Love love love Leslie Sansone! I have several of her DVD\\\'s- all bought through stores except the last one when I joined her Walking Club. I have had WATP for Abs for a few years now, and my belt has never broken. The workouts are nice, and there is a variety of different length workouts, so I can get at least one mile in if I'm busy. Leslie is also a decent leader, not nauseating like some of the others (Denise Austin makes me GAG). You can also go to her website and preview the DVDs before you buy, which is nice. To thise having trouble with customer service, you can buy a lot of her stuff at [], even [], or through [].

I would just like to say how much I love Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds videos. They have helped me reboot my workout every time I fall off the wagon. I do not have the belt for the Abs workout, however I can tell you what works just as well. The strength bands work wonders for your arms as well at your upper body. You can still fill the pull in the abs and back. Keep walking with Leslie.

I have totally enjoyed Walk Away the Pounds for Abs. I have been using this DVD since 2003. I have never had a problem with the belt. My problem... I've used the tape so much it cracked from usage. My daughter recently ordered a replacement from the internet... it was not specifically for the abs... So, I am once again looking for the VHS or DVD, 3 Workouts on 1 DVD.I don't need a new belt. My belt is in great condition. I only need the DVD.

I am very satisfied with this product.  The band did break after 3 months of nearly daily use, but I called the 800 number shown on the official walk away the pounds website and was given very courteous, fast service.   I purchased the product from QVC, and let them know that, and they still replaced the entire belt, not just the bands, for a $5.00 shipping fee, which I felt was justified.   I received the belt in the mail within the week after I called.  Perhaps the disatisfied customers are dealing with companies who are selling the product, but aren't directly involved with Leslie Sansome.  By the way, check to see if the bands are properly threaded through the webbing away from the metal grommet.  The rubber will wear and break if directly against the metal ring.

I ordered the walk away the pounds for abs and it was great.  I turned down all of the other offers and specials that the customer service representative mentioned and cut them off and let them know that I was not interested in any other products or specials.  My fee was plus shipping and handling.   I could not use the belt that came with the tapes because I was too big for it.   But I still followed along with the tapes and the work outs are great.  The tapes help me relieve the tenseness and pains that I have in my back and knees due to a car accident a year ago and I see results almost right away especially when I do the tapes continously.  I think that the tapes are great and that the workouts are excellent!

I was given Walk Away the Pounds for ABS from a friend. As all have said the belt broke within weeks.  I ordered another belt from their web site and within 2 months it broke.  I mailed the belt back to the address given on the web site along with a note.  In the meantime, I took one of those strength belts you can buy in the store and tied it to the back of the velcro belt.   It works fine and has not broken in about 4 months.  I received a new belt about 4 weeks later and use it as a spare.  I am not defending the belt, but the tapes are great.  They started me exercising 6 months ago and i haven't given up.   I have now included The Firm when I exercise.  For someone who is in her 40's - was not much of an exerciser - I have to say "Walk Away the Pounds for ABS" was the beginning.  This exercise video gets you going without becoming sore.   Leslie is motivating. Walk Away the Pounds for ABS and The Firm seem to have the same problems when it comes to customer service.  I recommend dealing with other websites and not the manufacturer when you go to buy.

I feel I have to defend the Leslie Sansone tapes. I ordered Walk Away the Pounds earlier this year and have been completely and highly satisfied with the results. You must bear in mind that along with the walking exercise, a sensible eating diet is recommended! Although my belt snapped earlier on, it was replaced within approximately six weeks (could have been a little sooner). However, the tapes do work and Leslie Sansone is sincere in her products and what they can produce. Perhaps some thought should be given to the way they are handled re sales.

Hi all! I have to say, that I purchased this tape and found it very useful. It may not be a difficult workout, but it gets your energy up and it gets you moving, which is the most important thing. I just want to say though, that these tapes can be found in nearly any video store (or even []!). If you see something offered on tv, you can almost guarantee that it can be found in an actual store or on ebay. Then if you are dissatisfied w/ the service, you do not have to go through the hassel with the company. Many of these companies are a fly by night operation and have telemarketers that are probably working from home w/ little training, hence the runaround. And as far as the credit cards go, if you aren't sure, please send a money order so that they don't have your information to charge you again, they can't use what they don't have. I have been a victim of these scams myself and learned a few things. There are some honest companies out there that I have had the pleasure of dealing with, but they are few and far between. Like I've said before, if it is on tv, you can find it in a store, no matter how "exclusive" their tv offer is. Good luck to all in your future purchases!
