I had cancelled this product months ago and then recieved a letter from a collection agency today. I called the billing department and spoke with Crystal. She was fabulous. She fixed the billing issue for me and then advised me I was due a credit. I had no problems. Kudos to the great customer service!

I accept responsibility for not realizing that these vitamins were not part of my ProActiv subscription. I called the customer service number you all provided. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. He canceled my order and advised me to mark the box return to sender. If I have any problems I'll let you know, but right now it seems simple enough.

I received the vitamins a couple of days after my order with Proactive. I was offered the 30 day trial. I decided I did not need them and called to cancel. I got through immediately with no problem. The rep was pushy about having me just delay the shipment and I did have to tell her 3xs that I was cancelling, however,my order did get cancelled. I do not feel it is a scam because they do explain on the Proactive site that it will become an auto bill every 60 days after the 30 day trial. I also received a brochure explaining every vitamin in detail. I suggest if you are worried about getting billed again, cancel your credit card. Don't wait until you are out hundreds of dollars and then cry about it.

I too, tired these vitamins as a help to weight my loss. I also take Hoodia and I have a Gastric Band. These vitamins have had a big part in my loss of 40#; working in harmony with my other medication. I realize $32 a month may seen expensive, but I also have a prescription medication that cost $425 a month and another I take via an IV that cost $8k every 8weeks! Thank goodness I have insurance that pays 80%! So, I don't grumble about the cost, though less expensive would always be welcome! This stuff works and until I am shown a chemical break down proving it to be dust I will continue to use it. For me it works, and I am happy!

I received this product for like a dollar to try out when I ordered another product. At first I was confused because they charged me 64.00 on the next shipment. I called and cancelled. Because I thought they were a 32.00 for a months supply. Then I realized I was mistaken. They had sent me 2 months, and so the price was fine. I used them and I like them. I am going to reorder again. I have tried many vitamins and these are good ones.

So I ordered ProActive and there was a special bonus to try the vitamins for a dollar with 4.99 Shipping and Handling. So I ordered them, I still haven't recieved the vitamins after I ordered proactive so I started to get a little worried. I didn't know the right number to call but it was very helpful when I found the number on here. 1-888-684-9660. I said I wanted to cancel any shipments after today. And the woman was very nice, asked me why I wanted to do that and I said too expensive! :) It only took me a minute and a half on the phone.

I've worked as a customer service rep, and... 1- We provide brochures with the products. If you take the time to read them, it'll explain the program, the cost, the automated start, etc. 2- We do cancel orders RIGHT AWAY!! Only reason you're billed again after the order is cancelled is because the vitamins are a 60 day supply and billed in TWO MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS. 3- The customer reps do try to help out, but we have rules and policies to follow. We only deal with vitamins, so if you cancel Sheer Cover, Windsors, etc..make sure you ask them for our phone number to cancel. Otherwise, I think we do provide great customer service even if some people just has to be rude with us, and not see that we're doing our jobs.

I am one of the representitives for vitapower and i assure everyone out there that as soon as you call us and cancel your account we cancel your account immediatly. we also send a brochure with each and every trial offer that is sent that explains the way the program works. the product is $33.94 per month (plus applicable sales tax in california) so when we send a 60 day supply there is a chance you will still recieve a final billing depending on when your last shipment was sent. You do need to make sure you call TO THE VITAMIN LINE to cancel the vitamins. cancelling with windsor pilates, core secrets, youthful essence etc. only cancels those products. seriously, pay attention to whats going on, and youll have absolutly no problems, but when you make assumptions...

I use them and feel pretty good. I called to cancel and they offered to delay my next shipment as I still have some boxes. I found no problem cancelling - you just have to call!

After canceling with Youthful Essence - and telling them that I was doing so because Vitapower kept sending pills and bills. I was given the 1-888-684-9660 number - was patient through about ten minutes of waiting but did speak to a custermer service rep. She canceled my service and within three days my last charge was refunded. Youthful Essence even called me back to verify the cancelation and refund. Don't be nasty to the rep - but be insistent that it must stop immediately.

I don't know why everyone is having problems. I also received the vitamins and decided they were too expensive. I e-mail Guthy-Renker@crm-inet.com and asked them to stop. They immediately replied and stated to contact the vitamin company directly and gave me the following information: GRN Vitapower P.O. Box 11427 Pueblo, CO 81001 888-848-2797 Which is the same information for Endless Youth and all their other vitamins. I canceled over a month ago and haven't had any problems.
