Beachbody is a wonderful company with a GREAT product; I would love for everyone to want to experience this for themselves without having to worry about anything else but your health and fitness. This product does work and you really do burn the calories! I have heard a lot of people complaining about being over-charged on their credit card; I suggest doing what I did and purchase the item from [] :) I got my DVD\'s in less than a week and never had to give out my credit card number. I definitely recommend this product...just buy it from [] instead ;)

Turbo Jam is NOT a scam- and neither is Million Dollar Body- There are times when any product you buy will have customer service issues-but I would talk to the people at the top- supervisors and so on!
Turbo Jam has helped me shed 115 pounds since May of 2006-
I have ordered various things through Million Dollar Body- I once had a customer service issue, and it was handled professionally- I am not making excuses if someone doesn't get the products they ordered and paid for- they need to take it to the top-

I'm a big informercial junkie and have bought several items from Beach Body as well as other sites and rarely have a problem. The reason is that I order the products online and not through the 1-800 number. It is easy and gives you complete control. It also saves time since you are not forced to listen and keep saying "no" to all their special offers.

On the contrary, my experiences have been very positive and I really love and appreciate their online support systems/community. I wish luck to those who've had bad dealings with them. I have bought two different types of Turbo Jam, and have no complaints. People are complaining about the "express" delivery of 5-7 days, and it actually taking 2 weeks. If you read the information - it's 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS - so yes, if you order on a Friday, you may not get until 2 weeks later. Secondly, people complain that they were charged an amount after the free trial period. If you 'forget' to cancel after the free trial period and they charge you, you cannot really expect them to give you a refund? When I ordered I paid in full (no monthly payments) and did not sign up for any of the 'free' offers. If you read the free offers in full, MOST of them will start charging you after a trial period. If you forget to cancel, that's on you. My advice, if you don't want to pay the fee later or won't remember to cancel - don't sign up for the trial period in the first place. I couldn't be happier with the Turbo Jams DVDs.

I bought Turbo Jam last year and I had no problems with them adding any new charges. As I'm reading all the products I have on this website, the common detail everyone seems to have is that people use payment plans and when I look at people defending products, they seem to pay the full payment and have no problem what so ever. So my advice is that you do only one payment and pay in full and if you have to do payment plans just save emails and that can be your defense if you ever have to cancel. Also when you do try to cancel, always get an email from them or a confirmation number saying it will be canceled. That way you have proof and you can one day take them to court maybe. Good Luck!

I've ordered several of Turbo Jams products through the beachbody website and have never had a problem. They were a day or two late when I ordered last January, but in their defense I ordered on New Years day (which is when I imagine a lot of people are ordering fitness products) and I'm not sure if it's their fault, or UPS's. I've never been overcharged for the products or billed for products I didn't order. When ordering through the website, they do offer upgrades, but I've always clicked "No thanks" and haven't had a problem. I've been very happy with the DVD's and have lost a few inches and a few pounds with the program. I've noticed quite a few of the complaints were that customers couldn't understand the customer service rep, but beachbody has a customer service center in the US that you can reach at 1 (800) 416-1242 if you prefer to use that. Overall my experience with the beachbody company has been a good one and I wouldn't hesitate to order products from them again.

I have ordered all of the Turbo Jam videos from the [] website. The first set of video's was automatically upgraded to express shipped and arrived in less than 7 business days. All of the others I ordered were standard ground shipping and still arrived in less than 10 days to my door step. The quality is awesome, my credit card was charged properly (each time) and anything else Chalene makes I will buy because the results are amazing and the workouts are so cool! Chalene is my exercise inspiration! You rock, girlie!

I am totally defending Turbo Jam 100%. Chalene Johnson has put together an excellent problem to release pounds and inches while getting fit, along with nutritious guidelines to follow. She makes exercising fun and has proven with each DVD she makes that if exercise isn't fun, you won't keep doing it. I have released weight. I have friends that have released over 100 pounds and they can be found in the Success Stories and these are real deal people that got their life together and had fun doing it instead of making it a 8 week torture camp. Beachbody which is now called Million Dollar Body has a lot to be desired for it's customer service but generally, if you follow the instructions for ordering and "read" before you commit, there is not a problem. I highly suggest anyone ordering from Beachbody/MBD purchase the lifetime warranty for replacement on the DVDs.

I have never had any problems with order Beach Body Products. I first ordered the Power 90, Slim 6, and Turbo Jam. I order directly off the Beach Body website, if you read the questions there should be no misunderstanding. They try to sell other products but when you decline to order the extra products, there is no problem. I received my items fast and with no additional charges. I was billed in three installments as stated and no extra hidden charges. They have great products but with like everything else, most of the when you call customer service, you are not calling anyone in the US, it is in another country and you speak to foreigners. My advice to everyone - if you have access to a computer, it's best to order products that way - no bushy foreign sales person, you can ready extactly what you are ordering and print the information and that way there is no confusion. I have found this a great way to order products...

