I'm not going to give the long story, as it is similar to the other ones. I have an issue with how they level price their product. The more you buy the lower the price--supposedly. First, they ship you as much as possible at full price, then call you to give you "the deal" for a full year. I actually received the shipment of the full year before the last shipment of 2 boxes at full price! Customer service (GENEVA TZ145) was rude when I called them on that. I reported them to the CA BBB--I'm sure nothing will come of my complaint but I feel better. Yes, they have "slow" and "computer is down" issues to delay you past their 30 day money back guarantee, as well. I told them to NEVER contact me again.

I was suppose to get a free trial I signed up for on the internet. They sent me the vits and charged me the full price for them. I returned to sender and they started deducting future shipments from my account and I'm currently looking for a number to contact them.

After ordering a free trial, shipment payment only, unauthorized withdrawls were taken out of my account. Called the complaint line on 7 occasions always told my monies would be returned. YET NOT RECEIVED. They stole my money.

I purchased this and also tried to call back to get an rma to return the vitamins. they hung up on me and wont reverse the charge. still in dispute with the credit card company.

I just received my shipment from 12-in-one. After reading other complaints, I'm not even going to open the box that contains the vitamins. Upon opening the shipping box, I find a bill inside that says I still owe $29.95 for the shipment. Of course, when you order they say it's a trial and you only owe for shipping $7.95. Turns out that right away they are lying to you. However, since I just got it, I'm calling their customer service to enact their 30 day money back policy. Hopefully it works.

I told 12-in-1 that their product was not working for me. I needed them to credit my account. They credited it, but ran an investigation and found I had not returned the product which was not a requirement. So, they spoke with my bank who debited my account for $59.90. Once they received the product from me on January 21, 2008, to date, my account has not been credited because they said because of the "chargeback" my bank made. They said the bank is the only people who can call them and have my account credited. Upon calling my bank, they said they do not interact with the merchant. So, now what am I suppose to do?

I tried these. They were fine I guess. But I began to get weekly calls at work asking how I liked them. I canceled the vitamins. Now I get another 2 month supply, I try to get the return authorization. They tell me I can only return vitamins received on the first shipment. Then I realize that I received mens and womens vitamins and my wife does not take these. They won't exchange men for womens. They won;t take any back and now I need to TRUST that they won't charge me anymore? Amazing of them, and amazing how dumb I was to try them!

I came to my old house where I used to live with roomates a few years ago to have lunch with them. While I was there they told me I had a package that had been waiting for me there. When I opened it I reconized the charge from something that had hit my bank account and overdrawn it that I didnt reconize ( I am a college student so every dollar counts). I called the company and spoke with" branden" and he said that they would investigate it. When I called back the next day they continued to tell me I had placed the order by phone and they had my recording but would not let me listen to it! I then called my bank and they looked at my statement the charge had disappeared! Then the next day it came back. When I went into the bank to talk to someone in person they searched my account and found that the company charged me 3 different times in two months!!! I work for an online internet company that sells home improvement products, when a customer places and order with a different billing address than from the billing address on there account we are alerted and the order goes into fraud alert and we must contact the customer to verify. This is a deal that card companies have with internet and phone order companies to catch fraud. So I know for a fact that no one made this order. This company got my card number and made orders themselves! I eventually had to close my bank account and open a new one. This has cost me a total of 93.00 after the fact in over draft fees that my bank couldnt reverse because the charges kept magically disappearing so I was unable to prove it was from them. SOMETHING HAS GOT TO BEEN DONE ABOUT THIS. These people have a whole set up of customer service reps who lie to you and scam artist who snach your card number of other internet sites. I hope, but doubt I am the last this happends to.

I have for 2 months tried to rectify a problem with this company. It has gotten to the point that it rocked my checking account for 0ver $200, They keep changing their identity codes when you call them. What a scam....they send vitamins you didn't want....you call to rectify and they try to give you in house credit...cam, scam.

