Okay, so I just ordered it. I immediately felt as though it was a scam. 20,000 offers and I said no to each one but how do I know they aren't going to charge me anyways! I am so mad at myself. I called the customer service number that they gave... guess what, its now a loan companies number... which I will probably need when I am through with the Bender Ball! How did anyone get in touch with real people? Phone numbers? E mail addresses?? Help!

of course, i also got scammed. i had to call at least 5 times to get a refund. i waited 7 days and called back, talked to a supervisor and let him know i worked at a bank and i'd be reporting them for fraud if i didn't see my refund. i must have gotten through to him because i got my refund the NEXT day! i then canceled my debit card and got a new one issued, which i HIGHLY recommend so they can't charge you again!

The bender ball is a piece of junk. You cannot inflate it with out air escaping while trying to plug the hole. Poorly designed, made in CHINA! DON'T BUY IT!

They rip us off. They have taken a additional charge of $43.97 from our bank. They did a automatic withdrawal from our checking account without any authorization. We never join any membership and were never told of any additional charges other than then initial charges of $20.91. We agreed to pay only the one time fee of $20.91. Not the additional $43.97. We have read other complaints from other buyers and some of them were exactly the same scenario.

I ordered this ball and was happy until they charged my account $44.00. I called them to cancel the order and was told that all monies would be reversed. A week later the money was still not reversed and I was told that I never canceled the order and that it was shipped a week later. I finally had to call my bank to block them from my card. This company sucks

The bender ball is crap. I just got charged the 43.97 for the monthly membership bs. I reported this fraud to my bank and they stopped payment and changed my card. I called their support line and said things to them that would shock you just to make myself feel better. I am even getting those shipping charges back too. Lousy product even worse company. If you notice on your receipt it says Thanks for Joining the Community. I am never going to buy another internet product from a company unless it has the BBB logo on it. Nothing makes you feel better than cussing out crooks!

I ordered the bender ball and got it in about 2 weeks and no it does not hold air. They also charged my band accout $43 bucks. When I called them, this woman said it was for membership services (for what???) And nothing else was being sent to me. She said that she was stopping my membership and that they were not going to charge my debit card anymore. Since I don't believe them I called my bank and they canceled my debit card and issued me a new one and they are also pressing fraud charges on the bender ball people for unauthorized use of a charge card....

Oh my... I wish I found this site earlier, and before I purchased this product. I too have been scammed by over $43 in money they charged my credit card for order's I never made. They simply took it upon themselves to send me the product and bill me monthly. I am on my 3rd call, and have spoke to supervisors. Each of them tell me that they will expedite my refund and I should see my $$ in 2 - 3 business days. What a line, it's been almost 3 weeks now. Nevermind that the product is worthless, the customer service is cluseless! Do Not Order!

I along with everyone else got scammed. I said no to alll the additional products and still received the things I asked them not to send. They charged my card fraudulantly. When I called they said they would refund me, I wrote down the persons name and station #. Low and behold next month same thing. I called back again and the next lady said that she was "sorry" and would refund my money. Never happened. Emails went unanswered. What a piece of crap company and a total scam.

Unfortunately, my story is the same as all the others that I saw on this website. I am very angry at this company. And the BenderBall is nothing more than a kid's playball that doesn't even hold air. To date, I have made 7 phone calls to try to straighten this out. Every time I talk to someone, they apologize for the actions of their co-workers and tell me they will straighten this out. Sometimes it is 7-10 days, other times it is 3-5 days. Doesn't matter, they don't do anything except keep charging me for eboost pills that they don't even send me. Not that I want them because I don't. After reading everyone elses complaints, I can't believe they can still be operating like this. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You can do this online. I would suggest that everyone that has a complaint do this. It is very easy, so please do this. I also saw that someone suggested the Attorney General. That sounds like a good idea too. Monday I plan on going to the bank to see if they can block deductions to my account from this company. If not, I guess I will have to open a new checking account. What a pain that is. Right now they owe me $50.96 and I assume they will keep hitting my account for those stupid pills that they don't even send. Isn't that fraud? And aren't there laws about confidentiality concerning your finances? I will never buy anything from an infomercial again.

This company sucks. The ball sucks. The video sucks. They charged my card the $43 like every body else, and ensured me a refund. Have I received it two months later. NO. Instead I find another charge for $38. It's reported to my credit card company. I'm going to continue to call and harass them until I get all of my money back. They got the wrong one if they think I'm letting this go. If your here, then you've been scammed to. I suggest you get your money back...however long, to include whatever it takes.

