I have not ordered TurboJam but I have ordered several other products from the same company (BeachBody) over the last several years, and have always received prompt and efficient service. The company is successful and has been in business a long time. I have always been VERY happy with the quality of all the products received -- they really offer some great workouts. Perhaps they're using a less-than-stellar call center to help with ordering or customer service, and I hope if so, they will take care of this. But believe me, the company is reputable and they do not sell "scam" products!
Remember the old days when we always had to wait "6 to 8 weeks for delivery" and now we're upset if we don't get something within 3 days! Please give Beachbody time to sort out your problems, I know they will do right by you! :)

I have used Beachbody products in the past since 2004. I have had nothing but good experiences.
I have just reordered the TurboJam DVDs, because I gave my first set away last year. I placed the order on Saturday, March 22, 2008. We will see how long it takes. But, I can honestly say that I've had nothing but great experience, and will continue to do business with them.

I received Turbo Jam 12 days after ordering. Day 8 I made contact via e-mail and was answered the next day about the delay. I did the work out 10 days and lost 10 lbs and 5 1/2 inches. I followed the diet pretty close as well. I was a little frustrated with learning some of the moves but have caught on with the help of my teenage daughter that is motivating me to keep going. The product is what it is advertised to be. Be careful of what you choose because of all the extras (bait and hook).

I read these complaints and it's silly one lady is mad because she did not get a confirmation email, hello CHECK YOUR junk mail folder. I have ordered emany Turbo Jam dvds from beachbody and never once have I had any problems. Secondly I tried everything possible that was healthy diet and exercise wise and could not lose weight 2 months after starting Turbo Jam I had lost 20 pounds doing it 5 days a week. It sounds like a majority of the problems is with the people ordering on the phone a diffrent company handles the phone orders I believe. Just order online from [] like I said I have never ever had any problem. Im not trying to be rude I got ripped off by the Bender Ball scam but really Turbo Jam is the best thing you can do to lose weight. Ignore the complaints an order directly from the manufacter beachbody online.

I ordered the product online very easily with a on time payment. While I was somewhat disappointed that the product did not arrive in 5 to 7 days, BeachBody sent me an e-mail to let me know there would be a slight delay. I received the product within 14 days. The product is excellent and I'm very happy that ordered it. One of my co-workers who ordered at the same time (early February) had exactly the same experience.

I ordered Turbo Jam last summer. It took about 5 days to get it in my hands. This product is amazing. Chalene is a great coach. She will motive you to the max. Beachbody.com is a great company I think. I also ordered P90X. I am 43 years old and in the best shape of my life. People tell me all the time how great I look and I owe all to Chalene and Tony. The greatest coaches around. Now if you are serious about getting fit dont listen to the complainers. That is just another excuse people use not to get in shape. Yes it happens sometimes that things take longer than expected just stick by your decision to get fit, even if it takes a little longer than first expected. Get over the grudge. Sooner or later when you get the DVds just push play and see your body change. You, your body, your husband/wife, children are going to thank you for making the right choice. I have ordered other items on Beachbody's infomercials. I can't stand when they try to offer you all the "extras" with your order. I just tell em straight out. I am ordering what I just told you I was ordering and that's IT! I'm not rude about it, but I'm ordering what I'm looking at on tv, not all these supplements and these auto-ship things that will keep charging me. I went on another site to order Turbo Jam since I did not need all the extra stuff like the measuring tape, recipes and such. I just have the 5 workouts and LOVE them! I look forward to working out at 6:00 am and in less than 2 weeks (with JUST the dvd'S) I have lost inches and have put on clothes I've never worn!

I ordered turbo jam and recieved it 6 days later. I love love love it. I have lost a lot of weight. If you have ever ordered anything off of an infomercial they have to try to sell you a bunch of stuff when you call. I would say the call might have lasted 15 minutes or so. It's definately worth ordering.

After reading all of the comments I decided to cancle my order. I did not have luck at first becuase according to customer service, my order had already been processed. I decided to contact the email I found from Pierre from Beachbodys on the rebutle page messageboards@beachbody.com and he was so VERY helpful. Not only did he take care of me quickly and respond right away kindly and professionally, that kind of service made me decide that I would go ahead and give the product a try. I placed my order on a Sunday 2/17 and since monday was a holiday, I do not expect to see it until Wed. or Thurs. of next week since express delivery is 5-7 business days. So now I wait. So don't go by what others say, give them a chance to give you great customer service.

I had no problem with ordering Turbo Jam Maximum Results by phone. Yes, they tried to sell me other products and services, but I declined, and was never charged for anything but for what I ordered. I've also ordered other Turbo Jam videos through their website, and had no problems. I received both product shipments in timely matter. And the product really works well if you are serious and stick to it.

I have to say I was very worried after reading all the complaints. We ordered Turbo Jam from Beach Body and I didn\'t think it was ever going to get shipped out. I too though I was getting scammed especially after I call the 1800 number they offer. Someone from India I\'m guessing read me a bunch off bull off of some paper they was reading. Well, I got the american number and it was a totally diferent exsperience. They explained to me that there was alot of back orders because of so many people ordering the same product and that I would get it 5 to 7 days after its been shipped. It took me 3 weeks to get it but after they shipped it out it only took 3 days to get it. Anyways... Turbo Jam is the best workout ever. I lost 30 pounds with it in 2 months.Beach Body may not be the best place to order things if you want it done the right way but, don\'t let it turn you away from Turbo Jam. There are other places to order. Thank you Chalene for giving me hope.

I ordered Turbo Jam from the infomercial. I got exactly what they said and I decided on the one time charge instead of the monthly installments. I used my debit card and was charged that amount and no more. I received it shortly after ordering and had no problems with the product or being charged incorrectly.

I read the horror stories about Turbo Jam and was unsure about ordering it from BeachBody. My fiance assured me to go ahead. I ordered the product online and carefully checked NO to the other offers they were trying to sign me up for. I ordered on a Thursday night. I received email conformation that my order was submitted, and that the item was currently out of stock, but should be in stock within the next week. My item was shipped out 4 days later (including weekends). My credit card was not charged UNTIL my order was shipped. The first installment was supposed to be $38.43 but was $37 instead. Not sure why, but I'll take it. I received my package today, everything was in great condition and all packaged as promised!!!

I read all the complaints and instead of ordering from [], I ordered from an auction website and my entire package arrived within THREE business days without using my credit card. Great product...just hate that others have had less than positive experiences ordering. Next time, do a little research and try alternate resources!

I ordered this product after watching an infomercial and had no problems with delivery, product or customer service. The program would most likely work much better if I actually used it, but that's just my procrastination. I am noticing a lot of complaints on products about payments and shipping. I occasionally have these problems with overbilling and they are not related to the infomercials. This stuff happens sometimes. Know what to look out for so that any overbilling can be fixed. and make sure to cancel any unwanted automatic memberships.
