I called to order and after ordering the auger and having paid the call was automated and kept on offering additional augers and free power drills. I kept saying cancel and had no way to get in touch with a person. I ended up like everyone else a 3 and 5-inch auger but no extensions and a free cordless power drill. An open box with two boxes arrived after three weeks with a S&H chare of $53.85 plus 19.95 for the two I foot augers.
When you call there is no way to talk to a person and there is no way to get a return authorization.
I will return the items and attempt get the charge back.

So sad. I too only received a box with two augers, no extension pole, no drill. I've been holding on the phone now for over 15 minutes for customer service and I doubt anyone is going to answer. This company has bent a lot of people over. Can anyone say class action? Disgusting.

I ordered the Auger & never received it. They charged my credit card & I have been calling & e mailing them with no response. This product appeared on
national TV, so I don't understand how it is a scam. I want my money back! Times are hard enough as it is & then to get scammed from a TV show is ridiculous.

I ordered the awsome auger with the power extender, and got two sets with no extender, and a corded drill, they charged me 39.95, plus 37.95 shipping and handling, I have not been able to contact the company either. They are con artists. Do not order this product!

Placed an order for awesome auger. I received two augers, but no extender or drill. I have made several attempts to contact the 866# and emails, no response from either. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute any charges. This is a huge scam and will be reported not only to you but the FCC. Now is the time to put a stop to this major ripoff.

I ordered two sets of these augers, which I received, but no extenders which I really need due to a bad back. I got charged 34.90 + 17.90 shipping. I have tried to call the company but all I get is a recording that they are too busy to talk to customers. Never again.

Just like all the other complaints. I received 2 boxes that contained 2 augers each. No extenders or drills. I tried calling and e-mailing but no response. I called my credit card company and they are going to dispute the charge. I guess that's all I can do.

Attempts to cancel unsuccessful. Kept getting disconnected from phone number. Email attempt resulted in telling me I had to cancel by phone. Website did not provide me any totals or verification of what I had ordered and any way to approve total charge, which caused me to immediately try to cancel order. However, did receive and immediately called by credit card company to dispute charge and will tell post office I refuse delivery.

Received a broken up box. Inside found a drill with five inch cord and two shodially made auger bottoms, no extension pole.
For this I was charged $19.95 plus $36.85P&H for a total of $56.80. It was all sent in one box. Most of product profit is in the Post & Handling. If they had sent me something I could use, I feel confident it would have cost an extra $30 or better
In seeing how many other complaints there are, I am waiting for the comercials with attorneys asking, "have you, or any one else you know of on the net you love, been injured due to AWESOME SCAM?" call now for free consutation without handling fees.
You may be entitled tooo....
Call now!, reps sitting by to take your complaint about your complaint.
By the way, do not order from Dr. Frank's spray away pain either.
Did not work, sent back product (at post office, another lady sending product back as well, plus another in line said the product "curse words here" did not work)and company kept charging my debit card (OUCH) for product I did not order or receive. Not able to resolve as of yet.
Call your Attorney Generl's office, they will give you a web site complaint form. []
Good luck one and all.
P.S., In the future, do not order from T.V.. Most items show up in walgreens with big sign, as seen on TV. Along with no shipping and handling, product is half price!.
Of course the price of gas to get to said store... ooops, that's another site.

My father order this product and was charged $19 for the product but $30 for S&H. Then when we finally received the product we couldn't even put it together b/c we didn't have all the parts. I tried to call but no one will answer. Pretty much the same complaint as everyone else. Pretty sad how you can't trush ANYONE these days. We just want our money back or the parts to make this darn thing work.

Sounds the same as the other complaints. I just received the augers but no drill to operate them. Tried numerous times to call the 1-866 number that came as a receipt but always get a message that their operators are busy, please call back. They give an email address that I also tried and got no response. Very frustrated. Looked like a great garden tool.....turns out to be a rip-off scam.
I have yet to see my credit card bill. I hope I only lost my $19.95 and something like $17 for S & H.

I ordered from the TV commercial the Awesome Auger, with drill, extension, and 2 augers - the first set at 19.95 and the second set at 14.95. I recieved 4 augers and no drills - no extensions - and was charged 17.90 for postage and handling even though I didn't receive the drills or extensions. There is no phone number or address to contact Awesome Auger to complain or find out where the rest of the order is.

I purchased the product and it does not perform the way shown on TV. I didn't receive what I had ordered. I have tried to contact the business via email and by phone without success. Beware do not purchase this item. It does not work!!

Received the product and was not what I had thought it would be, the TV ad is very very misleading.
I was thinking I would get all this stuff for $19.95 plus s&p. My bill was $82.70 ($27.80) s&p which I had it weighed and it should have cost only $6.25........Rip Off
Could never talk to anyone... just got hung up on..... Is this Customer service? .... Don't be fooled again.....making a bad name for the other good products out there..........Shame on them

i recieved the awesome auger yesterday in the mail. i ordered two..one for my daughter. i got two sets but no extenders, which is what i really needed as i have back trouble. 19.95 for the first one and 14.95 for the second one, total 34.90. sounds good huh? the p & h was 58.00. my total bill was 92.70. what the hell is p&h? they've avoided the s and h usury scam by using p & h. another gotcha with p & h. i tried to call, couldn't get thru....emailed, came back unknown. looks like we may have learned a good lesson. At least no one was physically injured. go to the 'as seen on tv store' and get your stuff...look at it, hold it and put it back on the shelf...nothing beats good old fashon sweat and tears, you're lucky to get out with your life.

I'm Carl McNabb, my wife bought two of the awsome augers one for me and one for our son. we thought that we would get all the things that were shown on TV but when we got the package it had two small boxes in that contained two augers each. we have tried to contact the firm to find out why we didn't get all the things that we thought we were going to get but every time we try to call we get the recording tring to sell us more augers. I don't think that we will buy anything else from Billy Mays.
