i made an order through this company about 2 years ago and i waited about 4 months and never recieved my order i called plenty of times untill someone answered. They then told me that my order had been sent and recieved by me...hmmm sounded fishy to mee already..i then talked to " a manager" and they asured me that they would re-ship the order i recieved it about 2 months later but it was not complete they send cupon slips mean while my order that was out of stock would be sent to me. I waited another 3month and called back every time i called they keept tellin me different stories that they had sent it and they have no proof if i had recieved it or not i ended up gettin my order about a year later how pathetic is that..NEVER again will i ever order from there again!!

My husband ordered this for me as a gift. The entire set. I was thrilled at the idea of getting it. When it arrived it was missing a few pieces. There were slips in the order for a discount off of future purchases to make up for this and a note assuring me the missing products would be shipped asap.(The coupons had expired before I realized I had been had!) I have sent 5 e-mails to various addresses they list including the one for Alexis Vogel herself. (haha!!) My one eye pencil that did arrive crumbled the first time I used it. The mascara never came, the cheek color, 2 brushes and lip gloss never did either. I figured out the total $ amount for the products missing and sent a request for a refund. They made my husband pay for the order (which he did in entirety). But to this day I have gotten no response from ANYONE! Waited to long for the bank to be able to help. They had already paid the check. So now we have just lost the money!! Bet the company wouldn't stand for that!! They don't 'stand' for anything!

I saw this infomercial on tv some years ago, and was so excited about it because it sounded great, and like the makeup would actually work. Well, IF I am going to order something online, which I very rarely do, I try to request a catalog first, if at all possible. Well, I put in my info, and it's been about two years, and not even a catalog! So I definitely would not trust them to send me anything else...

I got on the internet to order the product. I wanted to pay in two installments, so I put $170 dollars down. The money was taken out of my account and I had never recieved the product. I tried calling them but it is impossible to get ahold of them, I even tried to find there website and it no longer exists! It has been over 11 months and I still have not recieved anything or heard from them. I dont Know who to contact in order to get my money back so if anyone has any ideas as to what I should do please let me Know.

I bought the light kit from this company since December and never received the products they charged my credit card with the full payment,is impossible to get in touch with them, please anyone with the same problems report it with the Better Bussiness Bureau I did and they are helping me I got $40.00 back on my account and they said they will send the products 13 days ago I will let you know guys if they did if any question please contact me at []

Alexis Vogel makeup, payed over $230.00 *NEVER* received the product! *NEVER* received my money back. Their trick is simple, they receive your money and say your item is out of stock, for 4 months they keep emailing you about the product. Until the Credit Card wouldn't refund it because it had taken too long.I went on the forum, and realized everyone in the forum was also scamed. The truth is that this product is not available Anymore! The real Alexis Vogel has a different site, but did not do any effort whatsoever on stopping the manufacturers of her old site. This is the most "Horrible Scam" Of all time. They keep updating their website, to make people believe every item is out of stock.
