I ordered Turbo Jam at the end of August and started the program on the 2nd of September. I received my products in a timely fasion. Beachbody gave me the option to add supplements and memberships to my order, but I declined and have not been charged extra money. When I worked fast food I was taught to suggestive sell extras, so why do people have a problem with this company suggesting extras that you can decide not to purchase? It isn't a scam, it's a business. I did the 10 Day Turbo Slim and lost 3 pounds and 10 inches overall in just 10 short days. I decided to join the Million Dollar Body club and LOVE that too. The support is great and keeps me motivated. I have not seen extra charges and am very pleased with the service from Beachbody. I will order [] from Beachbody when it comes out in November. I also plan to order [] from them as well.

I LOVE turbo jam! It's a great workout that really get's you in shape. I have had a problem with beachbody when I bought another one of their products and I got put on the taking money from my account every month program. However, when I called them about it, they apologized and said since I was a valued customer that they would refund all the money and wished me a good afternoon. In addition, when I recently got a crack in one of my DVD's (I've had them since 2006), I called to get a replacement. They said they could send me a replacement for $20 and asked if I would like to purchase a lifetime warranty for $10. Then they said that actually, if I bought the warranty now, they would replace my dvd for free because I was an old customer. In fact, they can't send just one DVD, they have to send them all, so they were willing to send me the whole set free because I had been their customer for a long time. So, in summary, BeachBody is cool and Chalene ROCKS!

I purchased Turbo Jam through a vendor on [] after reading so many negative experiences about ordering on through Beach Body directly. I am not interested in vitamins, diet/workout cards, etc. The only extra I was interested in were the weighted gloves. The DVD I bought is called Turbo Jam--5 Rockin' Workouts. It includes Learn & Burn, 20 Minute, Turbo Sculpt, Cardio Party and Ab Jam. I also bought some 1 lb weighted gloves at [].
The DVD is fun, but challenging. I mix it up with more weight training based DVDs and running on a treadmill. Chalene and the gang keep it light-hearted, but she emphasizes the technique. In Learn & Burn, she explains her moves, though when doing the other workouts, I sometimes need a couple of repetitions to remember the move and get it right. but that could just be me being uncoordinated. But I can get it.
This is my go-to tape when I know I should workout, but may otherwise blow it off. I do sweat quite a bit and I feel the burn in my torso the next day. A good, fun workout, but I figure why risk the credit card nightmares.

I ordered Turbo Jam because I wanted a fun and easy way to lose weight and stay in shape (kinda lazy wont lie). I recieved it 2 months later in the middle of July, that was the ONLY problem i had. Ive been using it since, and its only been 2 weeks and ive lost 10 pounds, AMAZING. Im 16, and all i want to do is stay in shape and look good. I have SO much fun doing it, i even got my mom to workout with me and she's lost 5 pounds in the last week. In my honest opinion its not Turbo Jam's fault nor Chalene's. If you blame someone blame the post, and Beachbody for giving so much difficulties, because Chalene's product is absolutely wonderful. I recommend for people who are interested about Turbo Jam, to order it from [] if they dont trust BeachBody. Im being completely sincere when I write this, Turbo Jam is WORTH trying. I promise.

I recently purchased Turbo Jam Maximum Results through a third party, and I love the product. The workouts are easy and fun, and very effective. I've lost an average of an inch a week off my belly. Chalene (the instructor) is very motivating. If you are concerned about pushy salespeople or extra charges, don't order directly from BeachBody, though I've ordered from the company before without any problems.

I actually bought my TJ package about a year ago. I finally pulled off the shelf and started sweating. 7 days later I was already down 8.2 pounds( along with healthy eating). The only regret I have is not starting it a year ago. When I ordered the videos,I didn't have one problem!!

I just ordered turbo jam by phone and was the person did not try to sell me anything else. I have ordered from beachbody before (slim in 6) and that is helping me lose weight currently but after seeing the turbo jam I wanted that since it is focused more on your stomach and that is where i need to lose most of my weight but the slim in 6 is a great exercise for mostly your lower body (my legs are looking great). Hopefully my tummy will too in a couple of weeks with turbo jam.

I have never purchased anything from television, especially from an infomercial. However, Turbo Jam really caught my attention and I ended up watching the entire thing 2 times. I decided to jump online and order the whole package. I had absolutely NO problems, NO added charges, the package was delivered within 2 days, and I have already lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. (and that's without modifying my diet!) I am extremely pleased with Turbo Jam and the online community available at Beachbody.com. Charlene is amazing, and her workouts are fun and easy to sweat to! :)

Turbo Jam really does work!!! This is one weightloss program that is really worth your money. If you feel as if you're being scammed into ordering the advanced DVD's when you call to order the basic program, just simply tell them no. That's what I did! You never get bored and they really do work. I started out at 185 pounds and in less than 4 months, I was down to 156. I went on ebay and ordered the advance workout DVDs. The music is great and the workouts are easy to learn. You can go high impact or low impact and work out at your own pace. I have pre-existing injuries and I was still able to lose a lot of weight. And, for no extra cost to you, there is a free online workout gym that you can workout with other real people who are just like you.

i watched the tv infomercials and wanted to buy turbo jam really bad, but i made my first mistake when i went online to look up info about the product and found multiple websites with comments about how the product was not worth the price and how horrible customer service was, but more than anything people wrote that they were charged for items they didnt order and that they could not reach customer service so for 3 months i pushed back buying tj because of the things i had read, i finally decided to order my copy on 5/31/08 which was a saturday i received it on 6/4/08 which was a wednesday, customer service emailed me to let me know my tracking number and when it should arrive,i have not been charged for anything else! i want people to know that when u order from a company u have to realize that u are not the only one that has ordered and that sometimes mistakes are made! when people need info they come to these sites for accurate info and the truth !! so for all of u who are pissed off b/c u ordered wrong or were to impatient to get the matter resolved in the proper way u can go to ebay and buy it for double the price or amazon.com for triple the price b/c i checked them both after i had read these sites im just glad i came to my senses before i bought from ebay or amazon b/c those packages they offer are not complete and they cost more!!! so why not order fro beachbody and pay 59 dollars for the complete set w/ the gloves! i hope this was helpful i know im long winded i just wanted to share my story!

