I ordered this product. I have had no problems with this compnay. They charged my credit card excatly what it was suppose to be. The item arrived a few days later then expected, but it happens sometimes. I went to the website and clicked on the live chat button waited about 3 minutes and someone was right there to help. She told me when my item was shipped and gave me the tracking number. I tracked it and the next day it was delivered.

I love Turbo Jam and have seen amazing results after years of frustration at the gym. I also have not yet been overcharged for anything but have kept a close eye on my receipts and credit card statements. My first shipment arrived very quickly and I was happy, however the last 2 shipments when I ordered upgrade packages were a little slow due to the Canadian Postal system, and also I believe there was a power outage beyond Beachbody's control that shut things down for 7 days, (including their phone lines) but I did eventually receive everything that was ordered. The complaints about being overcharged or billed for products not ordered are a little concerning, so I will keep my eye on everything, but so far everything has added up. It is good to have a website so that everyone can be aware.

I take orders for the Turbo Jam infomercials. All calls are recorded and if we added items that customers did not want, we would be terminated. Problem is customers DO NOT LISTEN to what the offers are and often just agree to additional items added to their orders. Often I am aware of this and have to make them understand what they have agreed to. Anyhow, I purchased Turbo Jam through the beachbody website because I had a discount coupon for being an operator. I printed out my receipt for MY RECORDS. I received my package within 7 BUSINESS days, With an additional unexpected free workout. I was charged only what I agreed to. I am well aware about turbo jam customer service problems, I believe that they are due to the huge call volume and demand for the product, AND from people who want to cancel their online support after they got their free receipe book. I do think Turbo Jam got overwhelmed by the sheer volume of orders they received, but I don't believe that there is any deliberate fraud involved. Oh, one more thing - I am consistently amazed at the amount of people who do not write down the CS# that is given at the end of their order, and who call the orderline back to complain that they have not received their order in 5 days when they are told twice on the order line 5 to 7 business days. Then we have to give them the CS# all over again. No wonder the call volume is so high and they are having tech difficulties, customers really do not listen when they place their orders. If it helps anyone, if you are having TJ issues, be patient - I am sure it will be resolved soon for you.

I purchased Turbo Jam when it was first released in September. The shipping was quick, but when I got the DVD's, there were some that were defective. Beachbody was quick to send me the replacement copies, however, a couple more started freezing past the 30 day return date which worried me. Beachbody sent me replacements (of the remastered copies) no problem and also allowed me to purchase the lifetime replacement after the fact. Since then I have had no more quality problems with the DVD's and have been a happy BB & TJ customer ever since. This program is truly as fun as it looks in the infomercial. Once you start, you are hooked! I've been seeing amazing results - my cardio endurance is great, I've started to tone up, my belly and thighs are shrinking...I love it!

I take calls for this product and we read what we are to read and if you were to listen to what is being offered to you then you would know what you are getting. Turbo jam is an excellent program. We do not add things you dont say we can we risk losing our job and trust me I wont lose my job its a great job

I Love Turbo Jam. I ordered it online at Beachbody.com and had no problems with the order. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I recommend ordering online because you can print out your order information after it is placed. You will have a record of the exact items you purchased.