I ordered the $9.99 product on-line. Immediately after receiving the product, I saw that to avoid additional charges and automatic shipments, I needed to call Customer Service to cancel shipments, which on did on 10/1/07. On 10/30/07, I received the automatic shipment with 2 more tapes, with the charges to my credit card. I called Customer Service, and was on hold for over 45 minutes, yet still never spoke to anyone, and was disconnected 3 times. I am so angry! I will never order from this company again. Who can help me stop the autoshipments, and not be billed for what I have received without ordering?

I purchased bender ball product. When you call its a recording and when I got the product it came up to over ninty dollars when I got the product and they wouldn't take it back. On top of that they put my name on all this list and one of them used my credit card to enroll me in a program I did not want to be apart of. They couldn't even get my name right and authorized some other company to use my credit card.

got me good. i too ordered this ball. approx. 3 weeks later i come home to have my better half tell me that we've been charged an additional $75.00 for a mysterious shipment that i didn't order. it's only after that, did i see all of the horror stories associated with benderball. i called and of course got no answer. i hope that i've received helpful info to get my money back from the complaint page. these people not only need to refund every customer's money, but also do some time in a facility with people like themselves. maybe we can lucky and they have cellmate to whom they have also ripped off

On 7/2/07 I made the mistake to order the Bender Ball. It was shipped and charged on7/30/07. I received it on 8/15/07. On 8/29/07, I realized I had been charged $ 43.97 on my card for something by Bender Ball. I called and finally managed to speak to a representative. She assured me that all I had to do when I received the mystery package was to write down the RMA # she gave me on the package, return it by mail and I would get a full refund and nothing would ever get charged again. I did so and was horrified to see another charge posted on 9/6 for $ 26.98. I called again and on 10/01 received a credit for $ 39.98. But now I got charged again (despite assurances that it shouldn't have happened) on 10/9 for $ 19.99. This is crazy. They are relentless. I checked on-line and found that the people behind this scam are the Savvier Family aka Savvier Inc. aka Savvier LP. Same address at 7850 Ruffner Avenue in Van Nuys, CA 91406. They have another phone number for general customer (dis)service: 866/ 219-1275. I just went and filed a complaint with the CA Better Business Bureau. You might be interested to find that this Savvier family has been involved in a lot of class actions. There was a big one regarding FlexBow, where they were courtordered to refund all their customers. See:
[] We have to stop these people. They also sell 6 minute Abs and other junk. By the way all is manufactured in China and Taiwan and that probably explains the delays. (They collect a bunch of orders and then manufacture them)

I got the shaft, too! I ordered the ball and was charged $28 two weeks later. So, called the company and told them that I never ordered the extra, because when the recording got into that dialogue, I hung up the phone. Anyway, I was given a Return Merchndise Number and told to return the DVDs when they showed up. I did. It's been two weeks and no refund, yet. I will contact the BBB in California. Next time we want to try an infomercial thingee, let's send money orders!!!

I ordered the bender ball in june, about a month later i received 2 more DVDs in the mail that were charged to my credit card. I called a lady at the bender ball company and she gave me a number that i had to write on the envelope. So the next day i went to the post office and sent it back, BUT i didn't use a tracking number (BIG MISTAKE) everytime i called to see why it was never taken off my credit card they said it takes 4-6 weeks to get the DVDs back and up to the right department. So today I called TEN weeks later, and now they claim that the package never got there. They guy said to call back at 9 if i wanted to speak to a manager, and that's what i intend to do. So if you order this product and do not want all the other crap they send you automatically, make sure you get a tracking number.

i ordered the benderball online. At first I thougth it was 9.99, because I saw the commericial. It ended up being 12.99 plus shipping. 20 something . That was fine. First of all it took forever. Second of all I was charged an extra 47.00 Then I got something else in the mail. Ired all the complaints. Iwas pissed. Then it took me forever to reach someone. Iwas hoping I would talk to someone decent.I did. It took a while but I finally got my money returned to my account. First of all Do not open it. Second of all Write return To Sender on the package. Then when you talk to someone ask them for the RMA number, write it on the package.Thats what I did it took weeks ,but I got my money back. I got 39.90 back but its better then nothing. So thats what you have to do. I HOPE this helped someone.
