I ordered the product Nov.1, 2007 with the stipulation that I did not want anything else they were selling.I was billed for this one order. On February 15, I received a double order of Almighty Cleanse that was not ordered. Upon checking my bank statement I found that ITV had taken $248 from me with no autherization to do so. I managed to contact them after many tries, they said it was a mistake, and they would send me an authorization number in order to return the product. They also said the amount they took from my account would be reimbursed. As of this date 3/11,nothing has happened.

I seen the almighty cleanse info-mercial and ordered the product, 14th Jan 08. The next day I got online to get some information about it and heard some really bad things about the product and the ITV venture company, so I called the 8oo number to cancel and was given the run around, and then put on hold forever. I contacted my credit card company immediately to cancel my credit card and to stop payment. It is now 4th March 08 and my credit card company is still trying to get my money back from these people. I really wish I had checked into this company before giving them my credit card info. I hope you read this before falling a victim to these scam artists. If not at least cancel your credit card, and stop them from charging any more.

I as all of the others tried the god all mighty did not cleanse, didn't work so I was lucky enough to get thru 1 time for the ever important ra # but in the mean time they sent another supply, couldn't get a 2nd # so I sent them both with 1 #, that was 1/15/08 so on monday 2 25 08 I checked my online statement and not only did I not get the refund, THEY CHARGED ME 60$we all need to get together and file a class action law suit and sew them. I am going to get a new debit card which will also cost me more money, we need to stand up to these crooks

I ordered the almighty cleanse in Sept2007, finally recieved it if Dec 2007, I have never used anything like this before so it took some time to decide to try it. When I did the first step worked very well for me than I went to second step which was a powder form that you mix with juice instead of the pills that they show on ITV it was the worst god aufull tasting stuff that i could not keep down! When i had tried to contact customer support I was put on hold forever finally called the number for ordering told her I needed an 800 number because i was but on hold for so long she gave me an email address <a href="mailto:customersupport@itvdirect.com">customersupport@itvdirect.com</a> I emailed them and asked for the pill and her reply was the only way to get the pill instead of the powder was to have autoship Her advice to me was to give the powder to someone who wanted it.

1-800-942-2443: This is the service number for those who would like to cancel their standing order with Almighty Cleanse but that lost their copy of this number. All right, my problem in this case was not about shipping and refunds, but the actual product's effects. Now mind you, I am a very strict health nut from the get go, who eats only organic high fiber diets, no junk food what-so-ever for the past two years and drink 100 ounces of water DAILY. Before the product, I also had eliminations at least twice DAILY. But in the time I first used it, which was this year (only 4 days into the program) I already gained an extra 2 pounds in those 4 DAYS (!), was so bloated, and I even had to struggle to eliminate even ONCE. That's when I said to myself that enuf is enuf and I listened to my body telling me in it's own way that, "hey this just isn't right, this is unnatural." So fortunatly I chose to stop before it got worse and I did some research on whether or not these side effects were all a part of colon cleansing - and found out that the effects of colon cleansing were the complete opposite of what I was experiencing with the Almighty Cleanse. So I called their 800 number and waited for about 20 min. to get a service operator to cancel my order and return what I already had. I also read some of the other testimonials about what they experienced through this program and they had the same side effects as I did. Would I try this product ever again? Not a chance.

Well I ordered this product after seeing the infomercial.(that was 3 weeks ago) I still haven't received it but truthfully after reading all of the comments I don't think I care to use it (that's if I ever even get it) I think it's a great thing that you've done here. I never would have known.

My story is almost exact to many I have read on this website. This company is run by a bunch of scam artists! It took two months to receive the product. I tried it for a few weeks and it gave me horrible diarrehea. I called the company to ask what to do. The person I spoke to said try taking just one capsule. Still didnt work, so I called to cancel. Next thing I know I get another order in the mail and an unauthorized charge on my credit card. When I call the company to get my mandatory "RA number" to return the product (on my dime), the telemarketer said he would not give me an RA number (!!!) and that he had no record of me calling previously. He refused to transfer me to a real live superviser but transfered me to a voice mail. I will never be taken by one of these scams again nor will I watch ITV. They suck. I will tell everyone I know never to partake in this sort of set up.

