I am so angry. I did place an order this morning (Saturday), submitted my credit card number etc, and after I submitted my numbers, I was told I would be receiving more DVDs every three months at a charge on same credit card. I am furious and am attempting to cancel this order completely in writing to both mailing address I have found and copying the Better Business Bureau as well. I will certainly share this information with my friends and family.

My story is paralell to all other complaints. I seen the informercial and the product was something of interest to me, so I purchased it. However, not without staying on the call for 45 minutes and being forced to hear all the other "wonderful" offers that I quickly declined. The only reason I stayed on the call was to get my total WHICH by I never got and should of been 9.99. This was over a month half and I just seen (3-6-08) the charge in my account of $41.62 and never received the product.

Just like so many others, I was charged an additional $26.98 on my checking account a full month after I ordered and received the product. When I called and got a hold of TROY, he told me that I was signed up for the automatic workout of the month club, or whatever it is called. I told him I ordered no such thing and was charged without any notification. He then tells me that the reason I wasn't notified was they have no email address on file for me. Later in our conversation, as I went through their website making an order and reading each step to him, I assured him that nowhere does it inform you that you will be charged later and that I am now enrolled in something monthly. He then said that the email has fine print that informs the customer of this. SO I rebutted with, "But if you have no email for me, how did you think I was being notified?" He was stuck, apologized again, and told me he would be taking the charge off of my account. I said how long. 7-10 days. I am now going to overdraft on my mortgage because March is always tight in my house, so I asked him would he pay the $29 in overdraft fees. He said nothing, so I spoke a little louder thinking he couldn't hear me. He asked to please be patient and he would try to refund the money faster. I informed him I would be reporting this to the BBB and Consumer Reports and I AM taking legal action against them. Don't let them get way with this. It IS illegal and I am sure they are making money by doing this to unsuspecting folks as well.

I ordered the Bender Ball on February 2...I got it on February 21. I also called to chedk on the shipment twice and was told that it was in process. I did read the fine print and was aware of the bi-monthly shipments of DVD's. On my second call I told the woman from customer service that I will take the original order but that I wanted all further "continuous" shipments cancelled. She simply said ok. I asked her three more times over the course of our conversation if these shipments were cancelled. She finally said yes...I asked for a confirmation number...she said "We don't have those". She gave me a reference number which she could have pulled out of her you-know-what. Today I came across this website and decided not to wait around and see if the cancellation took effect. I was dumb enough to pay with an e-check...luckily not from my primary bank account...a smaller one that I keep for occasional small purchases. I called the bank today and they are issuing me a completely new account number. I have to get all new checks and change all of my auto-draft information...but it will be so much more worth this hassel than letting Bender Ball get their hands on one more dollar of mine.

i have all the same complaints as everyone else. the products is not satisfactory, customer service is not efficient, and more charges for dvd's that suck is pretty much how these people make money. who makes a hassle over 20 bucks here and there? maybe we all should.

I ordered the bender ball and checked no for the e boost. Today I was checking my account and noticed they took out for the e boost. I did not order nor receive any product.

Okay, so I ordered the Bender Ball over the phone, just 45 minutes ago. It was a nightmare! I've seen the product on television many times before and got interested because I have recently started a diet, and thought it would be a good idea to work in some ab work. It seemed legit, so I made the call. The AUTOMATED person asked for my name, address, and credit card billing information. I started feeling uneasy about giving out all that info to a computer, but figured that I would get an opportunity to cancel my order later in the call. After taking my information, I was BOMBARDED with numerous offers, most unrealted the product I was ordering in the first place, free gas cards, dietary supplements, extra DVDs, and even a free eye exam. (ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!) After carefully declining all the extras, two or three times each, I was ready to cancel my order. But, of course, that opportunity never came. I was never given a grand total, nor a price for shipping and handling. So then, after all that TORTURE I decided to google Bender Ball and look for a customer service number to call and cancel. Once again, AUTOMATED. I found another number and called to receive a barely audible message about strict hours to call between and some other bull-shit. Then I found this site, with over 100 complaints. GASP! Most of the stories start out just like mine, decling all kinds of crap for half-an-hour and then realizing SCAM! So I just called my bank and they told me that I can just change my debit card number, but that he's seen these scams get ahold of the new numbers and charge the account anyway! These people will stop at nothing! So, now I have to completely close my account and open a new one, order new checks and debit cards, re-route all of my husbands direct-pay along with my own. Just like everyone else, I wish I had never seen that commercial and even more that I hadn't made that damn phone call!

I purchased this item in January and received it within a month. I was charged the correct amount on my credit card. I then noticed an additional charge a month later for items that I did not purchase and did not receive. I tried to call the customer service number on my credit card purchase but stayed on hold for 30 min. I have disputed the additional charge through Discover Card. I think this product is nothing more that a scam and warn anyone against using a credit card to make a purchase. Buyer beware!

I received the bender ball and 2 VHS tapes within 2 weeks of ordering online. The ball will not blow up to the correct size and what air does goes inside slowly leaks out while "attempting" to exercise. I decided against returning the items because of the postage but now have received 2 more VHS tapes that I did not order. Customer service told me that I needed to return the items before credit would be made to my credit card, minus the shipping charges. This is such a rip off! It wasn't so bad taking a $18.00 dollar loss, lesson learned but now I have to pay to return tapes not ordered and charged to my credit card (by the way, no invoice was included to tell me how much they were). They also need cust. service agents that can speak and understand English.

