I completely agree with what other people have stated in Trudeau's offense. I noticed that many people have complained about the cost of the diet and the amount of calories you are taking in. It is important t o keep in mind that although some of the days in the diet are only made up of 500 calories - all you're eating is fruit, vegetables and some meat! Thats still a lot of fruit and vegetables! The point is to clean you of toxins! The fact that HCG is not available in America is because the FDA knows its good and is not willing to provide it. Do you actually think they're going to tell you the truth? - and throw away all the millions of dollars spent on other products just for the one new one? Please. Blame America for the high prices. Its not Trudeaus fault. By following Trudeaus advice for many things, I feel so much better - in health and about my body. I feel like I have control and that I can protect myself. Its an awesome feeling.

I\'m defending this product because I found an easy way to get the HCG. You don\'t have to get the injections, you can just order HCG capsules from his website [].com. And you don\'t have to do all the colonics and saunas, etc. He repeats several times that you don\'t have to do any of the Phase 1 prep - you will just get better results if you do. The HCG caps did reduce my hunger and I did lose weight (12 pounds the first 10 days). Very exciting! This actually worked for me much better than other things I\'ve tried so I just ordered more and got them right away. It\'s too bad the HCG caps were formulated after the book was printed. The caps are $150 for 3 weeks and $300 for 6 weeks, but worth it.

I have tried every weight loss claim available. when i recieved this book and I read it I was disapointed because I thought no one could ever do all these things .eat all orgaic, colonics etc.. i decided to give it the same shot as all the other diets. within 2 days I felt like I was young again and was losing weight. This is the best thing that has happened to me. I no longer take blood pressure meds or cholestereral meds, acid reflux is a thing of the past. in only 6 short months I have lost 48 lbs and feel absolutley great. Sure sounded hard at first but it is really simple, and I never did use the HGG shots,or use all the protocl, but the parts of the porotocol that were used worked very well. I give this a thumbs up Pam