I ordered this product after seeing the advertisment on ITV. I got the product in one week. I began taking it as directed and the constipation that accompanied this product was painful and disruptive to my lifestyle. I faxed Chris Schaller to cancel my order and he replied that I had to call the 1-800 number to cancel. I did call and no one answered. If anyone knows the number to call and I would actually get a person to assist me in this matter please forward that information to me.

When I ordered the Almighty cleanse after seeing the infomercial, it took over 2 months to receive it. When I called ITV cusomer service the 2nd time to try to cancel my order, I was told my order was shipped and they would take $10 off my credit card. I received product, took it as directed but was not impressed that it is any better than something I can purchase at a health store. Late December I received an automatic shipment of another cleanse I did NOT authorize. After calling customer service 2 days in a row to get an answer I was told I was recorded giving my last 4 digits of card no. to autorize auto shipment. I simply am positive this is not accurate. I would never authorize automatic charges on my credit card, especially when I had no idea how the product would work before I even received it. I was told I could not return it and was alao told that I am off the auto ship list. Bottom line I feel they were deceitful and I urge anyone considering buying this NOT TO!!! Research products at your local stores, at least they won't ship items you do not want or cannot offord.<br />

After seeing the informercial, I ordered the product for myself and my wife. We used the product per instruction. We experienced NO RESULTS whatsoever. I am Very disapointed. I only flushed dollars down the toilet. I believe this is a scam product.

Product was received by ITV 11-19-07. After 12 phone call to customer service, as of 1-7-08 I do not have my refund.<br />
Am reporting to USPS Postal Inspectors for mail fraud and with<br />
my bank as fraud thru Reg E.<br />

I ordered the Almighty Cleanse after seeing the infomercial. Unfortunately, I hadn't yet read all of the bad reports about it. After reading the reports, I attempted to cancel my order(Nov. 1, 2007) I was told that I couldn,t cancel because the product had already shipped. It is now December 4, 2007 and I still have no product. I have wasted alot of time and cell phone minutes with ITV customer service and have gotten nowhere. Please do not fall for the same scam that I have. Their customer service reps are the rudest people I have ever encountered. I can not believe that a company that conducts business like they do is still in business.

1 month ago, I ordered "Almight Cleanse" after watching the infomercial. They readily took my payment from my bank but I have yet to recieve any product. I no longer have their contact information for reimbursement or to stop the "automatic, 3 month shippment/payment" I really need help here and thoroughly disappointed in the companies performance and lack of accessability.<br />

I called to order the Almighty Cleanse on September 7th 2007. I was charged on October 19th for 114.95. This was about the 6th week mark where I should have had the product. I started calling and finally talked to someone that assured me that he would check on my order and call me back. Never happened!!! I called back this morning on November 23rd. I talked to Jaime who assured me that he cancelled my future orders and also informed me that my order had gotten packaged but never shipped. I asked to cancel and he told me that I could not. My husband got on the phone and he tried but could not get any further either. So, we ended the conversation with him telling us that our order would ship in "a day or two." I am not holding my breath but I will be calling an attorney and will sue this whole company for screwing so many people over!!! This has got to stop!!!!!!! How can they get away with this?

On October 5, 2007 I ordered the Almighty Colon Cleanse after seeing the infomercial. My credit card was charged about $69 practically before I could hang up the phone. Well, it is now November 16th and I have still have not received the order. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks before delivery. It has now been 6 weeks. Over the last few weeks I have called the customer service number 978-299-2299, which by-the-way was not an easy number to find, and held on hold for up to 20 min. Last week I was told that my order was "processing" what ever that means. Then I was told that the boxes were damaged and had to be sent back. Today, 11/16/07, I called to ask for a refund and was told that I could not receive one until I received my order, call back to get a Return Authorization number, and then return the product. The customer service was beyond rude and made it seem as if I was being unreasonable for even requesting a refund when the company is working so hard to get me my order to me. Now I have to wait for the product, I am at their mercy, and furious at myself for ordering this lame product. I will not stop until I receive a full refund and urge anyone that reads this post not to deal with the company. I admit that I have not tried the product and cannot attest to its worthiness, but if the ordeal that I have gone through is any indication- I would venture to say the product is nothing more than a scam.
