What a joke! I attempted to order this ball online. Went through all the steps being careful to read and not sign up for all their added little things I didn't want. Then... tada... your order has been completed please click here for a free $25 gift card from Visa! Guess what? Dead link says offer no longer available. Why am I surprised? So I wait... a few days go by and it occurs to me I never got a confirmation e-mail. I have bought a few things online and ALWAYS get a confirmation e-mail. Even when paying the electric bill. So I am a bit more concerned now. I look at my account and there are no charges. I sent an email asking when my product would be shipped and when I would be charged. My response was a form email that even said SPAM in the subject. They are back-ordered and would be possibly another two weeks before shipment. So again I wait. We are now almost 4 weeks out and still no Bender Ball. So I called customer service. After being put on hold for a grand total of 8 mins AFTER the representative came on the line. I was told again by a young girl who sounded as though she had a mouth full of marbles that they are back-ordered and may be up to 2 weeks for shipment. So I canceled. She put me on hold then came back and said ok you order has been canceled, but no confirmation number again. I will be watching my account and have informed my bank of this transaction. My advice look before you leap. I wish I had. So far I seem to be lucky in not having paid anything for my hassle.

I ordered the product for my wife and daughter. Its ok but 30 days later my paypal account gets debited for $87.94. I used the paypal 1 time debit card. (Im dealing with paypal on how a 1 time use debit card can be used twice. Now benderball is telling me that in the packing slip it said I agreed to there Bender meathod core training. ??? at $87.94 give me a break. I get the (core method) in the mail today and go to put thr rma number on it and it has been sealed before with scotch tape. (how many times has this made its rounds?? I ordered the bender ball in June and did not recieve it until late July. It's difficult to order becuase they try to sell you like 10 different things. When it came the tape in the video was broken. I've sent it back and have yet to hear from anyone about getting a new video or DVD.

I ordered this product because the infomercial really does a good job selling it. First of all, the picture on the front is NOT Bender herself! She has a very out of shape mid-section and does not motivate at all. I was too annoyed at her to be able to work through the dvd. VERY Disappointing!!! I actually did receive my product in a timely manner back in June. Then today, I see my credit card has been charged double the amount by them in July. I called and they told me about some membership that was mentioned in the shipment and that I had 30 days to call and cancel if not interested. I never saw this and am now stuck with payment of something I never wanted. I told her to lose my CC info and make this horrible company go away. I wish I read this website before I made my purchase!!! Beware!!!!

I ordered this product thinking it was a good deal.It took me forever to order because they wanted to try to sell you 25 other things. I recevied product about two months later, then I received anoth package from them a month later which I knew I didn't order reutrned to sender and called the company to let them know that I had returned the product and that I wanted any futher shipments cancelled and a refund. I never did receive a credit for the product and come to find out they charged my card again $19.99, so I called them and they told me that they would issue a credit for $39.98 which was the amount they had charged me minus $6.99 for shipping. I explained that I never ordered this extra product why should I be charged for them to ship me something I never ask them to. They were very unwilling to do anything. This is exactally why I don't order stuff like this.

Boy I wish I came here first! I have not used this product. I ordered only ONE bender ball in June of 07 - with that awful automated system - talk about aggravating! The ordering process itself went fine - UNTIL they got your credit card info then on with the junk they tried to sell. THEN I noticed a charge on my credit card for double of what I expected, so I called. The BB was shipped that day (on 7-2-07) and was received around 7-11-07. I just got off the phone with that so called customer service and told then I want to send BOTH of the balls back, which they really didn't want me to do - but oh well. So, both are going back. AND they tried to tell me that since I had the product for over 30 days (say what???) that I was enrolled in some program. Boy was I mistaked to ever order that thing! BEWARE!!!

I ordered the ball in April and finally recieved it sometime in May, and when i went to use the dvd it would only play the leg portion and then half way through that it just stopped. So I called the company and they said they would ship me out a new one right away, well 3 weeks went by and i had nothing so i emailed them and when there was no response i called them back and was told they were not shipping out any orders until the end of the week or early next week. Well finally got the replaced dvd and it wasn't even the one that came with the package it just had abs and i thought it would be longer. the level 3 section is really the only one that gives any sort of an abdominal workout. I am rather disappointed in the length of the dvd and the customer service.

I ordered the Bender Ball about 6 weeks ago. I have still not received it. I have spoke with the Customer Service people 9 times now, and have been told different things each time, ranging from it's back ordered, to it has shipped, to they did not get my order. After my conversation with a Supervisor today I am convinced that this will be an awful product, if it is as poor as the Customer Service people it employs. I paid for the product via check online and am aware that this sometimes takes afew more days to process but, they debited my checking account 3 weeks ago for the actual Bender Ball itself, and again last Friday for the shipping for the DVD and supplements. The Supervisoor I spoke with today wanted me to sent her my bank statement to prove that funds had been debited. I am appauled at the incompetence of these people and in an attempt to contact the Corporate Offices, was told that they did not know how to contact them. Is this ridiculous or what? I am sure there are other similar products out there and would rather spend my money with a company that is more professionally run!

i ordered a bender ball and beware it does not work. also they will keep charging your account for products that you didn't want and you didn't authordize them to take and they want you to wait and return the product so you can get your money back. don't ever do business with them or buy any of their products. it doesn't work anyway.

I received my Benderball and DVD. THe DVD is defective and will only play a few minutes of the workout. I called the toll free number the same day & was told they would mail a new DVD. It has been 3 weeks and haven't received anything. The 30 day guarantee is right around the corner. Great customer service?

I ordered this product and I am promptly returning it. I received the Bender Ball about one month after placing my order. Watching the instructor was less than motivating. After 30 minutes of viewing and performing the exercises, I was disappointed. The instructor was abdominally out of shape and didn't appear at all interested in extensively talking about or selling her product. I was left wondering how this product would work for me.

I ordered the product over the phone and thought I would be talking with an individual. I ended up talking to a machine for over 15 minutes and I ended up getting all the wrong products. Now I am having trouble getting reimbursed for the shippping that I had to pay in order to send the product back to them. I was willing to place another order with them but since they won't reimburse me to shipping back to them the wrong items they shipped to me I want nothing to do with them. So I cancelled the new order.

I have ordered the Bender Ball and although it has only been a week, I haven't received it yet. My complaint is that the customer number that they list on their website is not a legitimate number to reach customer service! I think it's a fax number. Mmmm, I wonder why they don't want people to reach them because they don't give out a real phone number! I have asked the company by e-mail (which is indicated on their website, if that is legitimate) to contact me in regard to my order. I haven't heard from them yet. I'll keep at them until I get my answer that I'm looking for. In the meantime, be careful with whom you do business with! I wish I was!
