I am a veterinarian and the very proud owner of 6 cats and 3 dogs and I absolutely love this product. One of my rescue cats used to poop outside the litter box and since I began spraying Zero odor into the catbox after scooping them out, he stopped! Old urine/poop odors in the carpet have diminished. Tough old odors may need several treatments but that is to be expected. I recommend this product to so many of my clients with pets with inappropriate urination and they seem happy as well.

I don\'t know how well zero odor works on stains, but I will buy if forever because of what it does for my catboxes. When I scoop, I spray the litter and mix it up. I have absolutely no litterbox odor at all in my house. People have commented that they didn\'t even know I have 5 cats! I\'ve also used it to spray the trash can and \"stinky\" air. It works great and I believe its worth the money for my catboxes alone.

I am re-ordering zero-odor for the third time. I have 6 cats and a dog, and it's the only product that not only removes the scent but also removes the urine stain. I spray it directly on the stain, and use an absorbent pet pad (or any other kind of similar pad) over the stain, step on it, and after a short while, it's gone. I have even had success at removing old stains using the same method of spraying to saturate the spot, then placing a pad over the spot. I'm not sure what those who are having problems are doing, but I sent an order to my Mom, who was having some kitty issues, and her comments echo mine

I love Zero Odor. I ordered it a couple years back when I first saw an ad for it. I have 8 indoor cats (all rescues, long story) and 6 litterboxes. What I use this mostly for is after I scoop out the waste in each box, I spray Zero Odor 2 to 3 times over the litter that's in the box. It's enough to help get rid of any lingering odor but not enough to deter the cats from using their boxes. I have ordered direct from thei website many times and the product ships very quickly. I have recommended this to others and all who have used it love it. The company even gives discounts to animal shelters which I think is wonderful. On a non-pet side, I use 2 sprays in my microwave oven and then close the door to it whenever I have used it for microwave popcorn. It keeps the smell from disseminating through the house. This stuff works and the company has my utmost loyalty as long as it keeps working!

I've found Zero Odor to be amazingly effective on odor from cat urine. Our cats were strays, and one of them will sometimes urinate outside the box when frightened (most recently as a result of fireworks in the neighborhood). Per the directions, repeat application may be necessary, and thick carpeting requires diligent application. Also, like many other ineffective products I've tried, the directions state that an inconspicuous area should be tried first to ensure that colors won't be adversely affected, which is obviously important for carpet treatment. Nevertheless, when applied correctly, it performs as advertised for cat urine odor, and I've found nothing else that does.

I have many pets, being active in animal rescue. I've used this with good results. It worked even on older stains on a cream colored carpet. I'm quite happy with it and will definitely buy more.

A few months ago, I adopted two male adult cats from a rescue shelter. I was warned about their less than perfect litter box manners, but I was not given the whole picture. These guys urinated into the cold air return, marked a few corners, and on top of that had diarreha, which never was deposited in any litter box, just my carpet. At my wits end, nearly ready to euthanize these bad boys, I came across Zero Odor on the internet. As soon as I received the order, I followed the directions as close as possible on the areas of nuclear impact and I have to say, this product works for me. Several areas where the toms marked had to be treated a few times. Now, they use the litter boxes and haven't sprayed anywhere I have found yet. After a month of using two 22 ounce bottles, I'm starting to get ahead of the situation. So far, I am pleased with the product.

I have used Zero Odor for about a month now. If anyone has kids that play ice hockey they will understand how bad the gloves , elbow pads , shin guards and the inside of the bag smells. Even with removing all pieces and drying them out after every practice and every game. I don't know what could smell worse. Anyway, when I first used the product I could not believe my nose. The smell was completely gone except for a slight fresh scent almost like you were outside. The bad smell of the equipment did come back slightly but they do advertise that you may have to do a second application if there is a strong odor. It was a little expensive but I was desperate to try anything. The cost to have the equipment cleaned professionally could run up to $100 or more. I'm glad I decided to purchase this product because it is truly amazing for this application and as a hockey dad I highly recommend it. The drive home from the rink is much more enjoyable.

I have ordered this product twice because it is very effective on urine odors and stains. For those people who complain that the odor returns, perhaps it is because their pet is also returning to that spot!

I am a foster home for many dogs and cats. I highly recommend Zero Odor, as it has proven itself both a superior deodorizer and pet stain removal product in my home. I swear by it, and I have "tried them all." Second to this product, I would of course recommend any enzyme-based cleaner, but I think Zero Odor is the best.

I have bought a lot of products through the years that promise to eliminate cat urine. I ended up with bleached out carpet spots and still a urine smell and no help from the companies about the mess. Zero Odor works! I love it and is truly does work on cat urine- even old spots. I do find, however, that it's hard to get the urine out of a wool rug. Perhaps they can give me some advise on that. But I love this product and I love that it's safe. I'm a customer for life.

I ordered Zero Odor. It didn't work on my old set in stains on my carpet. By the time I determined that it didn't work on new stains either it was past the 30 day return period. I sent an email comment via their web page and all my money was promptly refunded. I was not asked to return the remaining product.

I do customer service for Zero Odor, and honestly, i don't see why you all are complaining. I get calls everyday from people who swear by it, and the people who do call because they are disatisfied get refunded immediately--we don't even require you to send it back. Yes, we do offer you another bottle for free, but if you don't want it, we are instructed to refund you.
