I have read all of the complaints I think maybe they were using it wrong. The belt does come with a book tell you that you need to also exercise and eat well. Plus the reason u get burned I found is you need a layer or 2 of clothing. A tee shirt works for me. I love thins product I lost 50 pounds in no time.

Hello. I do not have this particular product but I do have a similar one....You are suppose to put on a layer of thin clothing to prevent skin irritation. Also, the belt is suppose to only be used in conjunction with exercise....A treadmill does not work unless you get on it....

well i m very happy n satisfied with the belt because i use it when my baby 5 months old and my abdomen was so fatty around , its not just 50 mints result but i use it long term i see the best result after a month ,and not just me my friends and my friend's husbands too :)-, me n my friend buy this together but u belive that i was sweating a lot but my friend not even a drop,she feels that her belt is not working good and she exchange with my belt but the results are same, i was used her belt and sweating a lot and she is not even a drop , So we think that every body has a differnt texture ,so plzzzzzzzz dont blame the belt , its you not suitable for this belt ,thanx

i love this product, i mean i read the bad reviews and i had my mind set up on not getting it. I go in nevertheless and i love it!!!!! it worked great i lost weight where i needed it the most! i used it on the lowest heat and played games standing up for 50 minutes. i admit one time when i was moving around i got a blister but it's kinda like wearing a show without a sock, it's bound to happen. However I LOVE this product it got me ready for bikini season! :D
