Please don't judge this product by the customer service you may have received. The workout and dvds are unbelievable and so is the support from the very people in the videos! Via message boards, myspace etc. They really care and this product really works. I ordered it about a year and a half ago, online, (and from Canada no less) and had no problems. But if you are nervous about ordering it online, or on the phone I have seen it in stores now too.

I live in Alberta Canada. Ordered this product April 13, was expecting it to take a couple of weeks. It arrived April 17. Worth the upgrade.
Had no troubles with rceiving e-mals etc as they came when they sid they would. Used the prduct tonite. I will have to work on my co-ordination but I broke a sweat. Yeah.

As for all of these people complaining, I invite you to join the 21st century and place your order ONLINE. I've ordered from Beachbody several times over the past 8 years and have never had delivery problems. The online transaction is safe, simple, and although they try to upsell, you can just bypass those windows and place your order. Best of all, you get a receipt at the end of the transaction knowing how much you paid/owe. Your transaction is automatically put in the system without having to go through a service rep first.
Just buy online!

My mom ordered Turbo Jam and Slim in 6 from Beach Body. I remember her telling me that the Turbo Jam took a little longer than expected to ship but she didn\'t find that to be a problem. I use Turbo Jam and I love the workout. I haven\'t used Slim in 6 yet and I don\'t know if I will because it doesn\'t have the same intensity that Turbo Jam does.
It\'s unfortunate that people are having trouble with buying/ receiving their videos because Turbo Jam is a quality product.

Turbo Jam sent me their dvd/weight gloves deal (as seen on T.V.) right away. I'd rec'd it 9 days later and LOVE it!! I've checked w/visa what I was charged and it was correct-Thank God! I was ready to cancel my order after reading the complaints,but decided to try my luck. Oh, Meghan is right-Check your JUNK e-mail folder, that's where my tracking # e-mail wound up. Try it you'll love it. I'm so psyched to get my shape back! SO tired of my butt hitting the back of my knees when I walk!!:)

I ordered Turbo Jam two weeks ago and it got here in 6 days, no prolems. Yeah, they try to sell you a bunch of other stuff, but it's not that hard, just say no. I ordered it from the phone and they charged my credit card the right amount. I need to lose weight for a wedding in the summer, so when I saw this I wanted to try it. And it works. I've already lost about 5 or 6 pounds and some inches. Chalene is amazing.

The only thing I get from reading these complaints is this: these people are the ones that are hard to please and expect things to be done their way. HELLO, how can you not love it? Mine was delivered in 6 days, and had no problems what-so-ever. Even if I had to wait a couple more days for it to be shipped, well, the wait would be worth it. Do the videos instead of trying so hard to complain, you will lose weight, look better, feel fantastic and your mood will change along with it. Who knows, it may even may them a bit less negative!! This product is wonderful, and I actually came on here to order Turbo Jam for my aunt when I came across all this negative talk. I am shocked, and disagree 100%!

I am very shocked that I have come across this website, and have read very bad reviews for Turbo Jam. Honestly, this is the first time I've seen any bad reviews for this product. I am a happy customer of Turbo Jam since Feb(its now April). I have a blast doing the workouts, and I see very good results from them. I am also very addicted to Turbo Jam. I will be returning to the site to buy more products. I will admit, it took a couple weeks to receive my order. I was pretty upset about it because I couldn't wait to get my jam on. I politely contacted the company via email, informed them of my frustrations and within 2 days they came back and said they were backordered(UNDERSTANDABLE, Turbo Jam is HOTT!), and that they would refund my shipping money while bumping it up to 2 day shipping. I was ecstatic! They stuck to their word, and I happily got my product within 2 days. Thanks Turbo Jam..Beachbody...I love you! I highly recommend the products from Beachbody.com.

I have never had any problems with any of the Beachbody products. I have using their items for 5 years now. I do like the Turbo Jam workout, and, I was charged for the online membership that I didn't want. However, I tried that as well and ended up making a lot of friends which assisted in my weight loss. I think it is a good product. Maybe the demand right now is higher than the customer service can support. I agree they should have better service, however, I personally have never, ever had a problem.

