I ordered this product back in October. I did it by phone using my check card. I was told my total would come up to $169.99 and I can break those payments up. Well I did that and declined everything else additional that they offered me. Here it is March and I noticing they are still taking money out of my account. I added up everything so far and it has come to $261.27! I called and they said I owe one more payment of $30.47 in April. I asked how did this happen and they claimed I signed on for additional pills which I did not. Of course it was too late by this time to return the product. I hope I can sell this [ ] and at least get half my money back.

Let the buyer beware............ I told my wife let me talk to them so there are no misunderstandings, the program itself may very well be a great program but I wanted no pills sent to us or any other product that would be on auto ship as I know how some companies can be. well low and behold they did put us on some autoship for some pills we did not order are charging us 19.99 on 1/25/08 and 27.98 on 1/28/08...I immediatly got on the phone with them and my C.C. company and hope I don't have any other problems like some of the other on this site... I am very shocked that Mr. Thurmond would be associated with a company like this, again my beef is not with Mr. thurmond - unless he knows about the way they do business with people, my beef is how they just add what ever they want and get you to pay.. Oh by the way the $47.97 reshipment of pills they send you that you did not order, to send them back you have to pay for shipping and include the authorization number and they will only refund you $19.99 as they say the $27.98 is for shipping and handling this is such a rip off it stinks I hope this helps someone out there in avoiding any B.S. with Provida Labs LET THE BUYER BEWARE !!

I bought the program I used it for few week didnt like it , only the exercises bends ,I cancel the program because they keep sending me diet pills without asking and the charge me $40.00 por one and they said it was cancel but they keeep chargin me for pills i dont get.

I don't have a problem with the porgram itself. What I do have a problem with is that they have been charging my credit card every month as we agreed and then I get a collection notice telling me I have not been making payments and demanding all money to be paid (including what I have already paid) or they will report me to the credit bureaus. Buyers beware. Run as far as you can from this company.

I bought the product and although it is hard to stick to, it really does work. I now see many diets that recommend the same eating patterns. AFter the first few days, you really do get used to no salt. (There are so many other spices like Mrs. Dash). It uses 6 small meals, you don't feel hungry and you must walk for 30 minutes. Just good common sense. No fancy pills. You need to find other ways to cook the lean chicken and turkey. I used lemon, or white wine as a marinade. It works if you work it!

I first attempted to order this product about a year ago and paid in full but never received the product. It took the threat of a lawsuit to get a refund. Always the lover of self abuse, I reordered this product late last year. In case it did not work for me, I marked on the calendar that my 6 week deadline was 1 February 08. 'Lo and behold, in 6 weeks time, I lost a whopping 4 pounds! Today I called to return the product as the infomercial says that you can do. I was told that the product was non returnable because the 6 week deadline was in January. I asked if anything could be done since the product did not work and was told not after the 6 week deadline. This is not a customer friendly company and is not interested in anything but the dollar lining their pockets.

the only problem i had with the product was that i ordered the fat burning pills to go with it and insted of 1 they gave me 2 and i was charged for it...other than that the product is great, started it a week ago and i lost 5 pounds...the other problems you all had might have been solved with ordering it online...thats what i did...and yes they offer other things but you can just click no to them...this product is totally worth the money!!!!

Well, I have to add to the dissatisfied list of customers. I woke up early this morning and turned on the TV. I saw the infomercial and felt it made sense, so decided to give it a try. I called the 800 number and a person who didn't speak good English answered and proceeded to take the order. I know they always try to add on the extras as that is where they really make the money. I said no to all of them, she didn't sound too happy when I just wanted to do the basic program. I had given her all my info, payment and address. We were coming to the end of the process when she suddenly states that her computer is froze up. she stated I would have to call back and start over. I said but I have already given you all my info how do I know this won't be duplicated. She assured me it wouldn't, I asked why can't she just redoe it, she said she would have to log off and back in. I told her I didn't feel good about giving this info again. I asked her to transfer me to someone else. She said she couldn't. I was also told if I called back I wouldn't get her. I just had to replace my card as some how someone had compromised my card and had attempted to purchase things on the internet, so the feeling I'm getting from this was making the hair stand up on back of my neck. She just kept telling me that I would have to call back. I told her I didn't like it that she know had all my info, how did I know how it would be used. She told me to call back. I told her I didn't think I would as I didn't like how this was handled. I hung up and called the customer service. What a joke. After 30 minutes listening to music I hung up. I just hope this doesn't go through now. After reading this I won't be ordering. The product may be good, but their policies don't sound too good or honest. The order takers probably get a commission on what they can talk you into.

I immediately called to cancel the order, but was told to send it back unoopened when I received it. Upon receiving it, I called to get a return authorization they gave me a difficult time and said that if I would try it, I could keep it for one more payment of $19.99. They said this would waive my right to return it. I finally agreed and now I am being billed for the rest of the payments. What can I do?

