In December of 2001, I ordered an Ab Energizer over the phone, and put it on my credit card. In the mean time I found out from my doctor not to use it due to a heart problem I have. When I finally, did receive it I sent it back with them guaranteeing me my money back that had all ready been charged on my credit card. Well, it is September of 2002, and it is still on my credit card. I have called, and called only to have rude people say it will be taken off in the next 30 days, while unneeded interest builds on it as well. I am very upset, and want something to be done!

Advertisement was great. I had used it for about 2 weeks I got little burn marks where ever I had the belt touch my skin. I have emailed the company wanting my money back nothing has happened as of yet.

I ordered the Ab energizer in December 2001. My credit card was charged about $172.xx within the same month. I did not recieve the Ab energizer unitl March 2002. I sent the product back the same month. I have not recieved my refund. I have called the 1-800 number but no response. I am really upset. Do not order it because it is a piece of junk. You are better off fasting and holding your stomach in.

Jul 31 sent another email, no reply. Sep 5 sent letter via certified mail, received Sep 9. Have not heard from them on the status on my refund, nor do I know any other way to retreive this information.  Can you help?

My husband ordered a AB Energizer from the infomercial on TV.  After some time he called to complain that he did not receive the item. They asked him if he had been billed for it he told them he did not at which time he cancelled the order.  In fact there was a billing for it. Since I take care of all the payments at home I noticed some time later that we were in fact billed.  The 1-800 # that he called was no longer available for me to call and until now have had no other recourse.  I would like to be refunded for amount billed. My Master card statement dated Mar 16, 2002 shows on line 5  of my husbands charge card # was billed $136.58 canadian.  The phone number is incomplete and reads (800) 457-0 there it ends.  I have e-mailedorders@ABenergizer.combut my mail was returned unanswered. If you could help me with this dilema I would appreciate it greatly. Thank you

I ordered the ab energizer about a year ago and I got it with no problem. It worked ok. After about 3 day the DAMN thing stoped working. The battery pack did not work so I called. BIG JOKE!!!!! The phone would ring for hours then if I got lucky I would be put on hold for a long time.I told them what was wrong and they said we will send me a new one. (so I thought) I spent 3 mounth trying to get a new part with no luck. Next thing I know they change the  mesage and all I get was the times they were open and that was all day. The next thing they did was only give out their mail adress. Every thing on tv sucks. They take your money and f*** you over the phone.

I ordered the ab energizer from the television commercial last February 2002, my check for $72.90 was cashed. I had not received my package. I called the 800 number that I called to order it and they gave me another 800 number I called that number and the phone would ring for about 30 minutes before anyone answered.  When I finally a person answered the phone stated that the ab energizer was on back order and they would send it out withing 3 weeks. So when that didn't happen I called back and requested a refund, they told me it would take 30-90 days which should have been in August of 2002. It is now March 2003 and still nothing.  If anyone has a suggestion of how to find this company who has now disconnected their phone it would be a great help.

I read all these stories and I feel glad that I am not the only one...Yes I too was scamed and bought an AbElectronic back in January 2001 when it was all a big craze, yes I did recieved the product unlike some other stories I have readhowever I was not impressed and the next day I sent it back. Well that was a year and a couple months ago and still no refund or responce.  All I can say is that we just have to "Chalk it Up to the Game" because I know that I have scamed a time in my life or two and well, life sucks!!
