Sad, so sad, I got a "deal" on this software b/c I already had another piece of software from this company. #1 they tell you AGAIN AND AGAIN NEVER trade currency pairs w/o a stop b/c you can lose ALL your investment, QUICK! #2 They "demonstrated" the software at the seminar showing the "angle" and separation" "cues" that show when a pair should be bought and sold... GOT IT. I understand. EASY right? YUP! I did the math and said wow, I'll make 40K a month with my capital investment I could have. #3 They Demand I "practice" with the software prior to actually trading. OK! I "practiced" for 3 months!!! dozens of trades were made!!! EVERY SINGLE TRADE closed out with my stop! (the forex market is SO volitile, it BOUNCES up and down so much that you COULDN'T keep the trade without potentially losing ALL your investment and making margin calls... SURE, if you DID trade without a stop or at least a HUGE stop you could make money.... BUT they told you NOT to trade without a STOP!!! If you did hold the line and held on... GAMBLED that the pair was REALLY going to go up... and then if it did, SURE you would make money!!! Threw away $1700.00 on that one, so pissed off, anyone want to buy mine.... for cheap!!

I attended the 4x Intro class in Oct. of 2007. The program sounded easy and I was determined to make this work. I then attended a weekend of training and spent numerous hours on my own over the next 4-5 weeks to have a better understanding of what now appears to be a very complicated system. I am very disappointed with myself that I trusted these slick sales people. I could think of alot of other things to do with $3800. If anyone has their heart set on investing into this program, I would be happy to sell my software at a big discounted price. pamela

attended free seminar in toronto december 2007 asking price for software was absurd !!! everyone in the room was sold ... except me ... presentation does make it seem as if its easy - but it felt it odd that in order to try the software you had to buy it first ... i spend considerable amounts of time trying various software and you ALWAYS get a free trial ... hence i had my suspicions ... and they didnt offer a month to try it out ... they offered only about 2 weeks which i felt to be very insufficient time ... i spoke with presenter and a cashier saying i'd be willing to try it and if i like i would pay for it but they both became quite rude ... especially when the found out that i sat through the last segment of the presentation that was ONLY for people who had purchased it ... needless to say i didnt buy it and decided to research first since Forex is new to me ... MIKE on this site mentioned he uses other software ... could MIKE or anyone else for that matter perhaps suggest FOREX SOFTWARE that IS in fact trustworthy ... thank you

I purchased this product well over a year ago. Although I didn't use it much, I tried their paper trading system and didn't have much luck. I was told at the class that I would have to upgrade to a newer version of 4x shortly after purchasing the product. After receiving a notice that it was time to upgrade to the new version, I attempted to download the new version several times and each time it froze my computer. I didn't have (or take) the time to sit on hold with technical support so I stopped using it. I really had no luck with paper trading but fortunately I never used real money. Unfortunately I am just NOW canceling my automated $99.95 4xFeed automated withdrawal from my credit card. I thought this program was something I could do on the weekend or for a few minutes each day. My work schedule wasn't conducive to the suggested hours of trading and perhaps I didn't spend enough time trying to REALLY understand how it all worked. I don't know if this system works for others but as for everything... Buyer Beware! There are no get rich quick answers. Perhaps it works for some. It didn't for me. By the way, I found this site while spending 1 HOUR! on hold trying to cancel my account. (They wouldn't let me do it online.) Once I got through to a person, she was cordial and told me it would be canceled at the end of the month. Good luck to those of you who try it. JUST BE CAREFUL AND THOUGHTFUL ABOUT THIS DECISION.

I purchased the product, and was pretty happy with it until the software started to go nuts on me. I clicked on a certain currency pair to get out of the trade with profit and instead the line jumped up into a different pair which I was not yet ready to trade. I lost money that way and spoke to the tech support about this. They said that in essence I wasn't checking the pair again before my final click and so it is my fault. Needless to say I lost all trust into the software and haven't been trading sice. (Why would I pay over $100 dollars for a signal I'm not using.) I really loved the trading part but don't want to do it through and with "4x made easy" anymore.<br />
I am game for a suit. Just contact me, I guess, through here.