I have ordered Turbo Jam and many other Beachbody products over the past several years. While I did have some issues several years ago, I find their service has improved immensely since then. I do my ordering online to avoid the upsells, but let's remember that the people you talk to are doing their jobs! Turbo Jam is NOT a scam. Beachbody.com is NOT out to rip you off. As with any company, you will always have a few people who have had bad experiences, but overall I have been very happy with Beachbody. I wouldn't keep coming back if I didn't!
One more thing - I live in Canada, and where it used to take 4-6 weeks to get my orders, I now get them in less than 2 weeks. That's pretty darn amazing!

I ordered this product in early March. Although the product did nor arrive in the 5-7 business days...actually took a little over 2 weeks. I did get an email from Beachbody stating my product was "delayed" and I would be receiving it soon.
I have ordered other Beachbody products (Power90), and had no problems with it either. All in all, I am very happy with all of my orders from Beachbody and plan on ordering again. I absolutely LOVE Turbo Jam!! I have been a FIRM fan for a long time.....until Miss Chalene came along! I can't wait to get home after work everyday to JAM!!

If you've read the complaints, please take this into consideration:
1. Order online. There is no sense in calling anyone these days to order anything! Ordering online you are able to easily decline all the offers and move forward with what you want. you also don't have to be 'concerned' about impolite customer service reps. Just order online it takes a few minutes and BOOM, you're done and your product it on its way to you.
2. If you have an issue with shipping times, don't place your order right after something is introduced. This goes for any product not sold in stores. Of course there could be a backorder. Just give it a while after something new is out and then order :)
3. If you don't like the product - (don't worry...you'll LOVE IT!!!) Then...well...return it! You can do this EASILY by going online to turbojam.com then click on customer service. Click the link to chat online with someone. This will still be waaay faster and easier than calling.
Trust me, I know people are complaining about ordering. But seriously, that's beachbody as a company, not Turbo Jam. Just make it easy on yourself - order it online; it'll be at your house in a week or two and you'll never know why on earth anyone was upset about this product!

I have never had a problem with Turbo Jam or Beachbody. Whenever I order something, it arrives fairly quickly and I never upgrade my shipping. I have been an aerobics instructor in the past and am now a mom and, so, an avid home exerciser and these are the ONLY videos I have found that get you a gym-quality workout at home. I never buy infomercial stuff, but Turbo Jam looked like it was just my style, so I ordered it. I know I sound like the commercial, but, for the first time, I actually saw the six pack abs coming through in a couple of weeks. I had to return something once and was quickly given a RMA number and had no problems at all.

I have read the complaints and am totally amazed! I had no idea that people were having such trouble with this product. I LOVE Turbo I saw the infomercial and since I don't trust the people you talk to when you call these places I ordered it online and had zero problems. I got the product in a little over a week with everything in it. So a couple weeks later I ordered more from beachbody and am totally happy! So, I'd suggest you order online not over the phone.

I have ordered several of the Turbo Jam DVD's and loved them! I find it interesting that all the people complaining have not received the product. I got my DVDs in a very reasonable amount of time, but even if I hadn't of...the wait would've been worth the results! Be patient and choose to cut others a break - You will be the winner in the end!

I was hesitant to order TJ since I read all of these reviews and thought oh no, I am sure I would be a part of this minority of people having difficulty with thier order. However, as I read I noticed a few things. One people weren't fully reading the fine print. TJ sends you an email when they have shipped your order. They promise that you will receieve it 5-7 days from the time is it shipped NOT from the time that you order it. I order Turbo Jam on March 5th. It shipped on March 9th and then I got in on March 18th. All within the time limit that Beachbody specified. On top of that I called customer service a few times to check on my order. I paid for the product in one lump payment rather than installments. I also was able to track the package. All in all I am satisfied with the product and BB customer service.

I purchased this product after constantly seeing the infomercial on Tv. I got it within a week and I live in another country. My mom has been using it and she thinks it is fun and absolutely amazing. The products arrive in a box well labeled, they give you a menu card, a 10 day challenge- just a lot of information for your body type etc. I believe in this product!!!

I had no problems ordering this product. I ordered it over the their Internet site. All the extra things they try and sell you was a bit annoying, but as it was over the Internet it's really easy to skip past all that. I placed my order on the 19th March. I got an email on the 25th saying it had been shipped and I received it this evening being the 28th. No problems or over charges or anything.
