[] The Urban Rebounder has been fantastic for me. I hate going to the gym, and running on a treadmill or the pavement really hurts my shins, but I can run on this for an unlimited amount of time with no pain whatsoever. This rebounder is very sturdy, and I just keep it set up in my family room all the time and run on it while I watch TV. It is just incredible how it benefits your whole body inside and out. There are more expensive rebounders out there, but this has worked out really well for me.

I love my urban rebounder. After reading mostly pros about it on another website, I ordered it. It came promptly. I heard that it has a heavy smell for the first few days, so as soon as I got it, I opened it up and let it air out on my patio for a day before bringing it into the house. It works great too and its fun. I watched the video a couple of times and them made a list of the exercises. Now I just watch my favorite tv shows and go down the list of exercises. Sometimes I hold some 1 lb weights in my hands while doing the exercises for extra resistance. My only advice is to let it sit outside for a day or so, make sure every leg is perfectly in place so it doesn't snap back, keep it in the same place all the time (don't open and close it if you don't have to), and make a list of the exercises so you can do it while enjoying your favorite programs or movies.

My wife loves her rebounder and had no problems in the ordering , shipping or anything else .She uses it everyday and has done so for over 5 months . She recived everything as promiced in a timley fashion. Fred

I didn't have any trouble whatsoever with my order. It arrived in a timely fashion, and I received a total of 5 DVDs, most with at least 4 routines, one with more. I kept the DVDs but decided not to keep the actual urban rebounder tramps (I ordered two). Because I decided not to accept the shipment and sent it back rather than accept it, call the company, and get a return authorization number, it took a lot longer to get a refund because the items were sent via back mail and there was no way to track it, thanks to the USPS. Note that this is not a complaint--just an explanation of what happened. I understand the delay because I deviated from the normal return process. In time, I did finally get the refund for 2 urban rebounders and I have no complaints. I have my own 4-ft-wide trampoline which I use for the workouts. I like the wide variety I can choose from. The only thing that I can say in criticism is the crew is removed, unpersonable, and no one says a word when the leader talks to them--DUH! They're also afraid to look into the camera which makes them even more like zombies. Thus, I don't feel connected when I exercise with them--except with JoJo--he's great!
