean Deluxe for 6 months now and I've never had a problem with it. I love it although I think a regular exercise ball is better. I also own the Flex 10 and this is what keeps me using the bean. If it wasn't for the Flex 10, the bean would have been a waste. I still think both products are way overpriced. It inflates fast & doesn't lose air. I had it sitting around for a month tops and it still had alot of air in it. I am 180 lbs (50 lbs overweight) and the Bean holds my weight well. No rips yet. After I ordered the Bean with rush processing, I had to call back several times because it took long to deliver. They freely upgraded my Bean to the Bean Deluxe and told me it was on backorder which is why it was taking long. It took about 3 weeks to receive my order.

The Bean is great. I received it within 7 days of ordering, it only took a few minutes to inflate and the exercises are quick and easy and you feel the results the next day. It's a fantastic exercise tool. After reading the complaints about leaks etc, it made me wonder.... just how much weight are you putting on your Bean? After all, it is only plastic.

I first ordered The Bean in July of 2006. I got it. I loved it. It was great for my back. The only small detail I would mention is that the instructions said that you could blow it up in 2 mins with the pump included. I found this to be more like 15 mins. After about 6 months unfortunately it did develop leaks. The patches provided were useless. About 3 weeks ago I finally called the customer service number. I was on hold for about 10 mins. When I got someone they told me to cut The Bean Logo off my unit and send in a check for $7.95. I did. I received a new Bean Delux today. It is bigger and more stable. There is a new pump that does inflate the unit in about 2 mins. There is a different plastic design that I hope will prevent leaks. Hey! The company is trying. I respect that. The Bean is a good product. Thanks, Bob

I just wanted to say that I have had the bean for about a year. I haven\'t had any problems with it at all. I didn\'t order it from the internet or anything like that, I purchased it at a local retailer. To maintain the bean use the pump to \"pump\" it up, when you are finished, release all the air from it. It has lasted all this time for me.