I received a package from this company in the mail. I've never heard of them, nor have I ever placed an order with them. Yet, somehow, they have my information, including the CC# I use for my online purchases. They were kind of enough to charge me as well. I called them and reported the fraud. They said they would cancel the order and my "account" and refund the money they charged my credit card. At the end of the call, they tried to send me something to "thank" me for being a customer. Ha! I called the credit card company, and they were... unsurprised. Apparently this company has a reputation. They reversed the charges, cancelled that card and issued me a new one. Hopefully this is the end of the story. I, however, intend to follow up with the BBB.

I too was called by my credit card company with unauthorized charges on my account, one of them being this 12 in One multivitamin. I disputed the charge and the company sent a letter to my bank saying I actually phoned in the order!! I have never even heard of this product and certainly did not order it. What kind of scam are these people running and is anyone going to do anything about it?? I have the unopened package sitting here, but I don't want the expense of sending it back to the company when I didn't even order it in the first place.

I received a call from a company thanking me for my order. I told them I didn't know what they were talking about that I hadn't ordered anything and to cancel the order and credit my account. I then get a box in the mail from Ultimate Nutraceuticals, which I did not open. Then I got a call from my credit card co. about suspicious charges on my account. I told them I did not make them and we cancelled my card and started an inquiry. I called the company which turned out to be 12 in one and they gave me an return number and said would credit my account. I am sending it back today but after reading some complaints I am a little worried. How can people charge you for something that you've never even heard of? Somethng needs to be done and quick.

I too was billed for 2 bottles of 12-in-1 that I never ordered to begin with. I have contacted them via e-mail several times and no response. I totally agree that you don't even have to order the product; it automatically comes and they charge you. When I received that first order, I called them and told them it was never ordered and they assured me I would be refunded and then a couple days ago I saw where they took 2 more payments of 28.95 out again. 4 payments taken out without me even ordering to begin with. DO NOT even go to this site and push any keys on the computer....you'll have money taken out without you knowing it.

I never completed the order and 4 days later my bank account gets hit for 8.53 so I call the 18009418032 and talk to Vanessa CSR# TZ256 she tells me " oh you dont have to submit the order once your info is on the screen your order is submitted" now tell me how that happens. They steal your info without ever submitting it with a button. I informed her I was Filing a report with BBB and I had to change my bank card, I wont be putting anything on my computer anymore. A hard lesson learned right.

12-IN-1- MULTIVITAMIN 800-9418032 charged 7.95 to my account without me ordering anything ever from their website, I never even looked at the product online nor used the credit card "they" used for a long time. This happened with 7 other companies and luckily I cancelled my credit card immediately after I have seen some fraud transactions on my bank account. Now I have to call each of those comapnies to cancel my memberships, since this were not one-off transactions but rather full memberships.

This company is a fraud. I was charged $7.95 shipping and received this product which I never ordered. I contacted their customer service and all he told me was the date of purchase. He said they will refund the shipping charge and cancel the order but that I can keep the product. Yeah right - based on everyone else's stories, I doubt a refund will ever be seen and I'm sure they'll attempt to keep charging. No worries though because I contacted my bank and reported the fraud. They are reversing the charge and closing out the card number this company stole from me.

First of all, I didn't *complete* my order online and somehow they sent me a shipment anyway. I called to complain- they told me to keep the products and I would only pay the $7.95 S/H. They also said that they would REMOVE me from the auto-ship program per my request. Unfortunately, they did not and now my visa has TWO $59.90 charges. I called my VISA company (Capital One) and supposedly, even if I cancel my card, 12-in-One can still continue to charge me. I am calling again to complain, but I'm even more frusterated since I didn't even really sign up with them in the first place.

One of the best reasons to have American Express is just for this reason. All of the incidents concerning this company's "MO" I've read, I have no doubt is happening. In fact it DID happen to me and after 3 months of receiving these capsules I contacted Amex to conduct an inquiry, which they did and refunded my last two charges and I haven't heard from or been charged by the company since. This is exactly why I choose to order through my Amex. I knew they would protect me and my charge card. If not I would be in the same situation trying to get my money back.
