This product really works. It is quite difficult preparing all of the meals needed daily but if you have a lot of weight to lose (like I did) then you can't really eat much at each meal so you won't have to pack much. I bought a soft sided cooler and kept the food in it. I never really got hungary on this, I just had some MAJOR cravings. Like milk, you cannot have milk. I only purchased the plan, nothing else.

I bought this product back in April, when I received it it unfortunately was missing a few pages of my body type in the book. I contacted Provida (the company that distributes the 6wbmo) and they emailed me back on the same day and after a couple of simple questions they mailed me (and I live in Canada) a new full set of pages for my book. They were extremely friendly and my credit card statements have been fine and I didn't receive anything. I have been on the plan since late April and believe me IT WORKS. I've lost over 30 pounds and feel better than ever. Yes, the prep is a lot of work but it (and you) are so worth it! This diet is healthy as you're eating a balanced amount of carb, protein and fruit and veggies. After a couple of weeks you can definitely feel your metabolism speeding up and seeing the numbers on the scale go down every morning is amazing. I look forward to reaching my goal weight soon and know I can do it on this plan.

My husband and I tried this program several years ago, and had no problem losing weight. It was, however, kind of a hassle to prepare food for 6 meals a day (we both work) and after a couple of months we stopped using it. We both lost substantial weight, and I found it took me about 3 years to gain it all back. I repurchased the program, paid for it in full on-line, declined all the add-ons, got quicker shipping, and received it within a couple of weeks. It took me a month to get it together to start the program, but we are using it successfully again. We are not only all losing weight, but I feel more energetic than I have in ages. I have had no billing problems and am preparing food in bulk so it is much easier to follow the plan, although we are all different body types. We like that there are different food options, and that you can actually EAT SOME CARBS! If you are looking for something easy, this is probably not for you - of course if easy worked, none of us would be fat! If you are looking for something that works and is worth the effort, try it.

I bought this product on []. I only paid like 60.00 versus the 140.00 plus on line. I LOVE it. I need to lose 40 pounds. I started it 8 days ago and have lost 6 lbs already. The sculpting program...I'm sure works...but it takes a LOOONG time to try to figure out all of the rubber band exercises. I just do weight training 2x a week (like the program says) with small weights and use []. The Walking is OF course easy. I was used to doing 4-5 days per week of 20-30 minute aerobic or kickboxing. You should do at least 5 days a week of walking at 45-60 minutes a day. it says that keeping your heart rate at a steady low rate burns the fat first. But you have to walk at least 45 minutes to get it to burn. if you run or do heavy aerobics...it will be a good cardio workout but will burn sugar first. the walking thing gets kind of frustrating for me because 45-60 a day takes a big chunk out of my time. But I am doing it! Also, the food is super good and super easy to prepare. I am NEVER hungry. YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW the PLAN exactly though. you eat 6 times a day. Someone commented that it wasnt a healty diet. That is bull, because it doesn't cut out carbs or overdo anything. it cuts out fat, bad carbs (bread, cakes, etc.) and dairy (no milk or cheese, etc.) if you take a multi-vitamin and calcium supp. you are fine. So, finally, if you are looking for a good plan...this is by far the best one I have EVER tried. I have tried [], [] and just plain starving...This has go to be the safest way to lose so much weight in such a short amount of time. It comes with this book ( I call diet bible) that you can carry around with you everywhere. I love it.

I ordered the program, JUST the program for myself at Christams (2007) I told them at the time I dind't want the pills or any additional stuff currently. If I decided to go deeper into the program I'd contact them. Since then I've been billed approx 28$ a month for a product (pills) I don't even receive. I received them once, I sent them back and called them to cancel I was told at the time, no problem. No problem for them, now they don;t send the pills and yet for 5 months now have collected the money for them. I have called their office, reported it to my credit card company, I've done everything I can think of short of hiring an attorney and they continue to charge my credit card for things I am not receiving. The product I would have been happy with - if they didn't have this sneaky back door aspect of money making. All I want is my money back and for them to simply leave me alone.

