I ordered the coffee maker on October 2,2007 from a television commericial. I gave them my VISA number and they charged my account $29.95 for shipping and handling. I thought that this was safe because the TV is supposed to screen the products that they sell. I never got the product and when I tried to call them, at first, they said that they had overwhelming orders to fill and I would get mine. I called again about a week later and the number was out of order. This is the number - 1 -800 -3999390. I am so worried now that they have my VISA number. Thank you, Mary

I ordered one machine and double coffee in order to get a better price on the coffee. The coffee was weak and the foamer not strong enough to make foam from the milk. They sent two machines and double coffee. It cost me $30. to send this mess back and they charged me over $80. to send it to me. They recieved the machine and coffee back but I have been e-mailing for a refund for a year and it looks like they don't give refunds. This machine has cost me over $350. They aren't even honest enough to answer my e-mails. These people are crooks and they really don't have a product worth selling. Keep your money.

Purchased and received order from 2 different sources. Order not as described. Not a coffee assortment. Not enough coffee in the caps to make a good cup, using 2 at a time Can't make a full cup as they show in commercial. Even using 2 capsules makes only a small cup. Frother so WEAK need to preheat milk or water in microwave for it to work at all. Tried to order a small amount of additional caps. Won't send. Claim behind and will let me know. Nothing in 5 weeks and I am not going to wait any longer.

I received the machine on March 13, 2007. I loved it! Since then I have been trying to order more coffee as I have been out for almost a month. I placed an internet order on April 2nd. When exactly 2 weeks went by and I hadn't heard from them I called customer service. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!! They kept me waiting for 10 minutes with a promise of "someone will be with you shortly"...later while I was still on hold, a recording told me for a quicker response "email" them...then I was disconnected with NO answer. I sent to date 22 emails begging for a response...not even ONE was answered! Finally today May 1st, I got a live person. She was rude, uncaring, unsympathetic, and couldn't care less that this machine has been sitting on my counter for almost a month with no coffee to put in it! She told me that the order that I placed on April 2nd was "online" and they have no record of it. I gave her an order number, and sent her a copy of the email confirming my order. She told me that it didn't matter what receipt I had, they don't have it. I attempted to order more coffee several times, and they have told me a plethora of excuses why I still don't have my coffee....I.E., "we lost your order,"we are awaiting shipment from the warehouse", "your credit card was rejected" (which by the way is an absolute IMPOSSIBILITY!!!), "we are 2 weeks behind on our shipments"....and I can go on, and on, and on but just let me say this...I still have no coffee, they still make excuses, they have the worst customer service I have EVER interacted with, and I would HIGHLY recommend that you stay far, far, away from these fly-by-night scam artists. I will smash the machine in little itty, bitty pieces before they will ever get it back!!! So, bottom line...I paid $200.00 for a machine that is collecting dust on my countertop. I CANNOT get a coffee replenishment from the company (which in case you didn't know, you can only use THEIR coffee in it), and customer service that is absolutely pitiful...I MEAN THE WORST!!!!!

I purchased the coffee and machine last September. I’ve used it a few times and although the company’s claim is that it makes a fast cup of cappuccino, I’ve never experienced it taking less than 10 minutes because it would take forever for the milk to froth. Well, I hadn’t used it in a while and over the weekend decided to make a couple of cups of cappuccino. Filled the basin and followed the directions as always. This time the frothing mechanism didn’t engage at all so I turned it on and off again, as I had many times in the past, in order to get it working. I would hear a mild frothing sound but in fact, the milk was not getting hot. It was probably pumping cold air if anything. After 10 minutes the milk didn’t even get warm – it was as cold as when I took it out of the frig. Plus the unit started to steam and I didn’t like the smell – it was as if something was burning. I turned it off and waited until the next day to proceed to the next step. The next morning I followed the instructions for use after a “long period of non-use” and here’s what happened: I followed the instructions – my tank was already filled; rotated knob counter clockwise and pushed button C; put the container under nozzle; pressed B and then A and waited for the water to discharge from the nozzle. I waited and waited and there was no discharge. The next thing I knew, the top of the tank popped off and there was water emitting from the tank. I turned it off and unplugged it and that’s what brings me here today. I followed the directions precisely – it didn’t work the night before and now I won’t even turn it back on again. The bottom line is, the unit hadn’t appeared to work properly from the beginning but I just figured that the company made an “over the top promise” that the coffee would be ready within seconds. The machine is defective and I’d like a replacement or repair. I had purchased the extended warranty for $10 when I made the original purchase. After reading these reviews (after the fact) I fear that I'm out $186 I invested - plus I spent $50 in shipping when others spent much less. This should be on the news - Arnold Diaz Shame on You or 9 on Your Side or any of the similar news programs.

I ordered their Expresso machine on 12-29-06 after seeing their infomercial claiming that it was FREE with order of coffee packets. Once I realized they had charged me for the coffee 322.00 from my account on 01-12-07. I emailed them telling them I wanted to cancel the order, but they told me I had to send it back once I received it, and they would credit it back to my account.I refused the packages I received on 01-17-07. Now over a month later, they don't reply to my emails and forget about trying to call them, it's just a recording.

I did receive the coffee machine and the first batch of pods but I was not able so far to receive the second (and cheaper) batch ordered 3 weeks ago. Their repetitive automatic email reply is only for people buying the machine and the first batch. Their toll-free phone number puts you on hold until they cut you off.

On Dec 04 2006 i watched a late night adversitement about an Expresso Coffee Machine that was offered as a gift if i would try the coffee. I love expresso and i jumped at the chance to have the machine and to try the coffee. If i did not like the coffee i could return the coffee and the machine was free. Well i tried the coffee and i did not like it so i sent it back for my refund of the coffee. The machine was only supposed to cost me 28.80 for shipping. The coffee was supposed to come with the machine, that is what i understood. I was billed through my bank account for 196.02. When i called for a refund i could not reach anyone. for 3 weeks i tried to get someone to talk to me but i had no response. I sent an e-mail and they e-mailed me back to say they had not received the coffee that was returned. I then e-mailed them the order # and when it was sent back also i had a confirmation # of the date they received it. I paid for return receipt assuring me that it had reached its destination with out a doubt. I am still awaiting my refund of 159.60 coffee without the shipping charges. That is what i asked for . The coffee (8 boxes) wassent back.

The infomercial is misleading, incorrect and is a great example of the bait and switch technique. Their customer service is non-existent, they don't answer the phone or emails. This company should be put out of business.