I ordered Turbo Jam online and had no problems. I love the workouts! They're fun, energetic and have great music. I look forward to doing it every day. I've already lost 15 pounds and my clothes are too loose! Don't shoot the messenger! Just because there seems to be a lot of customer service problems, doesn't mean that the actual DVDs aren't good. Buy it on Online or on Ebay and try it for yourself.

I also do not see why there have been so many complaints with this product. I ordered it online on a Monday and received it that Friday. I also agree with the person who asked: Who orders by phone nowadays anyways? I feel so much more secure ordering online and being able to print off what I ordered, just for records. My advice to everyone complaining: quit ordering by phone!
I ordered Turbo Jam Maximum Results, as well as the extra DVD's and warrany on all of the DVD's. No, I was not pressured by a salesperson to buy the extras. I simply felt that, for an extra $50 it was worth it. And boy was a I right. The extra DVD package I bought have been some of my favorite exercises. Especially the Lower Body Jam, I can already feel that it is making a difference.
I have only been doing Turbo Jam for about 2 weeks now and have already lost 8 pounds and at least an inch on my waist, which is a lot considering I only weighed 127 in the first place. I have seen numerous success stories from using this product, whether they are real or not. But they way I figure, there is NO WAY this cannot work for you. As long as you stick with it, it WILL give you results. Maybe not as drastic as you would like, but if you try your hardest..you will notice a difference!
I am determined to use this workout everyday, along with watching what I eat. Sure, I don't need to lose much weight at all.. But I still feel that this is a great way for me to get back into shape and keep it off.
So basically, order it online and give it a try. If you don't like it, you can always send it back. Not a big deal. :)

I also ordered online and didn't have any problems. Love the workouts. Two weeks after I started doing the "Turbo Sculpt" DVD (3 times/week) there was a very noticeable difference in my physique. I definitely recommend this product!

I ordered Turbo Jam online on a weekend and it was at my house the following Thursday. The site offers other programs to buy (more advanced Turbo workouts and supplemental services), but you only have to go through two offers (and either select "yes" or "no") before the order process is over.
Besides clearly showing what my card would be charged, Beachbody sent e.mails all along the way. Also, I got an e.mail with the name of a "coach" before the product even came.
I find the program well put together. The instructor is easy to follow. They offer the beginning DVD that shows how to do each move. They give you everything you need (the booklets and weighted gloves), including a diet plan if you want that.
I haven't followed the program long enough to be able to vouch for results, but I ordered it because I wanted a structured, easy-to-follow, program that I (not one to go to a gym) could live with.
Common sense would tell anyone that following the program correctly means - worst case - getting moving and burning up additional calories. Beachbody tells people (in the booklet and, I think, on their site) that every person is different. Their booklet suggests a modified diet menu for people with a better body fat index than many people have.
To me, the program is well put together. There were certainly no billing or shipping problems. The site offers support for people who want that. I ordered the extra set of workouts, so for my money (plus shipping) I got twelve workouts (7 DVDs), weighted gloves, booklets, a tape measure, and a resistance strap. If I continue to follow the program faithfully I'll also get what I expected, which is a structured program of exercises that will get me using more calories and using muscles I don't use when I walk for exercise.
I can see how "workout pro's" would want something less "beginner", but for the person who wants to burn up some calories and increase physical activity I don't see why anyone would say Turbo Jam is a ripoff.
I've noticed that many of the sites that say they "aren't sure" if it works enough muscles to be really effective have ads (or actually sell) diet pills and other questionable weight loss products.
I think there's a point where Beachbody gives customers what they say they'll give them. It's up to the consumer to follow the program correctly to get the best results.

People, honestly. It's called having a backbone. If you decide to call in your order, expect that you will be speaking to a salesperson whose job it is to try to convince you to buy more. We live in America, for god's sake. Just get a backbone and say no.
OR just order it online! In this day and age, why would you be calling anyway?
The product is great, and totally worth the money. Turbojam is the most fun workout I've ever done. I have no complaints and would order from beachbody in the future.

I was also nervous when I read the complaints but I had already ordered. I received my order on the 5th day! Great program, you just have to get used to the moves. They charrged my credit card the right amount and I called customer service to ask a question and had NO hold time, spoke to a knowledgable person IMMEDIATELY. I also e-mailed customer service and I received an answer within 12 hours and then a followup 24 hours later to make sure I was taken care of! I think the people who had problems did something wrong during the order process, and then made the problem worse by being nasty to the customer service people. Lots of people don't want to admit THEY may have made a mistake and would rather blame it on the company!

Turbo Jam is a great workout. Just don't call infomericals because you will inevitably have the frustrating experiences that people have reported and most items sold on infomercials are also available online. Turbo Jam is easy to order online with little hassle and some of the extra stuff is free.
