There are many software programs out there to help the individual investor. I chose wizetrade, if you follow the tools given you will make money. The point is you have to decide what kind of trader you are. There are super active, active and position traders.

And never trade without a plan, and never without a stop loss to minimize losses as much as possible. I'm sure many people complianing about wizetrade did not write a plan, did not PAPERTRADE and bet the farm to lose all their money at once.

If I was not making money with Wizetrade I would not have bought companion software such as COMMANDTRADE which automates the wizetrade process while you're busy with other things; for example working at your job and I have purchased CommandTradeFX at this years Wizefest convention which drew 3,000 people that obviously are making money by following the system. It would be impossible to file a class-action suit against George Thompson or Wizetrade or GlobalTec since the disclaimer states there is a RISK when trading. DUH!!

The people complaining sound like people that did not follow the program or just expect to win every trade and that just doesn't happen. Personally I'm at about 80% accuracy which is very good, but my 20% percent loss ratio is acceptable since I'm well aware of my risk and never risk more than I'm willing to LOSE!

I too saw wizetrade's infomercial and wondered if this product would work. I went to the seminar and yes, they did use sales tactics. But as they demonstrated the software it appeared to show cycles that could make money. I too paid the 3000 dollars and took the program home. I looked at many stocks over the next 2 weeks and saw where the red/green lines crossed and cycles began and ended. At the one day training the instructor explained how the software worked and answered any questions. Yes, they did sell another program - a search program called wizefinder. It brings back a list of stocks that will reflect the type of trader you are. From daytrader to long term investor. I haven't always made money on my trades - I didn't always follow their training. Also, a new cycle can end and turn down anytime. Thats why we use stop loss orders. But a lot of the cycles run a ways and a lot of money can be made. There is a lot of money in the stock market and the 3,000 dollars I paid pales beside what I've made. Anyone who buys this product and doesn't use it correctly will probably lose money. But, anyone who buys it and follows their teaching would not trade it for a key to the back door to their bank. As for their support, all upgrades are free for life and I've had tech support any time its been needed. NO CHARGE ! I am not an employee of wizetrade just a happy customer.

I must say that I was surprised to see so many complaints by Wizetrade users. Perhaps I am just fortunate, but I pruchased the program back in December 2002 for roughly $3000. I also bought the Training DVDs. I followed their instructions, set the program up in a similar way to one of those on the section for active traders and managed to recoop my $3000 investment in just over a month using a $25k trading account. The only times I have lost money using this program was when I made a mistake and forgot something like watching the avg. daily volume of a stock, second guessing the software or something along those lines. I did and still do spend a great deal of time paper trading to make sure I am still doing things right. When I come across what looks to be a good trade, I get in. When the software tells me to get out... I do. I look to make the middle 80% of any given trade. By doing so, I feel I minimize my risk. So far its paid off quite nicely. I do not know the circumstances of those having bad experiences, but my guess is their trouble is not with the software, but human error. As for the customer servie and tech support... again, I have not had any problems to speak of thus far. Anytime I had an issue, it was dealt with right away or at least within a reasonable time frame. That is my experience anyway.

I have had wizetrade products for several years now and at one point I probably would have agreed that I to was a victim of a scam and had actually gave up on it and used another system. About several months later I got a call from wizetrade and they made me a free offer to try their traders TV. for a month and from that point on I retrained myself and never looked back. If anyone is unsuccessful with wizetrade I cannot encourage you enough to do the same because I don't know of another product out on the market that will give you the support and education that wizetrade gives. The only catch that I find is that you have to be willing to put something into it. I now listen to wizetrade TV throughout and am very successful. That does not mean I don't have a losing trade now and then because anyone that is isn't being honest. Sometimes it is my fault because I didn't follow the rules, checking volume, and checking for earnings, and other times it just part of trading.

Thank you

PS It's even better now because you don't have to pay $3500. for a product. You can get a monthly subscription and if you still don't like it you haven't lost anything.

