TWO AND A HALF MONTHS!!!! Thats how long it took me to get this stupid product, I paid extra for faster delivery, but that's not what i got! I realized half way through that the order was not shipped 48 hours later as promised! The best has yet to come, I paid very expensive shipping for this product, I paid too much money for it, but on top of all of that, when it did arrive (eterneties later) there was a COD charge on it, the post office said it was delivery, but since it wasn't any of their problem i decided to just pay the damned $13 for God knows what reason and take this piece of crap toy home!

On October 9, 2007 after seeing the air climber infomercial, I ordered one on the phone, a man, took all my information and told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks for my air climber to arrive. It was advertised for 3 payments of $39.95 plus shipping so I told the man this is what I wanted, according to them the conversation was being taped. On Oct. 30th I called the company to tell them that why they were taking out $153.83 out of my checking account when I wanted to easy 3 payments of $39.95, and that now I did not want this air climber, The girl gave me a phone number to call to cancel, so I called this number and now a man answered, I told him I was very annoyed that I did not authorized the withdrawal of this money from my checking account and I wanted a cancellation of this money from my account, he said it was already being shipped so the money would be taken out and I had to wait for the air climber, he said not to open it and not to sign for it, then it would take 10 days for the company to get it back then they would credit my account. The money still has not been taken out as of this date, I called the bank and they said for me to call the company three way and have a manager from the company give an authorization code number so they could cancel this money from being taken out, I called the company again and they said its too late to do that, that they usually don't call banks to cancel anything. I feel I was scammed, it looked so good and easy on t.v. and I was so excited in getting this air climber, but from what I have read I do not want this product, we should all call Help Me Howard and report this scam.

i ordered air climber October 19 and i paid extra $9.99 to speed up the delivery. it says that it takes 48 hours to process the order. today is Oct. 29, like 10 days had passed and i called the company and the lady that answered told me that it has not been shipped yet and not sure when they gonna ship it. i said i paid just the shipping and handling for a total of $36.97 and still they don't know when they gonna ship it. so i cancelled my order. i hope the charge in a total of $91.91 will be credited in my credit card. actually they should not charge my credit card until they send out the package. my warning to everyone, don't buy this air climber. it's a scam.

At the end of July I saw the infomercial for the AirClimber and went on line to order it. I opted to choose the one-time payment option and expedited delivery. I received an email confirmation with an order number. Since I had paid for 10 day expedited delivery, after approximately three weeks, I called the company and gave them the order number to check on the status of my order. I was told that the "order never went through". I didn't understand how I could have an order number, but they didn't have an order. Anyway, I went ahead and ordered again. My credit card was charged and I received the order within a few days. When I opened the box, the DVD was not there. I called the company and they stated they would send out the DVD. That was yesterday, 8/15/07. Today, I received an email that they were shipping another AirClimber. Thinking this was actually the DVD, I called the company to inquire. I was told that no, this was actually the second order I had placed and the one that I had received was actually the first one! When I stated that I wanted the order cancelled, I was informed that I could not do so because it was due to be shipped in 24-48 hours. They told me that my only option was to refuse the package when it arrived or call my bank and put a dispute on the charge. When I explained that I would not be there to accept the package, they told me that I had to call my bank. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told that there was not one available. I then called my bank and while they were very helpful, because the second charge had not been placed on my account yet, they were unable to help me either. I then called the company back and talked to someone named Nijma who told me that all I had to do was not open the package and send it back. In the meantime, my account will be charged and then I have to wait for the charge to be credited, if it ever is...in the meantime, they have use of the customer's money.....Unbelievable!

After waiting over a month for my air climber, I tried it out for just a few days and realized that it was too hard on my knees. I paid UPS $40 to mail it for me on April 30. They received it on May 7th and a man named George signed for it. I had all that information when I called and they told me they had not received it so they had to relent and say that I would get my credit card credited. I have made 10 or so calls and it is June 1st. Each time I call, they say it will be a couple of more days. I asked to speak to the supervisor and they said the supervisor was in a meeting. I asked for the name and they refused to tell me. People, please. I am giving you fair warning...Don't mess with this company. I have spoked to my credit card company and they are handling it but I think that company needs to be put out of business if they can't get better and more ethical business practices.

On 4/25/2007 I ordered by phone Brenda Dygraff's airstepper that I had just seen on an infomercial. After taking my credit card information the automated system disconnected. I didn't think that my order went through as I received no confirmation #. However, the next day, there was a charge for $169.83 on my credit card already. The product was advertised for 3 payments of 39.95 plus shipping. Evidently they took it upon themselves to charge the entire amount +++higher than is necessary shipping charges to my credit card immediately. After weeks and weeks, I started to e-mail the wonderful management team at Tristar, begging for a credit on my visa, telling them about the bad reviews, no customer service, etc. No one will respond at all to my inquiries. With at least 1/2 dozen calls to customer service at Tristar Productions (who markets Brenda's plastic device) yielding the same non-existent results (as I have no confirmation #,) as they refuse to deviate from the script they read from their 3x5 in India, or Indonesia, or some other third world country, I am very worried about not getting the plastic piece , and worried about getting it as well! I believe that they have no intentions of ever giving a refund even if a) you actually receive any product at all, and b) you can actually find someone, somewhere to return the plastic device to. By the way, thought you may get a smile out of their warranty stated below - effective only within 60 days of the original order date - and they take almost all of that time to deliver the product!! The manufacturer warrants that your product is free of defects in materials and workmanship and will, at its option, repair or replace any defective component that is returned to it. This warranty runs for sixty (60) days from the original date of purchase, and is valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below:
