I ordered the Bender Ball in February and received the ball in April. I was charged for the product shortly after I received it. All was fine with the product I received all the stuff I ordered. It is now three months later and after stumbling across additional charges from Bender Ball I immediately called them. The representative informed me that I was signed up for a subscription when I purchased the product, and that he would cancel the subscription and have my money credited back... I called my credit card company and had the charges disputed since I never authorized any of the charges and they failed to disclose any subscription to a monthly plan in my purchase agreement.

Back in May I bought a Bender Ball online for a friend because she wanted one, but I was charged for DVDs that I did not want included. Now it is June and I noticed two more charges on my credit card for two more bender balls that I DID NOT ORDER! I called the customer service struggling to understand the Hispanic-sounding woman who told me I was on an automatic billing program. I told her to take me off of it and refund me for the two purchases that I never made. She told me she could not cancel it because they had been sent. She gave my two product return numbers and was told to put those on the packages and send them back to the company. Who knows when I will get my $53.96 back...

I just wanted to let everyone know something about this product!!! I was talking with a personal trainer at my gym and was talking about this product... he says that there has been similar products on the market for years and when it comes down to it.... got o Wal Mart buy yourself one of the licenced character kids rubber play balls in the 10-12" size. or even that size kick ball... it does the same thing, cost 3.00 and you never have to deal with companies like these... there is always something that works just the same as the product they are selling... that is how they came up with the idea!!!

I tried the product and found it to be horrible. The company sold me information to Passport to Fun and sent my information to a collection agency after I cancelled my subscription with them. I have had nothing but trouble with this company and have had to change my bank account number to resolve the problem of them continuing to charge me after I cancelled.

I ordered the bender ball and DVD only. didnt really like it, but thats besides the point. few months later, received unordered DVD's in the mail and an unapproved charge for $49.95 on my bank statement! I sent the product back immediately, wrote a note to never send me anything or charge my card again. called them, they assured me they would credit my account when they receive the return and never did! several months later, not just received a collection of debt letter from a collector, that I owed Bender Ball $19.99 ?????????? I called the collector, reported them, they told me they have been getting a lot of these calls! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SCAM!!!!!

I ordered a bender ball about 7 weeks ago and I have not yet received it. This is perposterous. I mean I saw the advertisement on television and I thought that it was really great and now im getting ripped off. My order was about $15-$20 and I still have not received it. I'm hoping that this company isnt taking any money off my credit card as I speak.I need someone to look into this for me please, I will greatly appreciate it.

I ordered the bender ball and it took 6 weeks for delivery. When I attempted to inflate the ball it was defective and when I called customer service I spent 12 minutes on hold without resolution of the problem. Shortly after receiving the product I noted a charge on my bank statement for two seperate charges in two months for products I did not recieve. I have attempted to resolve this issue with benderball by calling thier customer service and waiting on hold for extended periods of time. This is a huge scam. As far as I am concerned it is theft I am paying for a products that I have not recieved.

I have a very similar story as everyone else and like others, I wish that I would have read all of these before hand! First of all, it took forever to get, then they sent me the two DVD's-charged my card- I though NO BIG deal...so I sent it back and it said that I didn't need to give a reason and then I called the number to be removed from future mailings which miraculously--I always called at the wrong time--too late too early according to the message. So, anyway, it's been over a month since I sent this back, I happened to check my account to see when the amount had been credited when LO and BEHOLD, there was ANOTHER charge on there, but I have nothing to show for it. THEY HAVE NEVER refunded my money from the first set of DVD's and now I don't have any more DVD's and am getting charged again! So, now I have over 40 dollars in charges and NOTHING to show. When I called customer service they danced around the issues, promised me FREE shipping for life?! What is that! I said I don't want it-I want to get my money back. He says when they get their product back, they will! I said it takes 30 days to PROCESS A RETURN? He ignored my comment and then told me when I get the new stuff they will refund my money...still don't have the new stuff and STILL don't have my money back! Their Email doesn't work either! SO..what to do?! I am so mad...and they are so very obviously a FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I also have ordered the bender ball took about 6 weeks to get. Once I finally received it I lost the enthusiasm of it and so never have used it... I also wish I would have found this site before I ordered the ball. I was going over my bank statement and found that they have charged me for e-boost pills. (I like everyone else did not authorize and when asked I said NO NO NO ) I called customer service and they told me to refuse the package and put on this return auth number and then that way I will not have to pay shipping. I called today 06/05/08 to find out what was going on with the credit that was due and they said that they do not have the package back and will look into it. I told the lady that I was calling my CC Company and she hung up on me. I think they should be sued for fraud. I have to agree that this is a HUGE SCAM that they have going on………….

