I ordered this product a while back and it really worked great! If you are disciplined enough to use it often it can really transform your body. I ordered online and had no billing problems.

I had no problems with this produat at all. When I purchased it I forgot they were going to send me new DVD's automatically. I received the first set, decided to keep them. I called and told them I didn't want any more and I never received another and my credit card wasn't charged another penny. Now for the workout. This is probably one of the only products that I saw major results.

I just turned 50 this year. Last spring I ordered the Windsor Pilates Circle workout. Throughout my life I have been in gym memberships, my husband has a full workout room in our basement with a treadmill, bicycle, weights, lat maching, exercise ball, ab roller, etc. EVERY exercise program I've tried - including working out with my husband - has lasted no more than 2-3 months. I started the Windsor Pilates at 153 lbs and am now 135 lbs. I used to wear a size 12, I'm in a size 8 (for the first time in my adult life). I do 20 minutes Mon - Fri from between 6 - 6:30 am. I just love it. I tease Maury mimmicking her in fun, but have never been so dedicated to something. My back (I've had the L5 S1 surgery) has never felt better. I ride a motorcycle and this keeps me feeling proud to be seen on my bike. The beginning was a little shakey with them sending duplicate CDs, but stopping them from coming and getting full credit was a breeze. Thank you Maury - wish I could show you a before and after pic.

I first purchased a Winsor Pilates video a few years ago. I used it about 3 or 4 times a week and even with no other exercise or change in my diet, I lost about 6 inches in a month. Not bad. Recently, I purchased another video with the circle and went on the autoship program. I received a duplicate video one month in my 2-DVD pack and I sent it back. My card was refunded $23. When I decided to cancel, I simply called and canceled. No problem. I have ordered various products from various infomercials, and Gunthy-Renker is by far the easiest to work with, including the ProActiv line. In addition, the Winsor Pilates program is one of the easiest and best exercise programs I have ever used...even better than a personal trainer at my gym. I highly recommend it!

I have ordered the Winsor Pilates kits for months; sometimes ordering 20 at a time to give to patients who needed a new motivational way to do therapy. Each time I receive a shipment, I call the 800-number on the invoice & ask the rep to cancel any future orders. They pull up my account & within a few minutes my account is closed. Easy as pie. NO problems. Everything is clearly spelled out on both the website & the invoices & it has never been any hassle at all. It takes a few minutes out of a day. My only complaint is that they stopped letting people purchase multiple kits - but really, unless you're a therapist, why would you need 100s of them? They wouldn't work out anything with me to continue my therapy program so had to look elsewhere for inspiration. But the auto-ship & demeanor of the reps has never been as issue.

unlike the others I did not order Winsor Pilates, instead i bought it from the store. I have to say that after a month of pilates I am starting to see results. My love handle are starting to thin out. Pilates is great if you have alot of back pain. After having two babies, i have alot of back pain and my tail bone often hurt, but after doing pilates I can literrally feel that the back pain is no longer there. For those who only tried it once or a couple of times and give up or say its to hard, and that it gives no result, you should do the exercise agian with commitment. I remeber barrowing this exercise program to my aunt, she tried it for two or three times and stop. She said that it was too hard and how can anyone possible do those exercise. Well I tod her that she has to be committed to it. I too at first it was extremly difficult but after a month of doing it regularly the exercise starts to become easier. Now I am a Winsor pilate freak.

I too ordered this quite a while ago. They do tell you that more tapes will come and they tell you abou the vitamins. The people who complained did not listen, did not read their invoices and do not have legitimate complaints. Whenever I order something over the phone I repeat what I am purchasing and ask for confirmation of this and also ask them for confirmation that I will only be paying a price of $xx.xx and will not be charged for anything additional. It is a ll about being informed and asking questions and not assuming. It is much easier to ask the questions up front instead of trying to resolve these issues later. I too cancelled the additional tapes the day that I got the forst one and had no problems. Wake up people and be responsible for yourselves and your actions.

Hello. I purchased the Windsor Pilates system off the informercial on 2-3-07. I have been using it for 10 days and following a healthy diet, plus 3 meals a week from the provided receipes. I lost more than a dress size in the 10 day period! (: The equiptment is not cheap. I would have to fall on it to break it. If you follow the system you will get results. I agree that the women complaining about this product are a bunch of whiners. The show did say that there would be more videos sent and they confirmed that over the phone when I ordered the product. I called the day I received the kit and told them I didn't want anymore videos. My debit card has never been charged anymore than the $17.00 the initial kit cost. This is not some unknown woman who made this series. This woman IS one of the most sought-after fitness instructors. If you do the work, you get the results. The complaints do not surprise me. I am a self employed franchise owner, and when people in my business fail at developing their franchise they tend to blame the company instead of themselves. This situation is no different. Self-reflection can be a real S.O.B.

I think that all of the complaints about Winsor Pilates is a bowl of crap, most of women on her are complaining about a prouduct that they may have used one time and stuck it in the closet and then one day when the mail man drops off this pkg with a charge of 46 dollars off at your door you want to complain, I have watched the information and I clearly remeber 3 separate occassions where it stated that they would send you new videos to the comfort and the convience to your home, I also read the invoice where it said if you wanted to cancel call customer service and also on the invoice it says, "Thank you for your order your next shipment will be sent out...." If half of you paid an ounce of attention you would be complaining that you got ripped of, you all should be ashamed of yourself.

I ordered the tapes, and after discussing the vitamins, I accepted them as well. After receiving what I was told would be a rotating arrival of 2 new tapes every 2 months, after the 3rd shipment (and a similar sitch for the vits) I called to cancel the 'subscriptions' well before my next two months of merchandise were coming up. It was up to me to decide how to order and what to do. The agreement is stated clearly; as the consumer we must pay clear attention to the agreements. This can work for you or against you - ask questions, take it slow, and be sure of what you are agreeing to. Follow up, call at the appropriate time, and do things as are predetermined by the agreement to ALL involved. That is what I did. When I canceled, they did too. Neat and clean. No more tapes, no more vitamins, no more charges, absolutely no hassles. Perhaps you got some dunces for operators, but I doubt it. Listen to exactly what is being offered and how it will be processed - take notes and be sure. No scam though, so far as it being offered exactly as was explained, and being cancelled immediately upon my request.
