Hey y'all! i believe that healthy eating, and working out...a change of life is wonderful. I used this product for one year and lost a total of 120lbs. This product really makes you want smaller portions, and gives you a lot more energy. The only hard part was departing from this wonderful product after I lost the weight. When I stopped I got frequent headaches, and had a surge of energy loss; this is to be expected tho due to the caffeine. But if you can lose 120lbs you can get over a few headaches with advil...lol besides you get a lot more added energy with working out

There is no miracle weight-loss solution. I found Xenadrine (the Ephedra free version) effective only as a jump-starter to weight loss upon implenting a program of exercise and healthy eating. Be prepared to stick to your program after you stop taking Xenadrine to avoid regaining the weight. Even the ephedra-free version is definitely not for people with sensitive systems. (Unfortunately, this product is GREATLY misrepresented in the infomercials)

I have taken Xenadrine for a few years now and have had no problems what-so-ever with the product. I have also experienced great weight loss results with this product. The weight has come off slowly, therefore I will be able to keep it off. B-T-W, I've lost 75 lbs to date using this product and have dropped 5 clothing sizes.

read all the xenadrine complaints...   all i have to say is, i used both products at seperate times. and both times it was very effective. first time i lost 25lbs using the original formula.  took the recommended amount and did my normal running, etc...  was coming off of a running injury and was not allowed to excercise at all, so i gained weight over the 4 months...   came right off...  the second time, i lost 15lbs.  but i think i would have lost about the same as before, but i was lifting also to increase strength for rock climbing...  i never took the pills as a miracle.  i just used them to curb my appetite...  anyway, i love the product.  i'm sure everyone that complained had a valid point, but the product does work for some, it isn't a scam. thanks, matt in texas

Just from my experience, I believe this stuff works just fine.  I went from 320lbs. to 218.  I worked out, took the pills and watched what I ate.  I had a college roommate that took the same pills and was trying to lose a couple lbs. and he always got headaches and got shaky at times.  I think it depends on the person, but as far as my experience, it seemed to help me lose weight more rapid than just working out and eating better.  I still believe in hard work and eating right, and this is the only "weight loss pill" I have ever tried and I don't plan on trying any other.  Also, I do not continue to use this product and have been able to keep off the weight I lost!

I have been taking Xenadrine for 2.5 years and have switched to Xenadrine NRG 5 months ago. I lost only 2 lbs but at 5'6" and 135 lbs I don't need to loose weight however it burnt 5" off my waist from 34" to 29". My 6-pec abs are now showing, my chest, arms and legs are more solid. I follow the serving instructions strictly, I don't really watch my diet however I go to the gym 5 times a week.

I agree that it all depends on the person if Xenedrine is right for you. I have had similar side-effects like nausea from other products. I have been taking Xenedrine off and on for 3 years. It gives me tons of energy making me push my workout to the limits. Off Xenedrine I rollerblade 4 miles and want to quit. However, ON Xenedrine I have done 18 miles of rollerblading and felt fine. I recently added Xenedrine to my new diet and have lost 20lbs over a 3 month period, with very little exercise. It really increases my energy level, puts me in a good mood, and when used during a workout, helps me shed those unwanted pounds. I say try it. It worked for me, but like I said, it won't work for everybody.
