This company keeps charging my card for products that I have not ordered. I cannot seem to get their compliance to my request to stop charging. The "Customer Care Department" keeps you hanging on the phone for ages and there is no email address contact for them. How can we stop these people scamming the general public?

They are not worth the shipping charge especially after you go through the agravation that you have to go through, loose your money and get no satisfaction. I can relate to almost all the other issues that everyone else has had with this company and their representatives.

ordered trial packet..just like everyone else charged full price and then again full price the next month with no product delivered. called and talked to michael...got his TZ number and was told through a very bad connection that i would be refunded in full! we'll see. the advertisement doesn't give the details of the nutrients as other vitamin vendors do...only when you receive the 12in1 vitamins can you compare the nutrients and the comparison is sad! The actual mgs and iu's in each serving are not impressive but pathetic. this is a rip-off. if i don't get my refund soon i will contact the better business bureau!

I was billed $9.95 for the "free" trial and called to stop any future shipments. About a month later I checking account was debted $29.95. I called again to report this and asked for refund. Their number is 310-301-5022. I will see if the credit is posted to my account, they said it could take up to 2 weeks to process. I will report what happens.

I received the trial order and after seeing the label I was not impressed. I was already takin g much the same thing from a different CO. I called and cancelled any future orders. Now I see I have been billed on my charge card 3 more times. I also found online evidence that this is the way they do business. Ted

I ordered a 30 day free sample, I received this one month following the order, tried it for seven days, and broke out terribly, so I contacted them to cancel, and to return them, I have done that. THen a week later received 5 bottles in the mail, contacted them to get this resolved and return they were so apologetic and said to return and they would refund the money, then two days later another box arrived again, in total received 6 boxes. THey charged my account $118., $115, $118, $118.00 $31.95 and $28.95 $7.95, I have only received a refund of $31.95 and $28.95, still waiting for the others. I did everything correct, but this has caused my account to stay in $600 OD, mode, because of this, don't know what else to do. Thanks, Inger []

This is to add to my report of 5-1-07. I had ordered the trial on 1-12 and got nothing. I called 1-30 to cancel and they would not do so. But said they would cancel any future orders and in any case I would not owe anything but 7.95.I finally got the 12 in Ones in mid Feb. Toward the end of Feb. I was charged another 29.95. I called them maybe 25 times only to get lies, runarounds, insults, and abuse and hang ups. They have no conscience. Finally I pestered them enough they told me they sent the refund on 3-23. Another lie. More insults. I notified the Fed. and the P.O. authorities. (They are not members of the BBB). Finally I got my refund with check dated 5-8-07. (They had said they sent it 3-23). I dont think they would have sent anything except that I persisted and didnt threaten or curse AND reported them to the Fed. and P.O. So this is what it takes. Keep calling and that prevents them from making more sales. I think they figured that out. It was a good lesson for me - never to give out my cc or bank # again. Good luck and dont give up.

I don't know what the hell is goin' on. First of all, I have never even heard of this company, nor have I ever even seen the 12 in 1 product being advertised. Also, I'm a male, so why would I place an order for a "female" multivitamin. Apparently they think I ordered it because they sent it to my home. I called the customer care # and they had all of my info, even my cc #. I'm trying to sort this out. Corporate phone # for this company is 310-301-5022. Help!

I recently order these vitamins thinking I would get them for 7.95. Boy was I wrong! I finally got my credit card company to charge all the charges back to their bank. So far it has worked. I refused the last shipment and will refuse all future shipments. I sent back the original shipment plus all paper work and cds. could not find an email address for this co.

Saw the 12inOne ad on tv.offering a free bottle of same for just paying the 7.95 s & h. I called and gave them my bank account # (BIG MISTAKE). This was Jan. l2. They took out 7.95 from my account. On Jan.30 I called them and said I had not received anything and was wary and wanted to cancel. They said I couldnt cancel as the order was being "processed" (they use that word loosely). But the Supv. Christian TZ 176, assured me that after this 7.95 there would be no further charges or shipments. Cancelled as of 1-30-07. I finally got the vitamins about FEb. 5th. On/about Feb.22 my bank account was charged 29.95. I called and Christian, TZ 176 admitted I was wrongfully charged and would refund the money. I asked him to send me an email saying so, and he said he would BUT only after I got the refund. Anyway, a series of documented phone calls later shows all kinds of lies, subterfuge, etc. The refund was supposedly sent 3-23=07 and to allow 20 business days from then. Today is May 1st. Now no one knows anything. Fortunately after the charge I cancelled my bank account. Today I notified the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357 and the Cal. BBB at 1-858-496-2131. The number for the 12in One Admin. offices (secret) is: 310-301-5022. I have never in my life seen such a mean, cold blooded, lying, cowardly bunch of people. They have been carefully coached and trained as how to be evasive. I will never, never, give my cc or bank acct # to anyone and never buy from them again.