I just read a bunch of bad press with WizeTrade. I use it everyday and am making a living on it. These folks must be doing it wrong. You have to go through the training and a lot of practice. It's been worth the learning curve. I say try again if you failed the first time. I did.

Hello - My husband has been using WT for about 10 years now....yes, there's been some losses, but gains also. As others have stated - this is not an ATM....it is a tool that is used to assist in decisions. I have been using WT for options (the free loyalty package offered for the eSignal fiasco in December 07). Been paper trading since the end of march & watching WTV.....I am up $15K. I realize this isn't real money. I am using WT as a tool and trying to make my moves mechanically - not emotionally.
People who are having issues with WT need to practice - and follow the stinking rules.
I have never had a problem with support - sometimes they are slow to respond, but remember, you get more flies with honey than you do with vinegar.....the support folks are doing the best they can.

I have been using WIZETRADE since the middle of 2006. On an overall basis, I have made money with the program. I have mainly been using it to double check my chart intepretations. In order to improve my performance, I need to develop the discipline of a trader; i.e., use stop loss or cut loss quickly on bad moves etc. It is unfortunate that the recent connection problems have caused me to make a few bad moves consecutively over the last week.

Lets face it folks , trading successfully takes an effort beyond red and green colors or crossing patterns. If you choose to be ignorant and believe the stock market is that simple you should attend the info meeting with both your parents holding your hand. Wize Trade is a tool. An instrument. Not a slot machine that pours out money without an effort. The stock market market is both an art and a science that requires an absolute commitment to a plan and knowledge. No different than getting a college degree, and Wize Trade by the way is much cheaper than a college degree. Paper trade. If you are not winning in that arena then you lack the knowledge. Maybe its not the fault of Wize Trade. Maybe its you.

I have been using Wizetrade for 3 years. I have consistant profits every year. I read all the bad press and can't figure it out. I think some people think, you just plug it in and money spits out. They were very clear to me that this is not a crystal ball and you will lose on some trades. They were correct. I have lost on some trades. Net,net...I am making money. I don't argue with success. I am successful using Wizetrade and that is good enough for me!

My father purchased this software a couple of years ago and I was totally against it. I did web searches and kept seeing "don't buy - scam!!!" He tried to defend it to me but I wouldn't listen - even though he was making money! 6 months ago I came across the free trial of WizeTradeTV. I watched everyday for a month and they kept pushing people to paper trade and make a plan - don't just jump into the software. I then borrowed my fathers version of WT and paper traded for 4 months! I was a believer and purchased my own copy. I just recently started trading with real money and I am successful about 90% of the time. I still paper trading and also put a lot of work into studying the charts and running scans and watching the training videos. This is more than just red light/green light, there is some thought involved. Globaltec prides themselves on customer service and I have had to call them a couple of times and they answer the phone right away and I don't have to pay for technical support (try and do that with Microsoft or many other software packages.) They also have on-going training as well as user groups all across the country so you can meet up with other wizetraders. WTV is also a great resource - where else does the person that invented the software take calls from customers and give advice on reading the charts? As for the price tag - perhaps you could find charts and graphs online for free but who do you call if you have a question? Just figure it is an investment and that as long as you play smart and read the charts like you are supposed to and do some homework you will ultimately make that money back. All in all I am very pleased with this product.