I order one package and received it many weeks later. Then, I got some extra videos with a $40 something charge. Then, I got another whole Bender package with more charges. I called right away to cancel. After that, I received more videos with more charges. My solution (this works for all unwanted shipments): Do not open the package, mark "Return to sender" in very large letters and drop it at the post office. They will have to pay for the return shipping and will quickly take you off of the mailing list so as not to incur any more shipment charges themselves. It works like a charm everytime! By the way, this product is not worth the money. My 5-year old has gotten more use out of it than I have. The videos are a joke.

so... I wish I had seen this before I ordered!! Not only has it been a whole MONTH (and some odd days) ago that I ordered the thing, I still have not recieved it!!!! So I check my account and they are gonna charge some piece-of-bs monthly fee to my account?? You have got to out of your mind. Never did I sign anything, or verbally give permission, for them to charge my account. Isn't that fraud?!? I quickly called and gave them a piece of my mind. Cancel my order, refund my money ALL OF IT or you will be hearing from my lawyer! Then the lady has the nerve to ask me if I want it re-shipped! Did you just hear me?!? I don't want the thing, refund my money. You cannot charge anything without my permission- and my giving you my cc number the first time does not allow to charge me EVER AGAIN.

I asked for DVD and received VHS tapes - the product billed my account 6 weeks before receiving the ball and Bender Ball keeps billing my account then sending more VHS tapes even after I have contacted them several times to stop billing my account. Yesterday, I tried to take my wife to lunch and my account was declined because Bender Ball put another charge on... what do I need to do to make this stop?

Hear we go,once upon a time my girlfriend and I sitting on just a normal sunday saw the bender ball commercial.It was funny being that we were joking around about loosing weight, so i proceeded to order the bender ball for her. On their web page there the opportunity for cycle ordering ofcourse i said no being that there was a minor problem with another company. $19.99 The package takes a month to arrive and what makes it even worst is that it was left lying on the side walk anyone could have gotten it because of the area i`m located.$29.99 a month after,i` called to find out and cancel because apparently i was enrolled in a cycle purchase,the same one which i declined.month after another $19.99 withdrawn from my account. Who deals with this situation.still waiting on my refunds if it ever gets to me.A total of $49.98.

I have also purchased a bender ball. Two weeks later I was charged the 6.99 s/h and no product. It took two more weeks to receive it and be charged another 49.94 that was the longest 10-14 business days I have ever had. Then I called and canceled the vit and new dvds they still charged me 3 more times for a total of $90.94. I did receive and sent them back. I have called A LOT with the answer for today being that they have already refunded my money. NO NO NO they have not. I am calling my bank and BBB. This is ridiculous. No one should put themselves through this

I'm glad I'm not alone! I am reporting this company to the BBB for what they are doing. I've had the same expierence as many who have posted complaints; I ordered the product, which took way to long to be delievered, and have been charged twice for products I didn't even order!

I ordered the bender ball and was told i would recieve it in 10 to 14 days. did not recieve it , i called they said it was being shipped. a month later still did not revcieve it, they said they had no record of my order, so i ordered it again, recieved it in two weeks. then a few days later i recieved another one wiht some energy boost pills that were free. i could keep recieving the energy boost pills every month for 29.95, but if i di not want them I had to call and cancell. Well I called and cancelled and just found out 4 months later that they are every other month charging me for energy boost pills that i am not getting. Now I will have to cancell my debit card. Personally I think they need to be sued for charging me for products I am not reciveing and di not want.

I ordered the Bender Ball product and after approximately 6 weeeks finall received the item. The charge appeared on my checking account statement. I received another charge the following month. I contacted Customer Service and was told that at the top of the statement in the original there was a sentence indicating they would continue to ship "exercise updates" monthly unless I cancelled. I ONLY authorized them to charge me for the initial shipment. Needless to say, I indicated I would be shlipping the other DVD's back and wanted a refund and also requested that they cancel the "exercise updates" as I did not want anymore. I ordered this product over the phone. I did not like the fact that you were not able to speak with a person. Also the automated system wanted sell you additional items and to proceed you had to say yes and then call back to cancel if you wanted. I canceled my order with them once I realized that I did not feel comfortable about the way they were upselling me. To my dismay I had already entered my information. Even though I chose not to proceed and I said that I did not want to place the order, it charged the amount to my card. It will take 7-10 business days to have the money returned to my account. Please do not order this product, wait until it comes to the stores!!

I ordered this product in March. It finally arrived over 6 weeks later. I tried contacting the company via email - NO REPLIES! I called the customer service number after my card was charged for a second time, only this time I have nothing!! I had to cancel the upcoming shipments that I never even ordered. I have not received the promised video which the customer service agent claims I would be receiving. The first video was disappointing - 3 short instructional sections. What a waste of money.
