Hello there. I would like to say that I have ordered his course and his book. And for me, it's perfect for a beginner. It explains everything, plus it also addresses things that hold us back from moving forward in real estate. It is basic, and gives opportunity for those that have some experience as well. Sounds like the complainer, is just looking for something to complain about. Sad for him, but he probably complains about everything. It might be a bit elementary for him, but for a true beginner, looking to get their feet wet in real estate, it's perfect.

My husband and I purchased the think a little different from Dean and have nothing bad to say about it. We have learned so much from Dean and are using his techniques and guides to get us some money! I don't know why anyone would complain. They are probably just lazy and don't work for anything in life. No offense.
