Background
On April 3, 2007, we were served with a complaint from the Dynatech / GlobalTec Solutions corporate attorney, Myra P. Nicholson.
GlobalTec Solutions LLP is a subsidiary of Dynatech
GlobalTec Solutions LLP represents several products, including Wizetrade and 4X Made Easy
As it turns out, most of the customers who have tried Wizetrade or 4X Made Easy have given it one star; the lowest possible rating
Unsatisfied consumers have also listed both Wizetrade and 4X Made Easy on www.infomercialscams.com
Here is just one of at least four threatening "ceast and desist" letters we received from the GlobalTec Solutions / Dynatech attorney, Myra P. Nicholson, in reference to Wizetrade and 4X Made Easy
Why are we being sued?
They claim that our "natural" and "organic" search engine listings infringe upon their trademark names
They claim that our use of their trade name on Infomercial Ratings.com and Infomercial Scams.com causes consumers to get confused by believing there is an association between us and them
They claim "Defendants' use in commerce of words and symbols and/or false or misleading descriptions of fact are likely to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive as to the origin, sponsorship or approval of Defendant's products and activities and constitutes false designation"
They claim they have been "irreparably harmed and damaged"
