I called to order the Almighty Cleanse on September 7th 2007. I was charged on October 19th for 114.95. This was about the 6th week mark where I should have had the product. I started calling and finally talked to someone that assured me that he would check on my order and call me back. Never happened!!! I called back this morning on November 23rd. I talked to Jaime who assured me that he cancelled my future orders and also informed me that my order had gotten packaged but never shipped. I asked to cancel and he told me that I could not. My husband got on the phone and he tried but could not get any further either. So, we ended the conversation with him telling us that our order would ship in "a day or two." I am not holding my breath but I will be calling an attorney and will sue this whole company for screwing so many people over!!! This has got to stop!!!!!!! How can they get away with this?

On October 5, 2007 I ordered the Almighty Colon Cleanse after seeing the infomercial. My credit card was charged about $69 practically before I could hang up the phone. Well, it is now November 16th and I have still have not received the order. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks before delivery. It has now been 6 weeks. Over the last few weeks I have called the customer service number 978-299-2299, which by-the-way was not an easy number to find, and held on hold for up to 20 min. Last week I was told that my order was "processing" what ever that means. Then I was told that the boxes were damaged and had to be sent back. Today, 11/16/07, I called to ask for a refund and was told that I could not receive one until I received my order, call back to get a Return Authorization number, and then return the product. The customer service was beyond rude and made it seem as if I was being unreasonable for even requesting a refund when the company is working so hard to get me my order to me. Now I have to wait for the product, I am at their mercy, and furious at myself for ordering this lame product. I will not stop until I receive a full refund and urge anyone that reads this post not to deal with the company. I admit that I have not tried the product and cannot attest to its worthiness, but if the ordeal that I have gone through is any indication- I would venture to say the product is nothing more than a scam.

On October 1, 2007 I also saw the infomercial on ITV re: The Almight Cleanse; gave my credit card no., was told I would receive the product in 2-4 weeks. They got their money via my credit card on October 3, 2007, in the amount of $129.80. On October 31, 2007, I tried numerous telephone numbers that I found from the website, my credit card document, and the t.v. no. I ordered from. I must have tried over one hour to contact anyone. I finally spoke with a customer rep. who was undoubtedly the rudest person I have ever spoken with. Be reminded that their website states that they are the friendliest customer service. I was never told by rude Matt, the first person I spoke with exactly where my product was. He stated that it was in the warehouse. I then asked for a supervisor. He responded that there was no supervisor available. I asked this question 5 times and he responded 5 times that there was no supervisor available. I then demanded a refund. He responded that he could only cancel my automatic ship product. That I would have to get a refund no. from them to ask for my refund. I then called the next day to the number that was not an 800 no. I spoke with a person who had been with the company for only 3 days. I told him he had his work cut out for him. He was very nice. He did bother to look at a computer or somewhere and tell me that some of the product had gotten wet and all had to be replaced. Thus, the reason I had not received the product. I responded that I did not even want the product now, that I had been lied to and I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. He said he noted that on the computer that my order had been cancelled and I should be receiving my refund. Then, today when I read all of the other review, I almost fainted, I too have been taken by this scam. I also will go to every measure to get my refund. I work in a law firm and whatever it takes to get this money, I will certainly do it. This will definitely be the last time that I ever respond to a infomercial.

I bought the Almight Cleanse product back in August. I'm a relatively healthy guy but like most people I tend to end up buying some type of fast/processed foods. I was so excited to do this cleanse. I did the 1st step protocol like the directions said and that extra bulk in my stool never occured. I kept doing the 1st step for 3 days increasing the dose each day and got the same results. I figured, let me get started on step 2 hoping it would be better than step one. Besides the fact that I had no choice but to take pills (their website offers powder but not when i bought the product), I finished them all and at the whole time I had a really hard time passing my stool. I was drinking at least 50 more water than they advised and still had a shard time passing the stools. I guess their formula was not so gentle. I am about to request a refund but I'm not going to hold my breath.

I ordered the Almighty Cleanse ($246) from ITV in June, 2007. Tried it for 10 days, and had no results. As a matter of fact, I had to take laxatives just to have a bowel movement! Called and got a return authorization, returned the product in July and was told I would have a return within 30 days. Didn't happen! Called the 800 number several times and have been on hold up to 40 minutes each time. Each time I am told I will contacted by a rep within 2 business days. That hasn't happened either. Am reporting this to the Attorney General Fraud Division at the current time, Sept. 18, 2007. I'm just so mad at myself for not checking out your web site before I ordered this product.

Called and ordered the product and specifically told them I did not want automatic reorder. 2 months later they sent out another order and billed my credit card. I 3 times for a return authorization but waited on hold over 30 min. Then a couple of weeks later there was another charge for $5 from them. Still not sure what this was for. Anyways I had to report this as fraud to my credit card company to get a refund and the worst part is the product doesn't really work that well. SCAM!!! BEWARE!!

I ordered this product and was told the price quoted inc.shipping & handling. It did not -I was charged more. Used the product. It was OK, nothing more. The problem ensued a few weeks later when I started getting vitamins once a month for $19.95 charged to mt credit card. I finally put 2 and 2 together & linked it to my ITV Multi Cleanse. I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone in order to get a return Auth. (he then put me on hold, came back & admitted that it was an unauthorized charge). I was furious by now & demanded a full refund or else I'd report them to Better Business and the Attorney General. I also, filed a dispute w/my credit card (American Express)as it is fraud to be sent something you did not order. It is still being handled but I have gotten 1/2 the money back from them and Am EX gave me the other half & will go after it from them. They also use the names Renuva andsomething else which makes it hard to track.

After I saw the infomercial I called and ordered the Almight Cleanse, I asked the phone rep if the product had psyllium in it, he told me no. I ordered, I received, it had psyllium in it. I returned. It took me a month to get a RA number which turned out to be nothing more than my invoice number. I have called, emailed, faxed so many times I can't tell you. I have waited on hold for 20 minutes just to be hung up on when they find out I want a refund. I have been waiting since the end of November for a refund. It is now February 7, 2007.

Looks like ITV has done it again. I ordered the Almighty Cleanse product. When I called in, I was told that for an additional $9, they would express mail it to me and I will get the product in 3-4 days. It has been 2 weeks. Their excuse is because of the holiday. Not true. I called 800-270-0198, the number I called to place the order. I pretended that I was someone else wanting to place an order. I asked how soon could i get it and the rep said 3-4 days. I then asked him why has it been 2 weeks? I told him who I was and when i placed the order. He was MAD. His response was, He doesn't have to give anyone information who has decieved him," and the he hung up on me. I have also called 1-800-215-0063, 978-299-2208, 978-299-2299but nothing happens. So I called back to do the samething with another rep and the response was still the same;3-4 days. I then asked the rep what can I do to cancel the order and get a refund since I still have no product. He hung up on me again. Then a manager calls me with a major attitude! Lucky he was on the phone or I would have slapped the taste out his mouth! Bottom line is that we have all been scammed with ITV and Natures Cures. Not sure if you all have done it yet, but I have cancelled the credit card I used and had my credit card company to reissue another one. That will cut off access to your account. but they will have to refund all monies taken from the bank on your old account number. The bank will route it to your current account.
