My inlaws bought the machine and after having it for awhile they have now passed it to us and we love it, it works great and gets the job done, we have had it in the bedroom along with plenty of room for bed and dressers, etc. Now we have it in the garage, I am a small lady but had no problem moving it myself. We originall wanted a bowflex but are feeling like we are surely not missing anything and we are definately getting great results, easy simple and fun!

I bought my crossbow from []. I did not finance. I was provided with a tracking number and the unit arrived on time as promised. My wife and I worked on assembling the crossbow for about an hour when we realized that a piece was missing (pulley plate). This piece essentially prevented us from finishing the assembly. I contacted the number given for customer service. I was asked a few questions about my purchase including the nature of my call. I told the rep what piece I was missing and the rep gave me another tracking number and an approximate delivery time of a week. The missing piece arrived on time as promised and we completed assembly. I am satiesfied with the quality of the machine and the workout I get out of it. I can change the tension just by pressing a button. In short, I am proud of my purchase. A comparable bowflex would have easily cost $800 more.

I ordered a crossbow about a year ago. Delivery was within 2 weeks. Assembly took about 2 days and was involved with many parts. After assembly, the crossbow took over a bedroom and I realized it was not suitable for what my wife needed. I contacted the company and had no trouble arranging to return it and receive a refund. My only problem was trying to carefully disassemble it and fit it back into the box! I had no problems with the company and found them very good to work with.

We have had our crossbow for more than a year now. I would give it a mixed review. Assembly was pretty straight forward, but some of the parts are chinsy / cheap plastic. The yoke that holds the bench in position broke and so I fabricated a new one which works fine. Most excercises work well, but when you do any bench excercises the pullies bind and make awful noises. Although the "footprint" is only a about 4 square feet, the lat tower and other attachments make it dufficult to get through a door because it is so wide. Plan on keeping it in the room and loosing a significant amount of floor space. Also when you start using heavier loads the weight stacks on you. ie. starts out light and becomes increasingly heavier. Kind of like pulling a heavy poundage long bow. It starts out being 20 pounds, but increases to 80# by the time you are at full draw. MY advice? Go to a real gym or buy a good set of weights with dumbells.