I just stumbled onto this site to find out about another product and I wanted to know what people were saying about the 6 Week Body Makeover. This program works! It is by no means a scam. This is my 5th week on the program and I've lost more than 25 pounds. I never had a problem with people pushing pills on me and there were never any additional charges to my card other than the initial purchase price and I would gladly pay it again if the results continue to show like this. I would also gladly put together a book for two hours (although I got mine together in about 30 minutes) if it meant losing weight as fast as I am. I also showed my plan to my doctor because I have a medical condition that must be closely monitored. He told me that the program looks good and is safe, so I would LOVE to know the credentials of the person claiming that this diet is unhealthy and potentially dangerous. For people with low blood sugar or high blood pressure there are things that should be tweaked, but these are listed in bold in the book, on the tapes and the video too.

This program is amazing. I have been over weight my entire life. I lost 75 lbs in 3 months without using the exercise program that goes with it and my husband lost 55. In the first week you lose at least 10 lbs if you are doing it right. The only problem I had was that with all the weight loss since I didn't do the work out I have a lot of extra skin, I regret it now. It works like nothing I've tried and I've kept it off for 3 years now. Get this program...please, anyone needing help. You have so many more options of food that you never thought were possible and mostly I learned that the things I thought I could eat, I wasn't supposed to be eating. For instance, my body doesn't do well with apples and carrots...things I thought were healthy. They are healthy but the natural sugars in those things store in my body. My husband could eat those with his body style but not so much red meat like I can. On the other hand I can eat rice and potatos and burn fat like never before. GET THE PROGRAM TODAY.

Personally I bought my product on [] and I LOVE IT!! It works I have been on the diet for 4 months when I started I was a very plump 191lbs and now I'm proud to say that I am a healthier 138lbs its not that hard to stick to just be creative, as for people saying that this is a scam IT MOST CERTAINLY IS NOT!!! IT REALLY WORKS!! Save yourself some money and buy on e-bay then you dont have to worry about any additional products I paid $81.00 for mine including the shipping Also if you really think that ABC would allow Michael to use his program with the the people on the "Extreme Makeover" show if it didnt work? I'm living proof that it does and I couldnt be happier! (or healthier) Good luck to you all but dont say the product is a scam because it is not. And as far as it not being healthy try reading your book it clearly states that is you dont take their pill thingy to take a multivitamin and a calcium supplement (which I do) and its also cheaper to do so but NO it is not unhealth nor is it a scam IT REALLY WORKS!!!! if you dont believe me email me and I'll gladly send my before and after pics

Great weight-loss program--good experience all the way around, even cancelled the pills and it was simply done with a phone call... After seeing the infomercial I decided to give this program a try. I called the 800 number and yes, there were many "other" products that they tried to sell me, and after initially being annoyed I did listen carefully to the offers and chose a few that I felt would work and said "no" to the rest. The sales person did tell me specifically about the pills and that they would send them every month for 19.99. I asked for the number to call to quit the shipments and he gave that to me upfront. The 800 number is also on the bottle. I give a hearty two thumbs up for this program. It requires effort and discipline, but now after 2 months and not really excercising too much I have lost 15 pounds and am continuing until I reach my goal of 10 more pounds (didn't have that much to lose--just stubborn pounds and I'm not a spring chicken anymore) I was at my wits end before this program--dieting and excercing regularly and nothing happened--midlife hormone changes had put weight on and what used to work no longer did. I am so grateful to have found this. It helped me get out of my higher-sodium kick and I feel sure the sodium change along with the non-processed foods will help me enjoy good health as I get older. Please, educate yourself before you buy any product and make sure you understand the terms and the details. This program was excellent and is supported by a website to help you along. I have been considering buying this product. I have seen only people that need to drop 30+ lbs, I don't have that much to lose, but I want to give it a shot anyway because it seems like a healthy lifestyle change. However, because of all these negative posts, here and other sites, I naturally do not want to give money to such a poorly run company. Everyone keeps stating "someone should sue." In the good ol U S of A, we have a bureau devoted to and effective at holding companies responsible for their ethics. It's called the better business bureau. If you've never heard of it, look it up. Placing a complaint stating that a company has STOLEN your money without your consent and that "somebody should do something about it" will get us all nowhere. Got to BBB, place a complaint. There have only been 194 complaints in the past 36 months on this company, which is not entirely horrible. Of those, only 17 were not resolved. If you want your money back, place a complaint, you'll get it back! If you want your horror story to make a difference in the company you despise, you have to do something about it. Side note, I work in customer service for an All American Made company, we're not all evil!! :)