I tried to buy this product on 1/19/2008 and within 15 min. I called back to cancel. They told me to call back on Monday. I did as they told me and called on Monday. They never answered my call after sitting on hold for 25 min. I called back later in the day to find they were closed. I also noticed that my account was charged $177.37 which was more than I was quoted. So I called again Tuesday and sat on hold again for about 15 min but finally talked to someone. I told them that I am trying to cancel this order and I had been trying to since I tried to order. That is when they told me that it was too late to cancel the order. They said they shipped it out on the 22nd. I said, " Today is the 22nd" and their response was it is too late. So I asked for a tracking #. They said they don't have it at that time to check back. They said it was being shipped by UPS. I called UPS and they showed no record of the shipment. the next day the same thing happened. I called again and they said the same thing but this time I was told it was shipped by FEDEX. FEDEX and UPS showed no record of any shipment either. So I called again today. They told me it was sent out by USPS mail and that there is still no tracking #. I asked for a manager and he gave me the tracking # and told me too bad on the fact that they charged me more than I was told. When I went online, it shows that the package was processed on 1/24/2008 and that was yesterday!!!!!!!!! I am very angry with this whole thing. I contacted the FDIC to find out why my bank isn't helping me to get my money back and they informed me that I can go to FTC.GOV and file a complaint. If I do it and everyone here does it, then they can listen to the problems and address them for us. BUT that is only if there is enough complaints. If you would like to help bring these guys down, Please email me at ..... []

I ordered the product and used the diet guidelines. It basically was putting me under portion control and it worked for a while. The problem I have with the company is that they continue to mail me the pills that I do not want. I return them without acceptance through postal service but still receive a bill on my mastercard. One month they charge $27.98 and another month $19.99 for the same product. I am disputing the claims. The 888 number on the credit card statement doesn't go to anyone. It just has a dead tone at the other end. There is no one to contact regarding these bills. I had to change my credit card number to prevent future charges.

I can beat all these stories, I ordered the six week body make over at the end of August. Provida took the first payment out of $65. They billed me for things I didn't order, I NEVER received what I did order. Called customer service several times stating I didn't get it, they mailed me a form, that I requested to be faxed, one week later, I signed it stating I hadn't got it and I sent it back. Now, I've received a letter from a Law firm.. The law firm informs me that Provida is willing to SETTLE with me if I send $100 in to them, they CLAIM they didn't receive the letter from me. I told the guy at the law firm I wasn't about to pay more for something I never got. He stated his client said they didn't get the letter and therefore they say I owe them the money. They ship this stuff by United States Postal Service, No signature required. Who knows where this product is but I am NOT paying more money for something I never got.

Unfortunately, I didn't read all of the complaints regarding this product before attempting to order. I ordered the product on line yesterday (1-7-08) and found the website to be misleading. My order went through with additional items added (tablets) that I did not want nor did I select through the order process. I was never prompted as to the delivery method either. I immediately called the 800 number I received in an email confirming my order. I received a woman in customer service who was nothing short of rude. Before I could even get my statement out of my mouth she was telling me it was my fault! I asked to speak to someone else and she yelled at me! I insisted on talking to someone else so I eventually was able to speak to a supervisor who didn't seem to have any idea what I was trying to convey. The conversation just went round and round. It ended up that he told me that their system is computerized and even though my orde went through he couldn't see if on his end until the morning so he couldn't make any changes. Seemed a little ridiculour and made me feel that they were not a reputable company. You have to be very careful when using the website because they have statements that imply a free shipping upgrade or free stuff when it really isn't free. I haven't even received the product and I feel that I've associated with a bad company. I need to watch my credit card account closely because I have a bad feeling that I'll be over charged. If you are truly interested in this program, you be better off calling the 800 number to place your order so you can confirm up front what you want.

Re-dunkulous!I, like most, still continue for the easy, seemingly, and newest way to loose weight, after watching the info it seemed to make perfect sense.... Until, i recieved it, was double charged, recieved product i declined when ordering, and no one with more than a elementry school level education to ask for a refund. The fact that the "6 wk Plan" is so unrealistic, that actually ok...if its to good to be true..you almost expect it. But, it is absolutley NOT exceptable to be hustled out money for items a) not ordered, b)declined items, c) and double charged for a payment plan that im not on, nor did i sign up for. buyer beware.... Stick with [].. n o magic, but it works..

I along with the other complaintants ordered the 6 week make over.I paid upfront $167.00. Now after three weeks, my bank acount has been debited for $19.99. I am furious! They have my account info and I amgoing to have to cancel my card because of them. I have disputed this charge and would send the box of junk back to them, but I cant even get them to answer the phone! I am pretty sure I'll never see that money again. This comany needs to be sued for this. It is very illegal to take funds out of ones account without authorization. I did not set up payment arrangement. I paid in full. Isn't there something we can do to get our money back and he this company shut down?

This is a total scam. They charged three times the original price of the product, and it didn't even work. I was left feeling hungry, ALL the time, it was awful! In the end, I lost about 5 pounds, only to gain it back after I stopped the diet. Starvation doesn't work, trust me! Don't buy this!

I purchased this product with the agreed price of $120. I paid $40 up front and the rest was to be billed to my card. When I realized this product was worthless I too tried to return it only to be treated worse than teh scum on a public bathroom floor. Now all I have for my trouble is a notebook full of worthless information and, get this, a report on my national creit report showing I owe them $165. Huh???? I blocked any further payments from being paid out and this is how they handled it. I will not pay it and it can just stay on my credit report for life for all I care. At least I can eat healty!

I wish I had also read this sight first. What a shame that I ended up being "afraid" to send it back. The customer service rep was so hateful and almost threatened me that I would not get my money back. He stated since I was too close to the deadline, they would not guarantee any refund and demanded to know why I wanted to return it. When I refused to tell him, he made it clear that the cut off time was too close. I said I had to give the program a valiant attempt but "found it to be a worthless system." He then told me I needed to stop sitting in front of the television looking for an excuse to over-eat. You could have heard a pin drop on that one! I was so angry I slammed the phone down and now I am left with this box of "fire-kindling." Michael, maybe you should read this website too because you are just as guilty as Providia because YOUR name is on the box!

This is the biggest crock of crap that I have ever heard! I, like many of you, were taken in by this seemingly wonderful and easy solution for weight loss. So I ordered the product and went through the steps and started eating like the book said to. I couldn't do it. You can't have any salt, sugar, not even taste. This is the worst program ever and I don't know how the people in the infomercial stuck with it. So if you've been thinking about trying this, don't eve waste your time.
