Same story here, I ordered the Bender Ball and I actually received it rather quick. Don't know if it works as I have not even opened the package. My complaint is in checking my debit card they have debited $43.97 for DVD's that I did not order nor do I want. I did call customer service and was assured that I would get a refund as soon as I returned the DVD's that I have not even received yet. Isn't it illegal to take money from someone's account without authorization? What can we do?

I ordered this product online and didn't recieve the deal stated in the commercial. I also somehow got scammed into the autopmatic order program. When the second shipment arrived I had no idea why I recieved them as they didn't come with anything but the videos in the package. I returned them after contacting the company and was told to wait 4-6 weeks to see the credit on my statement. My problem with the ball is that there is no may to get in a firm as it is on the video. I think my 4 year ols plastic ball from [] would work better than what I received from the company.

My wife ordered a Bender Ball via the internet. She did not request any additional services. It took a few months and several phone calls before she finally received the piece of garbage.. I mean Bender Ball. Then I noticed charges on our credit card for a couple of subscriptions. I called customer service and the lady finally agreed to refund the charges. We received one of the credits but not the other. Then, I noticed a charge for $43.87 or $43.97 (I don't remember which one). My wife called and they gave her the same scam that she had ordered two videos and about "not checking the box and returning the form" or some crap. Well, finally after a few more calls (and the threat of calling the Attorney General's Office) we finally received the credit. We'll see if they try to charge anything else.

Same story as all the others. I only ordered the Ball, not any additional shipments, so I noticed a charge on my bank account for the 43.97 AND HAVE BEEN TRYING DESPERATELY to stop this shipment and get my money back. I can never get through. I've also sents over a dozen emails to their online customer service without one single reply. Terrible company! and as for the Ball? It's a rip off--- better off just buying a kids ball from [] or [].

I bought the bender ball on line and I have to add air to it everytime I want to use it. I go an automated call today saying that my Bender Ball has been shipped and that my credit card had been billed 43.79. I immediately called the number back and they said that it was for 2 DVD's. I told them that I didn't want them and they told me that it would be 7 days before my credit card would be credited. This card withdrawls money directly from my checking account and now I am going to have my electricity cut off because they took the money out of my account and will not put it back for 7 more days. They dont care because they are not the ones that have to do without electricity. I tried to make a police report for fraud but I have to what until the seven days is up. I do not suggest anyone us this company. I do plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hopefully file fraud charges on them. I am going to post my story on every web site available.

Order the ball. I finally came 1 1/2 months later. A month after that they started charging my account for more products. Long story short--I had to cancel my debit card and issue new ones because this company is charging my account for products that I did not order. I am reporting this to the BBB-----DO NOT ORDER---THIS COMPANY SUCKS---THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU.

I originally ordered the Bender Ball and was on the phone for what seemed like 20 minutes answering "no" to a long line of automated questions asking if I wanted to order additional products and asking if I wanted to be on an automatic billing for additional products. I replied an emphatic "NO" to all questions. I received the ball in a few weeks but just recently received an automated phone message on my business phone telling me a shipment had been sent. I checked my bank statement and sure enough, $43.97 had been automatically deducted without my approval. I called Bender Ball customer service and was told when I received my first shipment there was a box to check if I did not want more shipments. The person was nice and I did not wait more than 2 minutes on hold. I was given an order number & told I would not receive more shipments. I have not received this shipment yet but I was told to call when I receive it and I would be told how to return it and get a refund. I asked if I would get the entire $43.97 refunded and I was told "yes".I have to say the person was expremely nice and I hope she was telling me the truth. I am reporting this to my bank and possibly the Attorney General.

I ordered the ball and it took almost 2 months to arrive then they charged my credit card without my permission for more products. The ball stinks it does not look like the one in the commercial and the air leaks out.

I ordered the Bender Ball on 7/30/07. Was charged $22.84 on 8/14/07. Never received it. On 8/30/07 I noticed a credit on my account for a portion of the original charge. When I called to question my order I was told "the Post Office returned it" so I would not get a full refund! I explained that I order from e-bay, catalogs and internet frequently, always get packages and they must have packaged it incorrectly if the post office returned it. I demanded a full refund. The customer service agent finally agreed. I waited. No credit on 9/10/07. I called again. I was told the credit was just "written up" and I should see it on my account in 2-3 more days. No luck. I phoned again on 9/14/07 and was told that shipping isn't refunded which was why I hadn't been credited. I explained again, the agent said he would write it up again for a credit MINUS the SALES TAX!! I demanded a FULL refund! He told me I could expect one by next Wednesday. I am calling my bank on Monday to see if they can reverse charges and plan to write letters to any and all consumer protection agencies I can find. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Like everyone else I ordered the bender ball and was charged $20.91.
The bender ball took over 7 weeks to arrive. It was as described/but not as effective as promised. My complaint is with a charge of $43.97 on my credit card 1 month later. I did not order any other product, I did not authorize this charge. I went through 3 customer service people before one agreed to instigate the refund and gave me an actual refund authorization #.(Have not received it date) I thought these types of scams were long over. How can this company get away with supposdly sending you DVD's you did not order and charging a credit card without the customer's authorization. I believe Bender Ball should be closed down for stealing from people. My other concern is that I have gotten several calls on my cell phone from survey and sales companies and my spam mail has increased, so to add to their malpractice, I believe Bender Ball is also selling our private information. Has anyone else noticed this??