Same as all the others. I am a computer programmer and it is also a hobby to figure out all types of software. I've had 4X for three years now. I've tried long, short, swing, long term, market + TTO etc. This software will blow past stops, show high vulitile times (joke) in short, I've tried every option the small application file has to offer. In the time I have owned this program they have upgraded the version at least six times which tells me it did not work correctly when it was released. Also if you have upgraded your computer and did not use utilities such as file transfer wizards and just downloaded a new copy of 4X you will find it no longer contains previous features of earlier versions. What does that tell you? There is more I can point out, but it would get to lengthly. Class action? count me in.

I just attended a seminor on 4xmade easy before Christmas and bought the software at the same day. I have tried several times to get my software installed. Then, something interesting happened. I had problem to get my software installed, and it always stoped me at the step upgrading the latest version £ï£æ 4xmade easy. I tried to contact the technical support, but the line is always busy. I also tried chat somebody on line.£Éstill need to wait for a long long time, and I still couldn't get hold of anybody. I feel really bad I don't have any technical support like they promise whenever I need. I mean the installation is only my first step, and I can't imagine what's gonna happen next.I understand customerservice could be busy, but not like this. I start to feel bad about this company about the customer service.

I bought the program around 10 months ago and it was a huge problem. I went to one of the seminars advertised on a local infomercial. They made it sound so easy, talked about what a reputible company they were, what a great guy James Dicks was etc. I made sure that I got in writing when and how to return the product to get my money back. I tried the paper trading part of it but did not find that it worked as they said and decided that I could really loose my shirt if I went ahead and used real money.I did what I was supposed to,returned the product, got verification that they received it in time and left them no way to get out of refunding my money. They still jerked me around for months. I paid with a credit card and they said that their policy was not to refund the credit card but to mail out a check. When the check did not arrive I called them and got the run around. They said that the person who wrote the refund checks only did so many a day and they had a stack of checks to refund and I would have to wait until they got to it. They would not let me talk to this refund person. Finally I had to get my credit card company involved to charge them back. I finally got my money back. This is a horrible, unprofessional company.

Global Tech attended to Australia in September 2005. I attended to their free seminar and bought the product, under the premise I could return it with 30 days. Within those 30 days they had the "WIZEFEST" in USA. I thought what I needed was training and attended to the WIZEFEST which was only another scam to sell you software for other markets, such as commodities. By the time I realized the whole thing it was late the 30 days had already expired and I was not entitled to the refund. I wish I could have found a site like this to warn me at that time. So I am contributing to prevent more people to fall in this trap. I am willing t participate in the Class Action some already mentioned

Why don't we all join forces and sue Global Tec for their misrepresentations and inferior product? There are thousands of people that would join in a class action lawsuit and hopefully that would be enough to put them out of business so that thousands more people won't be ripped off in the future.

I, too was scammed by the Global Tec group. I purchased the software around early 2004. It is true that they force you to buy it before you can try or get proper training. Also true that their customer service is impossible to get ahold of and they don't want to give you a refund, then once they prolong you long enough they say it's been too long and you've exceeded the time you were allowed to return the software. Funny it's easy to order and you can get ahold of them anytime to order the software! It appears that it's all hindsight. If you watch the graphs and lights and do as they tell you, you almost inevitably lose money. I lost the nearly $4000 purchase price plus an additional 2500 that I put into my account, on top of that was the live feed I had for 18 months to the tune of $1800 and an addional six months of the tracker software that they insisted would make me ten times more money than I would make otherwise. So, after nearly $9000 and 19 months of training/money loss, I still am no better than when I purchased the software! If we all got together and sued them then perhaps we could get some dough back? Sorry for the rant.

