When I purchased Turbo Jam over the phone I made sure I wrote down all of the info. given to me. I wrote down the day I ordered the product and the # to cancel any auto billing. I successfully cancelled the website use without any problems. I missed the auto shipment of vitamins and was charged for them. I sent them back to the company and placed a letter in the box asking for a refund. (I also called and cancelled any future shipments) When I didn't receive a refund within a few weeks I e-mailed customer service. They told me they never received the return and wouldn't refund my money. I e-mailed them back stating I thought that was very convenient of them and I'll be sure to never purchase any more of their products and I would tell evryone I knew not too either. I received a prompt refund and I haven't had any other troubles since. The videos are great!

I ordered TurboJam a couple of months ago, with free upgraded shipping. The product came within the stated time, I've never been charged for anything else, received unsolicited/unordered products, been signed up and charged for online services or had any other problem whatsoever. My only complaint is that I pretty much get a solicitation email from them every single day, but a quick shift-delete and it's gone forever. I love the workouts and would definately puchase another workout sytem from them in the future.

I just wanted to add that I have ordered a few products from Beach Body and have had zero problems. Even when cancelling my monthly supplement order; the orders did indeed stop coming and no further charges were made on my credit card. In reference to Turbo Jam, I am a former instructor of Turbo Kick and feel it is an excellent and healthy program. It is so unfortunate that some have had issues with the ordering or returing process or the customer service process in general. Just wanted to add my two cents that my experience with the company so far has been very acceptable.

First of all the problem people are having is not with turbo jam workouts themselves. I have heard that beachbody has some issues w/ customer service- although I personally have not experienced them. I know people have ordered Turbo Jam from []- it is cheaper and has better customer service. Turbo jam is the best workout and Chalene Johnson is NOT in any way a scammer- beachbody needs to hire better help, I do not believe beachbody is purposely scamming anyone. The CEO's name is Carl, ask or write to him directly.

I love love love Turbo Jam. It is by far the most effective, and motivating work out I have every purchase. I've actually stuck with it and it's been over 6 months. I've even got my 10 year old neice hooked on it. This is the longest I've ever made it with an in home exercise program. If you've read the customer service complaints about this product, and are hesitant to try the product due to these complaints, then there is an alternative way to purchase this product. There is one at [] that offers this product on their website. Since I cannot mention the channel by name, I'll give you a hint. [] Go to their website and search for Turbo Jam. This way you'll only have to deal with the excellent customer service operators that this network has. Give this product a try, and I'm sure you'll love it!

I was reading through some of the information on different sites to see success stories, and came across this. Here's my experience with Turbo Jam and Beachbody. First - I've been a customer of their's for a few products - P90, Slim in 6, and then TJ. OF course TJ is the best there could be, I've tried many (beyond these). I had a problem with an order several months ago, (hadn't received it after nearly 3 weeks) and I'm in Canada. I called - and they re-sent it to me immediately. They said I'd get it in about 10 days... I got it in 4. Then when I purchased the maximum (newest dvds) from TJ, I opted for the monthly pay which I have never done before (3 pay). I usually chose the "full" payment - this is the only mistake I made. I was double charged two different days, but when I went online and connected with the chat, they very quickly reversed the wrong charge. I was also charged for the diet club which I had in the past requested to cancel, but obviously it didn't happen - they did back-correct it for me. Here's a tip: NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER give out your Social insurance or social security number (to the one who did) - I've NEVER been asked that for a beachbody purchase or ANY other infomercial. I suspect you may have dialed a slightly different number who may have attempted to DUPE you - i.e., fraudsters often set up numbers that are close to the real one (hoping you misdial) and then will ask more than they should have, hence why you may have been overcharged (especially if you never received the product). No one has the right to that info - only your bank and the govt according to the laws - even credit card companies Don't "have" to have it. I don't even give it to utility companies! Sorry for the 'book' - just wanted to post my experience which had errors, but were fixed very politely. And as another said - EVERY single infomercial product - even gunthy renker will try to upsell you - just say "no".

This is the second product that I've ordered from BeachBody and both times I have been impressed with the customer service. I ordered Turbo Jam on a Saturday night and received it 9 days later on Monday (within 5 to 7 business days just as promised). My credit card was charged just as they said. I emailed for tracking info and received a response with the tracking info within 24 hrs. of the request. I had the same positive experience when I ordered Slim in 6. I'm sorry that some people have had a bad experience with BeachBody, but I personally have found them to be very helpful and courteous.