I have the same exact story as everyone else. I ordered the ball and it said it would take 4 weeks to get it.....needless to say I finally received it about 6 or 7 weeks later. Once I received it I used it. I then about a month later looked at my bank statement online and there was an unauthorized charge. They had charge me the additional $47.60 for these DVD that I didn't want.

Like others, it took over a month before I received shipment of the ball. I also feel that I was scammed with the continuous monthly DVD charge. I did call to cancel, and I am going to have to pay to return the DVDs that I did not want/order. The customer representative cancelled the monthly shipments but had no response for my complaint of shady business practices.

Same story here; ordered the ball; received it 4 weeks later and we actually use it.. It appears to work for us however i was not aware of this additional charge until i looked online today and guess what; there it was.. called the number and waited for 5 min on hold finally talked to someone and I too had "ordered" the monthly DVD... immediately cancelled... will NEVER order from TV/Internet again.

After seeing this, I called the customer service line and asked if they would be charging my credit card. They said they would be charging $47. I told them to reverse it, and I will be contacting the attorney general. She said the refund will come in 7-10 days, and I told her if not I will contest the charges. She was very helpful. I'm still furious. Someone call the media!!

i as the rest of you ordered the ball...i did do research, missed this forum! complaints about the pills that come with it, i made sure i opted out of the pills....and later found the 43.27 charge that overdrew my account and called the company to see what it was...the customer service chick said it an automatic ordering service that is sending dvd's that i did not order and she couldn't refund me until i received it and i would have to call back...oh heck no!!! i asked for a supervisor, and asked him where on the site it gave information on these dvd's....he said during ordering, where you put your address info, the top box...i'm sure i did read that box, but it has a box next to it that it seemed you could check to accept that offer....so i told him, i didn't check that box...first he said you have to delet it...which to me, looked like a delete to delete your current order, when i said yes if you check the box it puts a check in it and i didn't check it when i ordered, he said it doesn't matter if you check it or not, you have to call customer service...i then told him that they have the dumbest and most unorganized ordering site ever!!! i then asked for a refund, and he said immediately...i told him the customer service said that they couldn't do that, he said he could and would right then...i'm calling my bank to make sure!!!!!!! but i wish i would have seen this site, but more importantly, they need to be taken down! and their webpage made more clear.....i'm sure they're making money off of those that merely accept they can't get a refund, or just drop the cause and make sure they don't get any more dvd's they didn't happen to order by checking a box that it doesn't matter if you check or not!!!!!!!!!! i hate them!

I also ordered their 9.99 ball and a month later, saw a 43 dollar charge on my card. I did a little research. The company that represents Bender Ball is below... Rather than send hate mail and have them fluff it off, let's get together and "do something about it". My email is [] Please send me your name and contact info (phone number or email ) and let's contact the media and a hungry California Lawyer.

Like most of you, I too ordered the bender ball, I can't say whether or not it works because I have not used it as of yet. My complaint is for the additional charge I found on my banking account today for $43.97, I thought I was done with these people, I ordered my ball, paid for it $20.91, received it, why am I being charged an additional charge. Well I called these morons to find out, they tell me I opted for additional training DVD's, I told the girl no I didn't I just wanted the ball thats it, she goes on to argue with me that I ordered these dvd's, that I needed to check my receipt, well I am looking at my original purchase receipt and dammned if I see where I ordered additional dvd's. Well I contacted my bank to file a claim against them, they will reverse my charges. And these so called dvds they are sending are getting refused when they show up at my door.

My story is the same as the rest of you. I ordered the ball, does nothing really accept hurts my butt. Then 30 days later I get another charge on my credit card for $43 something and call them, they don't care so I cancel my so called "membership" that I had no idea I even had. Then the DVD's come in the mail and there is a note that say I can send them back for a refund of the purchase price. So I do. That was over a month ago..guess what, no refund!!! Lost cause. If you have not ordered one and are looking to, do youself a favor and find a better product.

On 8/6/07 I was charged $20.91 which I authorized and was aware of. September 9,2007 I find a charge on my credit card for $42.91 which I never authorized. The product itself is no more than a $20 child's toy. Huge waste of time and money. I am currently fighting to get the charge reversed.

Do not buy! This is a scam- they never sent the product and when I complained they guaranteed a refund. Well my refund was only half of what they orginally charged and they attribute it to California sales tax. what a mistake! How can we get rid of this horrible company.