A couple weeks ago I "bit" on one of those Sunday morning Info-mercials. It was April 1st! Little did I know I was to be made a real fool as I attended the 4X Made Easy introductory presentation in Fort Myers, Florida. The attendees were sequestered in a hallway while the meeting room was being "prepared". About 60 people were then martialed in to view a slick and sophisticated system of investing in the international foreign currency exchange (FOREX) market. The speaker made it all sound so simple to do that I and many others purchased the $3800 software and the monthly $100 data feed charge we were told was necessary to run the program. After loading the software on my computer I attended two of the recommended online training meetings. Everyone of the customers that dialed-in on the conference call expressed dismay and confusion; the product was not performing and the instructor was terse and quick to move to new topics leaving questions unanswered. I then attended a one-day training session. The speaker seemed to know his product and was even more expert at selling the add-on 4X Tracker program. This was yet another $100 per month access fee as a "must have". At the end of the day, however, I made the decision to cancel my so-called membership, but there was no announcement about guarantees nor was anyone around to whom I could return my software - it was late and the team was rolling their suitcases out the door! I met several students/customers that night who were re-sitting for more training because they had lost significant sums of money despite following 4X Made Easy's rules and guidelines to the letter. After months, and in some cases years, of trying this software, these long-time 4X Made Easy customers were still struggling to recover their losses. The audience in this training was overwhelmingly senior citizens who entered with high hopes. Unfortunately the program is so complex that extensive training and practice is even recommended by the trainers before any "real money" is risked in actual trades. More unfortunately, we had all already risked our Real Money in the purchase price of the software! Early the next day, I called the Customer Service Line to cancel and had to leave a message because no one answered the phones. The company has major offices on South Orange Avenue in Orlando, Florida along with more offices in Addison, Texas. This is a company that promotes its "WizeTrade" internet "TV" program. Global Tec's company motto is "Our Customers Success Guarantees Our Success". My experience tells otherwise - this company's customer service is all bad! Not only did the so-called "customer service" representative, named Kerry Robinson, refuse to cancel my membership and refund the cost of the software, he was rude, arrogant and condescending. He would not allow me to escalate my request and was very secretive about names of managers in this organization and their contact information. It is one thing to Rip-Off those of us who still have day-jobs and can continue to earn a living. It is truly evil to Rip-Off the elderly who are lured to believe they can easily augment their Social Security checks. To Summarize, 4XMade Easy and the Global Tec company is a very slick Marketing Group who exploits the financially naive. Reports are listed on other Scam websites as well as the []. For your protection and review, please go look at them. Note: This is a warning. I followed the rules and 4XMade Easy denied to refund me the price of its worthless software. Stay away from 4X Made Easy and Global Tec. It is the smoothest, high-tech trap you'll ever lose your money to. Hopefully "60 Minutes" and every local Newspaper and TV Consumer Advocate will take this Rip-Off Company to task and stop it in its tracks. Gregory

Hi Friends: I purchased the 4X Made Easy product in 2005 after watching their infomercials for nearly a year. The seminar made it look easy. It is not! They try to sell you things you do not need. Then when you try them, and they don't work, if you try to cancel, they insist you keep the products. I tried their method several times without success. In addition to spending $3,176.25 for their software, their live feed (E-signal) cost $99. monthly. In late 2006, I suspended the program, and have not returned to it. Since then, I have received several phone calls, asking me how my "trading" is going. They attempted to force me into a guilt trip saying, "You are going to spend $3,000. for paralegal school, but you are not going to spend $4,800. for a guaranteed return." Thus, I turned the tables on them. I responded, "I've tried your product several times. It does not work. I'll tell you what, since you are "guaranteeing an 80% return after taking this class, then I want your teacher to sign a guarantee contract. If after this course is taken, a guarantee means that the teacher will repay any loss and the tuition. If your teacher is willing to sign a guarantee contract, then I will try it again." Needless to say, they replied, "We and our teachers will not sign a guarantee contract." They have not contacted me since late 2006. Should you choose to purchase this product, good luck with it. I still trade, but am using another system which I understood better. I have 24 hour customer service during trading days, immediate notifications of any problems, returned calls, and no other costs, except for the spread. Take good care and be safe. Peace be with you. Peace, Susan

I attended a 4X 2 hour seminar recently. I was impressed with Rich's delivery and professionalism. BUT they would not let me attend the one full day class till they had my money! I am a yacht broker; ALL my clients are allowed to try out the vessel first. If they like it they buy it. If not, thats the business! I am skeptical that I can buy a $4000 dollare software and become a millionaire overnight!

Yes I have been a real victim of this company. I tried to return the product at the 1 day class however Mark Schumacher refused to let me return the product. Saying that I had not really tried to use the product and did not have the training to use it until after the class. When I contacted the company they said that Mark had not put anything on his report about me asking for a refund so they could not give me a refund. ( Surprise Surprise ) I have contacted an attorney however could use all the information you could supply to me and my attorney about others that have fallen into this scam. And been refused there refund even thought they were in the warranty period that the company claims to offer. Please e-mail me at [] if there is anyway you can help Thank you very much. Santa Claus No the name is not a joke it really is my name.