Ordered the product and received it - now I'm getting vitamins and extra DVD's that I NEVER ordered and how have to go to the trouble of sending back and trying to get charges to my AMEX reversed. When I called about the vitamins they did everything they could do to get me to continue. I didn't realize I'd be getting additional videos until 3 days ago, now I have to call again and send them back and hope to get my money refunded. On top of everything else the product itself isn't very good and the quality of the videos is sub par.

I ordered the Bender Ball DVD kit and made sure to say 'No' to all additional products. When I received the kit, I was surprised to see "Thanks for joining Continuity. Next shipment in about 30 days" on by bill. I called the number given to cancel future shipments (it says you can call any time)with no answer. They have charged my credit card and continued to send items I never ordered. I wish I had seen this web site BEFORE I ordered to know what I was in for and how much of my time would be wasted fighting them.

I purchased the bender ball about two weeks ago and noticed as of today my debit card had not been charged, but i had received an email from them 3 days after purchase saying the product will be shipped within 24-48 hours. So I called customer service 1.800.601.7088 and I got intouch with someone. SURPRISE! I have cancelled my order for this product and it was like pulling teeth to do so and I bet it isn't cancelled. It makes me not want to purchase anything from television anymore.

I purchased the ball and first... the process, they put you through 10 minutes of try automated... selling of other products not related at all to the ball... before you can complete the transaction...HORRIBLE!!! I had to call customer service to cancel all the things they tried to charge me that I said no to. Then they shipped me 2 which I DID NOT order. THEN, I had to pay $7 to return it because Customer Service demanded I have return receipt tracing. NEXT... the ball comes with a small white straw that you are suppose to blow into to inflate this ball.. You CAN NOT get it totally inflated. NO WAY! This is the cheapest, worst designed rip off I have ever seen. And they the tape is short and has virtually nothing of an value on it. You just make up your crunches and do a better job! My suggestion, don't wast your time or money on a Bender Ball.

I carefully read the product information and declined all their upsell attempts. Regardless of this they started charging my credit card and sending me products I didn't order and didn't want. When I called their 800 number I was told I chose to enroll in a free 30 day trial of their program to send me product on a review basis. There was nothing in their website or promotional material to even suggest I was being signed up for anything beyond the initial purchase.

I need not to write a long review, just read all the rest on here, a BAD ball won't keep air. I was ripped off unauthorized $$ taken from my account. Called them got no one, a manager or supervisor unavailable. They were mean and acted like they were the victum!! I reported them to the BBB. I hope that hepls and I cancelled my credit card!!! THANKS TO ALL WHO POSTED, U HELPED ME TO CANCELL BEFORE MORE $$ WAS TAKEN!!! DO NOT ORDER THE BALL EVERYTHING U READ ON HERE IS TRUE!!!!

I bought this product from an infomercial I saw last night I spoke only with an automated service and after I agreed to buy the ball I was bombarded with all sorts of different things they were going to send me for free just needed to say yes, $50.00 in free gas $40.00 in free gas vitimins etc. I said no each time and after each automated response to my no I again was run through the same thing just because they wanted to make sure that I really didn't want it in case I didn't understand that it was just a free gift and a trial and you could easily cancel it after 30 days with no additional charges I said no no no no no over and over again they offered 6 items so I had to say no 12 times finally I was so pissed off at having to listen to all the bull shit since I had already given out my card number and I was just waiting for a confirmation number and a grand total. I never got that because after the half an hour of shit I then thought I was dreaming when the automated service said I'm sure by now you are wondering when is this going to be done, and thinking I just want to get my order placed or something very close to that then they said but if you could just give us a few more minutes of your time in case you didn't understand fully the products you were being offered but you don't want to pass up on this deal so I just want to give you a quick overview of the products. I was so irritated I hung up the phone but now after reading this I am going to just cancel my debit card because I had a feeling I was going to regret making that call. Thank you everyone for exposing the people that have been stealing money from others and calling themselves a legit company. CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT needs to happen lets expose these thieves before they ruin any more people lives.

I purchased the Bender Ball in January and received it in about 2 weeks. When I ordered it online, I answered no to all the additional products. My debt card was charged 22.95, which was fine. However, today 2/22 I noticed a charge of $30 on my online banking for something called e-boost. I looked it up and it's some sort of supplement, which I know I said NO to. I called the customer service and was told my account would be credited and to send the product back with the RMA # written on the package they gave me. When I asked about return shipping costs, she told me I'd be reimbursed for that too. I told her to send a return shipping label because I don't trust them to reimburse me. She said they would do that, I'll believe it when I see it. I'm going to try and catch the postman so I can just refuse the package. Meanwhile I'm calling my bank and canceling my debt card, which is a pain until I get a new one. To top everything else off, the ball is just okay!

Well, I'll join the club. I purchased the ball not realising the small print that says we will take as much money as we can because we already of your credit card. A month later the send me DVDs and charged me $26.98 (Which I never ordered). Thet said thet would refund 19.99 for the DVD I never ordered but wont pay the shipping and handling for either way. I'm working with the CC to remove the charges and hopefully this webiste helps.