I want to thank everyone for writing down their complaints, because now I'm not even going to attempt to purchase this product and I'm also going to warn my friend and have her check her credit card statements for purchases that she didn't authorize. I am writing to combat some of the false complaints I have seen on this website. While I do agree that these online companies are terrible at times with handling money and getting orders right, I think this product does well. I ordered right from their website and in 5 weeks got my product and have not had a single charge since then. I apologize to anyone who has had troubles with being overcharged and such. I would like to address the people who say that it is junk and does not work. If you follow the program just as it says and do everything correctly, you can lose the amount of weight they promise. My cousin was put on a plan by his dietitian that was identical to the 6 Week Body Makeover and he has lost 99 pounds. Drink plenty of water, stick to the meal plan and eat when your supposed to and the amount your supposed to and you cannot fail this program. Buyer must beware of problems with transactions but as far as the product, it is one of the true infomercial products that is worth the money.

the only problem i had was that the sales rep continued to tell me about pills, extra bands, etc. i had to keep telling her that all I wanted was the program and nothing more. the program is great. it is only for disciplined people. the diet is very strict and similar to that of professional bodybuilders. you must have time to prepare the meals in advance and you have to be creative in order to makeup for the absence of salt and oils. it works; however, it is not easy.

I ordered the Six Week Body Makeover after watching the infomercial. When it arrived, I examined it thoroughly, and decided it was not a healthy program, and could possibly be dangerous to some individuals. I decided not to use the program or the Metobolic Fat Fighter. However, I did not try to return it, because I was interested in the Exercise program. I simply paid the price I had agreed to, and thought that was the end of it. A couple weeks ago, I received another shipment of the Metobolic Fighter. I called to tell them I did not order or want the pills, and that I would be refusing acceptance of them. The representative told me to send them Certified, and insured. I said I should not have to pay to return something I had not ordered. When this month's credit card bill came in, I was charged more for the product than originally quoted. When I called back to complain, I was told the burden of proof of the return was on me, I should have insured it in order to track it. (even though the return confirmation number they gave me was clearly written on the package) That as soon as I provide "proof" that I returned it, they will refund my money. After, reading the Reviews for this company, I realize that was not true, either. I appears their program must really be ineffective if they have to resort to these shameful and dishonest tactics.

I am in the same boat as most of the others I am reading about. All these charges for products that I am not receiving! So far I have been charged over 175.00 for What! I have no idea! Trying to get them to stop so far is impossible. If anyone has suggestions besides closing my account I would like to know!

I think the "pill" thing happens when you DONT read what you are doing online, it gives you the option of ordering them or not ordering them, its a big naggy, it asks you a few times before you check out. You can't just buy something online and blindly click thru. I got my program and NO pills :) Half of the responsibility is your own.

I have had no problems with the program. I have been on it for 3 months and have lost 50 pounds. Whenever I've asked for a statement of my account for things that are charged, I receive it. They haven't sent me anything that I haven't ordered.

My suggestion to all of you ordering this product is to go through the []. I ordered the program through a recent [] promotion and had no problems with pills being sent to my house. The program was also cheaper than the infomercial offer. If that is not an option, order it online. Ordering online will allow you to completely opt out of any auto-delivery programs, pills or otherwise. NEVER CALL to order products from an infomercial, they'll scam you everytime! PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYTHING THIS SCAM! i got this for my daughter and when we did get it the box was badly in shape. and when i saw all the stuff i said heck no. it was all a mess then they want u to make a book and it took 2hours just to make it! they called me when i wanted to take it back and said that if i did they will take my to court. so i got in a fight with the NICE lady ( puh-lease ) it took 6 months just to get this scam back where it came from! shipping was 40 bucks! im done with this scam.