Well, the other day, while I was at the annual Wizefest I sat down in the lobby to read the free USA Today newspaper. I began on the front page, waiting patiently for my wife to finish shopping. With money we made using the Globaltec products over the past 4 years, I might add. I was struck by the fact that every story was about someone being a victim. Not one good news story in the bunch. So I went to the sports section. Surely there would be a positive story there. I was wrong. I have been using the Globaltec products since 2003. And I make money… nearly everyday! Some days I do not trade. I can afford not to trade if I do not wish to trade on any day; I have the freedom to choose. I have earned it. I took years to develop my trading plan. And don’t trade if you do not want to loose occasional trades. Start with paper money, my paper account went from $50,000 to $102,000 before I placed a ‘real trade’. So many people jump at the chance to be victims and this is why they will never be successful at anything…. They were taught by someone to trash everything and to go negative all the time. Personally I do not have time to listen to these victims. They can ruin your day with their incessant whining. That is how I have come to think of the people who slam Wizetrade software. Loosing a few trades is God’s way of telling you to back-off and paper trade again. I paper trade all the time, why not, it’s fun. Any pilot practices all the time in a simulator… God help you if the one flying your plane does not. Failure with Wiztrade is optional. If you choose to not practice and not treat the market with respect you will get burned…. And it is your fault. Admit it, you’re a grown-up and ‘the choices we make dictate the lives we lead.’ Stop whining, stop being a victim, or your life will add up to ’zero’ at its end. PS. Want to know who gets rich using Globaltec products? Engineers, architects, chefs, housewives, doctors, pilots, any one who can follow directions, copy success, and repeat the same steps… without changing the process. The folks who cannot trade are the ones who do not follow the rules and do not exercise money management. The guys from the union halls who complain and are jealous of anyone they think of as rich… the lazy ones who watch TV and drink too much beer and have never read a book from cover to cover. Start with reading. When you have read an average of 2-3 books each week and only watch TV to learn something then you are ready to try trading. Trading is a thinking man’s endeavor… and always will be.

I recently purchased the Wizetrade software and have been training and paper-trading as they SUGGEST for all their customers to DO. There is a learning curve for everyone and you have to do your homework and not get caught up in being greedy or foolish, If you play it smart you CAN make decent money. If you watch the trends the markets constantly cycle, you watch for the low of the cycle {which is your buy signal} and then wait for it to climb the chart and then take your profit{exit signal} Trading is not for everyone and there are no FALSE promises by Wizetrade everything is in black & white whether you read it or not is another issue and why do you people want to file a class action there has to be FRAUD committed to file a Class Action. Customer stupidity is not a valid basis for a claim or LAWSUIT

I guess it is true what they say.....the fool are food for the wize...wizetrade has never claimed to make anybody rich but sadly some people have failed to realise that you dont sit on your behind and hope to make money....you have to study. I paper traded wizetrade for three months and I can vouch for the software. Wizetrade is nothing more than trend recongnition...no more no less...In the three months I paper traded I made three thousand dollars which is more than my mutual fund yielded for the entire year. I hear alot of complaints about paying fees and the like...maybe some people dont realise that the data that runs wizetrade is not coming from wizetrade but rather from the exchange commission...infomation which need I remind you is not free unless you get it from yahoo or google and at which point you will be receiveing delayed information. If you bought wizetrade in the hopes of walking on water....I am sorry to say this but you have to buckle down and study if u want to make money...

I purchased Wizetrade about three months ago and I\'ve invested a great deal of time working the product. I\'ve also invested the $99 per month fee for the Wizefinder product, which includes all day Wizetrade TV. You are learning all day long with their analysts. I was completely lost for the first two months, then suddenly something clicked and I have developed a strategy that works for me. I\'m ready to go live with real money because my paper trading success is 90% accurate, regardless of market conditions. This is because of the product, the training, and my committement. Is something like this out on the net free of charge? Maybe, but I don\'t care. This product is a streamlined road map to successful trading. BTW, I\'m a former CFO but had little experience trading stocks on a retail basis. This purchase is one of the best decisions I\'ve made in my financial career. Back to trading!!!!!!!!!!!! Jan

