Video Professor is a company that simply wants to help people learn how to use their computers. Everything is changing so quickly now days that for some people it is hard to keep up. For others they don't have a lot of time or ability to always learn right as it comes out. So what do they do? They call up Video Professor and order a lesson! They take the time and effort to try to learn! For those people who claim that Video Professor doesn't follow the law, you are so full of shit that it is not even funny! I take surveys all the time. I read EVERYTHING! Video Professor has all the legal information in there. I went over everything possible. I even went to their website and read their user agreement! You know what? It mentions about their trial and about the return policys it also mentions about the prices! So if people are worryed about somethin bad happenin then y dont ya'll just read? I cant stand others trying to slander a good companys name. I am proud to say i have used video professor and learned thanks to them. See, before i got video professor i didnt know how to use power point and now i can use it really well. not to mention i decided to also call up and get one of their items that they said was on special. it was a medical encyclopeda. i use that quite often to look up information about a disease i want to know more about. So to those that try to put down Video Professor, you just dont like it cause you dont know what you agreed to. So now you want to blaim them for your mistake. That is like goin to Red Lobster and eatin some shrimp and crap and then filing a complaint against them becauce they didnt tell you the price it was going to be, though it was all infront of you! How foolish! So just shut up and stop complaining. They are a great company and I dont give a damn watcha people say cause it dont change a damn thing. - Carrie

I just want to comment that I purchased some Learning CD's from Video Professor and I totally loved them. I learned what I needed, because the great thing about the lessons is that you can listen to them as many times as you need to comprehend the lesson and I found the CD's to be an excellent learning tool. I did not have any problems at all. I would most certainly purchase additional learning CD's from Video Professor when I need them. Thank you. Aida.

Hi I am writing this defends because I am so thankful for there good job they are doing I ordered the lessons for “PhotoShop 7” and let me tell you even though my English is not too good, I learned so much, I can do anything with pictures and all tricks now. I think those people complaining are just not serious to learn, they see something for free so they go for it, but you cant abuse the system, its free because in case you are a real dummy and cant learn from such great lessens they “will” refund you the money How do I know that? Let me be honest; my friend ordered “frondPage” lessons and he didn’t bother watching it for some reason so before the 30 days he called up for a refund so the VP woman there offered him a choice of 2, 1 a full refund and 2 a free other lesson so he felt guilty for not taking the time and try to learn it so he ordered PhotoShop for me, and I loved it! If you really want to learn, then go for Video Professor Thank you Video Professor Isaac

I am a customer service rep for Video professor. The product is not a scam. When you call and order the free lesson, everything is explained by the original sales agent. They explain all charges as well as the continuity program. I have heard sales calls of people agreeing to the offer, then a few weeks later they call back ands say they never agreed to any such thing. Its all right there on records. For those who order online, read the terms of agreement. Its all right there. Dont call us up and blame us because you didnt listen or read the terms. Accept responsibility fo you actions. Have a nice day.

Hi my name is Joe,and i work for VP,and i would just like to say most of the people that call in arnt bright,no offense, when you order online her is a hint. Read the *terms of Agreement* i get some many call a day and i ask them if they read it,and they say yes.but obviously not, then customers would know what there getting billed for.and on top of that the people who said they never orders, your address, names, credit card info and how you ordered is on the screen when we pull up the account so you obviously put your information in nobody stole it,there are very few people who get fraud, and when you order over the phone the person you talk to reads a script when there talking to you and they have to read it word for word or they get fired so when you say they didnt mention anything about the review offer your lying. So i just want to let all of you know that if you feel that video professor tricked they didnt i can honestly say 95% of the time its your fault, and one last thing dont say your going to tell the BBB(better buisness buerou)because were apart of that so your just make yourself seem ignorant when you say that. i just thougt id say somthing for the customer service employees who deal with stressfull customers all day when most if not all of the time its the customers own fault there in the situation there in

Hi,I am a customer service rep with Video Professor and just started about three months ago. I would like to just say Video Professor has been around for nearly 20 years, and in no way is a scam. The offer you see on TV is absolutely true, but when you call in for that we explain the review program, which is required by law that we get an ok from a customer before we set them up on it. But all offers are explained on the telephone and if you don't understand the offer but accept it and don't ask the rep what they mean, then they automatically assume you understand. And also, if you receive a lesson you feel you didn't agree to all you need to do is call and get a return authorization number because if you put return to the sender on the package then we never receive it. Also, if you order online, you must click the I agree box for the How It Works explanation, which completely covers the review offer. I just want to defend Video Professor by saying if you don't understand what the rep is saying, ask what they mean, don't just say ok. If you want the free cd and that's it, just tell them. Thank you.