I have to admit also, that I was a little worried when I saw this thread. I even called the company and talked to a woman to make sure everything was right and I wasn't being charged for any online services or anything. I did however, order the Maximum results package, and guess what? At the bottom of the first page, it clearly states that once you hit submit, your card will be billed for the amount shown on the screen. Don't blame the company for being ignorant, and not being able to follow instructions. Yes, they try and upsell you, but you know what, so do fast food restaurants. And anywhere else that sells a product. It's part of business. Just skip the pages, and get what you originally wanted. That quarterly fee? That's the Million Dollar Body CLUB fee... MDB is free, but only parts of it, the rest is BILLED QUARTERLY. The supplements? You get one bottle free, then have to cancel. If you didn't cancel, you get charged, plain and simple. I'm sorry, but as adults, you really need to start following instructions and paying attention.

People! Calm down and READ carefully what you're agreeing to on BeachBody website. Yes, by the time you finish your order, they'll ask you to purchase lots and lots of other items - from pills, to extra DVDs, to website membership - billed monthly until you die or cancel - whichever comes first. You really need to pay attention and read CAREFULLY what you're clicking YES to. If you don't bother to read, you may have actually agreed to all the extra fluff they're trying to sell you. I have purchased several items from Beachbody - via their website, and have never, ever, had problems. Why? Because I read everything very carefully before I click YES. Honestly, Beachbody is a reputable company - you just have to slow down and pay attention! By the way....you all have a gripe against Beachbody and not Turbo Jam. Beachbody is the actual company and Turbo Jam is only a product they distribute. As I said, you need to pay attention to details, huh?

I felt the need to reply to everyone's comments. When I first saw the commerical for Turbo Jam, I thought this is what I have been looking for! I jumped on line and ordered it. Of course there were a couple different things that popped up that I could of bought IN ADDITION to Turbo Jam. I simply clicked NO and moved on. Afterwards I found this complaint site and saw all the postings. I WAS SCARED! Panic set in and I waited for all the bad things to happen. I got my package within a couple days and they were GREAT! I checked my credit card and was billed the correct amount! I have NEVER had any problems with them. Turbo Jam has completely changed my life. I LOVE IT! I lost 4 jean sizes in 2 months and feel better then I ever had. I'm so glad that I DIDNT listen to the complaints. PLEASE dont think EVERYONE has problems with their orders. Just my two cents worth.

I think Turbo Jam is really great and I highly suggest people try it. I was really worried about ordering it through Beach Body, so instead I bought it at one of those TV infomercial product stores. I ended up paying about $89.00 CND at [], for what I believe is the starter kit: 2 DVDs with 5 workouts and the info book.

As I read the complaints I am actually stunned. I have dealt with Beachbody for almost a year, first I orderd Slim in 6, then moved onto Turbo Jam. I have all of the Turbo Jam videos and love them. I consider myself fit only after having done these videos. I have lost almost 30 lbs. A few months back I ordered a number of items from beachbody that never came. I called and no problem, they sent everything out again. I distinctly remember being given the option to sign up for the premium service which you are charged every 3 months for and I chose to go ahead with it and am very happy with the premium service. For someone to say they weren't offered this I would simply say you weren't paying attention. As for being enrolled by beachbody in anything else as one complaint was they were enrolled in programs and received supplements and magazines. I have not run into this. Any supplements that you have you must have ordered. At times you are offered 'free' things while placing an order but you must pay shipping on these items, but you always have the option to skip that and stick just to what you want to order. In otherwords I am saying that I have not run into anything with Beachbody that I feel is inappropriate. They are helpful and I am glad they are there. I will continue to be a member at beachbody and just today ordered another product as I feel they are the best fitness website around offering in home videos for those of us who either don't like or don't have access to a gym.

I have had an awesome experience with turbo jam and with beachbody. i ordered the basic program a couple months ago and loved it and then i opened up one of the tapes and it was broken so i called beachbody and told them what happened. They immediatly sent me a new one free of charge and free of shipping. I was very impressed. today i ordered two more turbojam programs from them with no problems.

I just wanted to quickly defend Turbo Jam and []. I love the Turbo Jam product and have had good experiences with Beachbody customer service. With one order they forgot to send the free gift. I called them. They put in the order at not charge. I received it in about 4 days. They are always helpful. I don't think everyone will always have a great experience, but I don't think these people are out to rip anyone off. Also, never agree to a free 30 day trial with anyone ever. If you don't intend to keep it beyond 30 days, you don't need it for the free trial period. !!! Also, you can be firm and not rude. You can get your money back if you get them to put the right people on the phone. Anyway, these are just my thoughts.