Okay, here we go: same story as everyone else. My husband ordered the 12-in-One Vitamins after seeing the infomercial. The came allright, but then we were charged again and again on our credit card. By the time we finally noticed 4 months later we had been ripped of by $275.00!! Wow. And the vitamins, I couldn't say that they did anything at all. Actually, my husband started to feel very sluggish. Actually, I think if the financial side of the operation is such a scam, really, how can the vitamins be all that good? But, that being said, we called several times to cancel, bbut we were cahged at least half our money AFTER we had contacted them for the first time to cancel. So, lesson learned, we will never order anything again before reserching a product/company on the internet. Sites such as this are extremely helpful. I also feel less stupid now that I see that I am not the only one! I don't know how those people sleep at night.

I ordered the vitamins and after taking the first issue, i notified the company and spoke to someone on the phone and we agreed that they would stop sending me anymore of the vitamins, which should have eliminated the costs. But it did not, I am still viewing a cost for 12-IN-ONE multivitamins, although i have not received them anymore and i do not wish to receive them again. The last 2 bottles they sent me i still have, and i offered to return them for a refund, but they would not accept that offer. But i do not want to continue paying for them either. thank you, Doris

My boyfriend and I placed the order over the internet as a FREE trial.....We opened the boxes, but never tried the product, since we weren't out of our regular vitamins yet. Before I tried a vitamin, my credit card got billed TWICE for 29.95, just 3 days apart from eachother. I called the company for a refund...I was told that I could only get a store credit, I then asked for a supervisor, she then issued a partial credit for 28.95. I was still disputing the charges and time frame. I placed the order on March 9th. The order was packaged on the 15th, but the postmark on the box is the 19th of March. Which means that it takes 10 days for yor product to get shipped....which they deduct from your free trial. They also deduct the time it takes to be shipped to you. I can say that I spent a good 30 minutes on the phone and was assured by Floor manager Shanine ID # TZ 169 that I will be receiving my refund in 7-10 business days of 57.90 for the 2 amounts. I hope that other people can get their money back.....but also go to your bank....which I'm getting ready to do to stop all payments and additional charges from this company. Good Luck....and hopefully the Attorney General will get this company for fraud. Please look at your reciepts...the receipt does't say anything about additional charges or refund policy. They use the excuse that the return policy is read through when you orginally place your order. Respectfully, Laura

I was browsing the web one day,and i came across this ad for the 12-in 1 multivitamin. I decided to try this product once,so I proceeded to fill out the needed info.I got as far as filling out my payment info when I decided not to complete the transaction,so I backed out of the website thinking that since I didn't finish the application my order would not be processed.I was very surprised when I got a note from the post office saying I have a package. It was the first shipment of the product.I thought about keeping the product because there was an invoice enclosed for the first payment of $29.95.I didn't think they would just go into my checking account for the payment. There was no mention of that on the invoice. After getting my monthly bank statement,I noticed that there two debit payments from this company.I called the number on my bank statement, and spoke with a young lady who told me that the entries have not been taken from my account yet."They were pending payments".I then told the young lady to cancel my account and that I would be returning the first shipment. She told me that my account would be cancelled.I went to my bank today and was told that indeed those two entries from this company had been taken from my account.I want my money back ! If this company is a scam then they need to be exposed!

I have had the same experience with this company billing, endlessly billing my credit card for $29.95 each time. I contacted the 12-in-1 folks and told them that EVEN IF I DID order the vitamins (which I did not) it makes no sense to keep sending them and billing me, when I have already refured shipments and requested that no further items be sent to my address. My credit card company says they cannot stop future billings, so my only option seems to be to cancel this card, which I will do tomorrow. I have also sent a complaint to the FTC, and will file one with BBB Online as well. This company must be stopped!!!