First of all, lots of the complaints are against Beachbody.com customer service, not Turbo Jam. The product itself is wonderful! And remember whether you order online or via the phone, there usually are additional offers. From having worked in a call center in my college days, I would like to suggest for anyone ordering anything over the phone to be polite and patient. Many callers are, but there are some that will cuss out the poor operator who is just trying to do their job as best as they can. They HAVE to read all the product offers, it's company policy. But GUESS WHAT??? You DON'T HAVE to buy anything more than what you want!! It's that easy..and a call will go a lot quicker if you just keep saying "no, thank you"..No need to cuss, get angry etc..just let them do their job or else don't order over the phone if you don't have a little bit of patience. Besides, sometimes the additional offers are worth it. I bought all the Turbo Jam extras and love them. Another tip: Watch entire informercials. Too many people hear what they want to, for example, "free ugrade to priority handling" is not the same as free shipping, but callers would insist the shipping is free when it's not..

I would first like to start by saying in no way shape or form am I associated with beachbody or turbo jam. About 5 minutes after I ordered turbo jam I came across this website and paniced! I read all these horror stories and was quite afraid I had been scammed. So I told myself if I had a good experience I would write here and tell people about. I had no problem with the ordering product (I ordered online), the only thing I would advise is read what you are agreeing to, because they do have add-ons. My order was shipped in 2 days and came in 5. So I was quite excited. Just started the learn and burn dvd yesterday, and I love it! I have never been much of an exercise person, in fact I hate it. But I fine Chalene wonderful and supportive. I don't think it's a miracle. It's fun cardio. So you do have to eat right! So in closing, would I recommend this product?.. Yes I would!!!

I ordered the original Turbo Jam DVDs from Beachbody.com and a couple of months later, the maximum results DVDs. I've been absolutely happy with the service from Beachbody.com. The customer service reps were courteous both on the phone and online. The products arrived so quickly--within 5 working days. I am really impressed. Beachbody.com is a legitimate, reputable company with excellent customer service. The Turbo Jam workouts are excellent and I had no trouble whatsoever with the quality of the DVDs. I will definitely order again from Beachbody.com, without hesitation, and would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted everyone to know that I ordered from this company online. I had no problem. My Turbojam came in the mail within a few days and they cds are not skipping! I am a satsified costomer. Don't make the complaints from these women fool you into changing your mind on this product. Of course you can go to ebay and buy it second hand. But you get a better deal buying new. If you need to lose weight this is the way to do it.

I ordered Turbo Jam a couple of months ago. I received the product within the 5-7 business days and have been hooked ever since. I thoroughly enjoy the workouts and have not had a problem yet. I will continue to watch my credit card, but so far I have been correctly charged for the amount that I agreed to. After seeing how happy I was with the product my sister also ordered. She too has had nothing but a positive experience. She received her shipment within the expected time period and was charged correctly. Maybe we were just lucky, so sorry to those that had a bad experience.

I ordered Turbo Jam about two weeks ago. I live in Toronto, Canada and it arrived in 8 days, totally intact. My credit card was only billed the amount that was owed. The DVDs are great. I'm going to start the 10 slim down on Monday.

I just want to post this rebuttal, because just the other day I was on this website reading about all of the complaints, because I too was very frustrated with beachbody. I was so upset that I found Chalene (the founder and creator of Turbo Jam) and posted several complaints written from this site onto her blogger page. Well, to my surprise, first a senior level customer service rep emailed me on this past Thursday and took up to an hour resolving my issues. I have now been credited back the money I was owed and I also receive my products. What was even a greater surprise and honor was that Chalene herself emailed me a very apologetic and sincere note. She is very concerned about customers not being happy and about the integrity of Turbo Jam as well as beach body. I've love her and her products before this email, but my opinion of her now is off the charts - she is truly an incredible and inspirational person. Please email me at [] if you want the name and email of the customer service rep. who was so helpful during my unpleasant situation with beach body.

I had NO problems with the company and it was delieved with their Express shipping and I had it within a couple days of purchase. I LOVE it. I've seen quick results and it's even starting to shrink my baby pooch (you moms know what I mean). I couldn't be anymore satisfied with it!

It's too bad that people have to complain when something goes wrong. Working in customer service, myself, I understand the things that can happen. After all the person on the other end is only human. Misunderstandings or mistakes happen. It's the same old saying one bad experience, they tell 10 people who then tell 10 more.
I am very happy with my Turbo Jam program. It's the first program I've ever stayed with and is so much fun! I ordered during the infomercial, the representative was very friendly, helpful, did what was required of her and spoke excellent english. I find it hard to believe that she was in India. I don't like outsourcing calls, that would be the only complaint I would have.