It sounds like most of the complaints come from people that have not put in the time that it takes to make this machine work. You notice that there are a lot more complaint messages than there are defending messages. That's because the people who are making money using the software are to busy making winning trades and don't have time to put up posts on message boards. I don't work for wizetrade, I sell insurance. I also don't have any degrees and such to back myself up as a technical analyst or genius to be. What I do have is a few bucks to play with that I wanted to make grow. I could put them in a CD and make 4% a year, or an IRA subject to my trivial yearly maximum, or maybe a 401K that is more likely to transform into a 201K. I went to the same seminar as the rest of them, listened to the same infomercial and the same testimonials. Just like Jenny Craig, Richard Simmons, or that short stalky guy that gets on his gazelle machine and runs, Tony something I think. Some people lose weight with Jenny Craig and some don't. But its usually the people that can't put down the chocolate bar that don't lose the weight, and all they can do is complain about how much the meals costed them after 3 months and how Jenny didn't help them at all. The truth of the matter is this: A commercial is just a commericial. A sales seminar is a sales seminar. They don't make money if they don't sell. Just like if you work the drivethrough at Jack-in-the-Box. If you don't ask them if they want to Biggie Size it they probably won't ask you. So these guys or gals at the Wizetrade seminar are just doing their job, which is to send you home with a software package. They will take it back. I know because at one time I gave it back to them. It did take about 20 days for the credit to show up, but if you read the return slip it says so. I cancelled an insurance policy with Safeco a few weeks ago and they told me it would take 3 weeks for the premium to show up in my account. Since I don't work in the accounting department of Safeco or Wizetrade, I guess I will just have to accept it as the way things work. For the guy that lost a relative, I am sorry to hear of that. But, it isn't Wizetrades fault that you can find the estate. If someone goes out and blows 20 grand on lottery tickets it isn't the fault of the store they were purchased from nor is it the fault of the State or whoever put on the lottery. I had a grandfather that sold a piece of property before he died for 30,000 and took the money and spent it on fortune tellers and crap until he had nothing. It just sucks. Sorry to hear you lost that estate but you can't fault Wizetrade. To the technical professional, you are right, you can't assume something is going to continue to go up just because it has in the past. Nor can you assume something will continue to go down because it has in the past. But since no one has a crystal to look into to see what will happen tomorrow, we have to go with something. 3 months ago the DOW was at 12K and some change and today it is about 13,200. I didn't go to college for this, but where I come from we call that direction "up". So if you are going to trend trade we who use the software like to go with the trend, which for many many stocks recently, has been "up". Sorry to disappoint all you "nay" sayers, but I have been able to make money using Wizetrade. I didn't when I first started, having no stock trading experience whatsoever, so I paper traded. Which means that I made the actual trade and tracked the results but I didn't use real money. Now I do. This is not a get rich quick scheme. If you thought you could take the software home, install it, and then quit your job next week, you will most likely be sorely disappointed and will return the software. You don't have to be a genius to make this work but you do have to take the time and effort to allow it work. Plus, Wizetrade has a TV program online and they actually talk to you live and help you to understand how these things works. I would never have been able to trade stocks successfully without Wizetrade. If you like scrubbing dishes or doing whatever you do and hope that social security will pay your bills when you get old, then keep returning your Wizetrade boxes.

I have been an employee in this very successful company for over a year now. I started out in Customer Service and have graduated to a new position. Wizetrade is everything that we say it is. Most customers understand that this is not an 'overnight' get-rich-quick scheme. They know that they have to work at it like anything else worth doing well. I must tell you though that there are a lot of people who either have never tried the software, or just don't want to put much time into it. These are the people that must complain about Wizetrade. I have talked to a lot of people since I started working with GlobalTec Solutions. There are many thousands of satisfied customers, many of which are doing well with the program and their trading. Wizetrade is software and you must take the time to learn it...and yes it is as easy as "Red Light - Green Light!" How many companies would give you FREE - UNLIMITED UPGRADES for the software, unlimited Customer Service calls as well as 24-hour Technical Support. Also, a web based TV program right on your computer and web based audio training. Standing behind the program and supporting it are all trademarks of a good company. I am darn proud to work for this fine company and I will be trading with the software.

I have been using Wizetrade for two years now and have had tremendous success with it . I have made quite a bit of money using it and it works exactly as they claim it does. There is a learning curve , and it will take you a few months to master the product . But if you use it exactly as they tell you to (don't try to reinvent the wheel , and don't make up your own way to use it )it will work exactly as they say it does. After you master the software (about six months of papertrade practice) it will do exactly what the infomercial claims about 75 % of the time , which is more than enough to make a handsome living with . There is no such thing as a crystal ball which will work 100% of the time , but this is the closest thing to it .
