I ordered the Bedazzler online almost 3 months ago and they have charged my credit card and not shipped the product. I have tried to email customer service and that address is not a working email address so it bounced back. I tried calling their customer service hotline and a recording comes on and leaves you on hold indefinitely.

I ordered one bedazzler and the s/h fees added up to $20.85 when I looked at the invoice. The whole thing makes me so mad.... I never order off TV and I feel like a fool!!! When I ordered it over the phone for my 13-year-old daughter I thought I going to go crazy. I never spoke to a real person, just a series of questions that never seems to end. Don't waste your money. Go to [] and buy the other brand they offer. They often times have 40% off coupons. I feel so stupid!!!

I tried to buy the 27 dollar bedazzler, and I spent 15 minutes saying NO to everything they try to push with their automated system. When the order went through my credit card was billed over $100 and the dang thing never came. RIDICULOUS. Their customer service numbers are now "no longer in service," and the email address bounces. Total scam. These people are cheating folks! Just plain stealing.

I was given a Bedazzler years ago after they first came out. The stones are cheap looking and I had to use almost all my body weight to set the stones. Uneven poor settings and the prongs scratch you. Good idea, poorly executed. - I would rather buy loose stones and sew them on!

I very seldomly purchase things that are "As seen on TV" but when I do I normally buy them in store in case of defects so I can return them. Unfortuneately, I ordered the Bedazzler [] and don't think its [] fault that the Company that makes Bedazzler is scamming everyone. This item should only be purchased as a toy. Do not attempt to actually Bedazzle any of your good clothes or the rhinestones won't set correctly. Not all the pieces fit the machine as they should either so the only piece that DOES fit the machine can also cause your clothes/fabric to tear or rip. Plus the machine takes a lot more muscle than it should to actually press the rhinestones down into fabric. Save your money and get fabric glue or the hand tool if you really want something glitzy.

I got a bedazzler from my grandmother a few years ago... not only is it wicked tacky, but the top part didn't connect with the base to even work correctly. All the studs went on with at least one prong still sticking out. If you are dead set on 'beadazzling; something, go to a craft store, buy some studs, and use some hand tools to set them!

I ordered the bedazzler from a t.v. commercial and I have waited for 2 months. Now I'm trying to get in touch with them and no one answers my call. I tried numerous times. They have charged me $63.70. Yes, the television network should be charged also for allowing it on air. I have my own prepaid lawyers and I'm making a complaint. I want everybody in Hawaii know what to believe on the network. Don't order nothing from all network. This was a gift for my daughter and my husband and I work hard for our money. We don't need scammers like this.

The Bedazzler is a piece of crap and Tana needs to be ashamed. The infomercial and on-line add promotes a "Free" hand-held Bedazzler. I did not receive this and I was informed I would have to pay an additional $7.95 S&H. The advertisement is a lie because you are not informed you will need pliers and a nail file in order to set the cheap studs. Potential buyers..don't waste your money! Put Tana out of business.
