I like the Walk Away the Pounds programs. I bought one of the DVDs on [], and one of them from a []. I NEVER order from infomercials. Almost anything you want to order can be found [] or at a []!

I dont know how much everyone is paying for this item, but I just purchased mine at a discount store down the street from my house. My cost was only $3.99 plus tax. It seems like a good item, CDs, book with charts, logs, tips, etc. I am looking forward to seeing how well it works.

I ordered this tape series off the internet after seeing the infomercial and very promptly received my 3 tape set within a week of ordering. It came with a sample of the vitamins, which I only took one time, because they made me too hyper due to the caffeine in them.  I've watched all 3 tapes and have been extremely happy with them. I really feel like I got a decent workout without having to do anything that would hurt, like extreme stretching or any exercises that take me beyond my capability (I have severe fibromyalgia).  Although I haven't lost any weight after a month of using them, I do feel better and have more energy.

Walk Away The Pounds is a great product. I have been scammed by other things and definitely know the difference. I have learned that there is no need for RUSH delivery--EVER and that auto-ship is NOT a good idea, nor are clubs, memberships, anything that authorizes a charge to your credit card in the future, except for breaking into payments. Walk Away The Pounds came with the weighted ball a couple of months ago--which I LOVE--and it allows me to walk 3 miles during the bitter winter of 2003 in Michigan in my own living room!  A space that's even 2-3 foot by 2-3 foot square could allow you to walk 3 miles! I highly recommend it for apartment dwellers, ect. Stay away from the extras...I did this time! Plus, I have to say that this is MUCH MORE than just walking, it really is quite a workout!

I bought these tapes at Media Play. While the routine may get a little stale after a while (which is true of any workout) I found them to be a fantastic way to get a workout when it was too rainy or cold to walk outside. Leslie is very encouraging, constantly reminding you that it's more important to move than to follow her or any other "routine" steps. It's excellent for people who haven't excercised in a while, because almost anyone can walk. You can vary the routine yourself just by picking up a set of small weights while you do the arm movements or wearing ankle weights. I found this product to be a godsend!

I ordered the Walk Away the Pounds that came with the weighted balls and I love both the workouts and the weights! Also, my purchase was made through an informercial and I had no problems whatsoever. I did accept to receive a tape every month from them but after the first one was received, I changed my mind. I called them and asked them to remove me from the club and they did, and I sent the one tape I received back to them and my debit account was refunded immediately. I was so happy with the Walk Away the Pounds tapes that I ordered the same ones in DVD format as soon as they became available.
