I ordered the bitshooter on Dec 5th hoping to get it for christmas. The ad was for $19.95. I ordered three expecting to pay about $60 plus S&H. the order came to $156.35 and it woould take 6 -8 weeks for delivery. I wanted to cancel the order before I hung up the phone. the autop order system would not let me cancel. I called back about four hours later to cancel. The lines were busy. I was told to leave a message, which I did. I told them to cancel my order. On Dec. the 8th the charge showe up on my credit statement. I tryed calling them again and again was told to leave a message. No response. on about Jan 7th I receied the order. I called again on Jan 12th to tell them I had cancelled. They said they would check their phone records and call me back. It is COB Jan 13th, no response. Do not do business with this company.

I send for the Bitshooter as it appear in TV.I order it on 10/13/05 and did NOT received it untill 1/11/06.I was charge $67.75 I call why the delay they said it was return, LIE, I been in this address for the past 28 years and the post office knows to leave a notification on my box.Second excuse was that the person failed to put the order when we call on Dec 9 to find out again why the delay, when they had tell me it only will take 5 to6 busiuness day when I first place the order.I look at the box and it has the UPS sticker on it.Ups knows my home addresss and my job place wich is only 2 Block away from my home,so there cant be a mistake ither. It was all their fault.I was charge $19.90 for shipping and handling(mind that UPS only chrege #7.50 for ground service, which is what i got). When i call to find out why, the reply was that it was 2 bitshooters,I ask why again because they both came in the SAME box,so there for should be only one charge for shipping. The famous drill is a piece of JUNK,It has 6 nicd-zeller batteries(My recharge are more powerfull that this piece of garbage). And the famous bits are of no use becuse the bit are not all flat or stars,They are lioke allen wrechs that you hardly eve use, only one came with 3 flat and 3 star.Unfurtunally I found out about this web site after all this and I decide to stay with it because from the storys I have read I may not even get my money back and niether the tools..This is my story I hope someone can benefit from it..JUAN

On dec.13 2005 I ordered on line the bit shooter products. I have yet to recieve any of them as of Jan 9 2006. I called the phone number at the site i ordered it from. I did speak to a represenative, he told me the products were shipped on Dec. 27th and would be comming regular mail in 7 to ten days. I have already been billed for the merchandise in my credit card statement, and still no products. I honestly think i have been ripped off.

I foolishly ordered the merchandise on December 19. Never received the order. Called the telephone number listed on my credit card statement. Bogus number. Emailed customer service and received a response with no shipping manifest or documentation, no street address for certified mail and no working telephone number, just said the merchandise was shipped on December 27 and wait another week (it has now been ten days since December 27). Called the credit card company to dispute the transaction and admit my embarrasment for being so foolish. Next steps, contacting Better Busines Bureau, Attorney General and finally media.

My Bitshooter arrived, after I had to pay the 9.95 shipping for the free drill as well as the other shipping. I decided to get it mainly for the drill. That was most inferior. I know you sometimes need to charge the battery 4 or 5 times to get it to come up to power. I did this but it is absolutely hopeless. The box it came in said 18 Volt Heavy duty. I have more power and stamina in my little toe. The drill charger and battery are all marked as 18 volt. Being a retired electrician and amateur radio Ham operator I know about such things. My digital voltmeter gave an output of 12, no load. There is no way it can charge an 18 v battery. The battery had 6 cells in. It has screws so I could look inside. This can give 7.2 volts - not 18. I tried a battery of my own which IS a genuine 18 volt on. It over-run the drill causing it to go too fast and it sparked a lot - obviously it too was not 18 volt either. i was never given any choice about the drill to update - this is all new to me. I got this info from this site from others who have writtn in. The Dept of A/T/CP ( see below) have looked into it and I got a response. It is still ongoing. A few more pople writing in will help us all. Why should we allow ourselves to be scammed and just give up without a fight? I am in dispute with them and was advised to contact the Det Of Agriculture Fisheries and Consumer Complaints in the State they are from. I see some of you have an address in Florida. This is the one they used by me. Bit Shooter 16595 W Stratton Dr. New Berlin W.I. 53151. And the Dept of A/F CComplaints I am using is. State of Winconsin Dept Agriculture Trade and Customer Protection. 10930 W Potter Rd. Suite C. Milwaukee, WI 53226 Write and get your own back - give them the Hell they have dished out to us - On a Major TV network too.

Like hundreds of other people, I ordered a bit shooter online from southern tools off of an infomercial ad. What a fool I was. I have never received the merchandise, and I was billed for the merchandise. I am going after this company, and I WILL NEVER ORDER OFF OF AN INFOMERICAL AGAIN.. By allowing bogus companies to advertise on an informercial, you hurt yourselves. I wonder how bogus you are.

I ordered 2 bit shooters at a total of 67 dollars on the 15th of December and now Christmas Eve , no bitshooters! I called my CC company and no charge as of yet. But I am hoping I put it on the right card, because curiously, the invoice they emailed me as a confirmation of my order does not note the card number used to make the purchase, I am feeling scammed. As a mom of two little ones trying to take care of a newborn and shop online to make it easier, I feel disgusted with bitshooter.com. I will be filling out a form with the Better BB and I will dispute any charges if they try to charge my card. Now I need to find my father a present on Christmas Eve! Trudging to the mall with two kids today sounds like a level of hell from Dante's Inferno! Happy freakin Holidays.

On December 3, 2005 I ordered a bit-shooter by phone. At the end of the computer phone call, I was told the cost would be $77.80. Most of the charges were multiple hits for shipping and handling. I immediately called back to cancel. I was told by computer to call a customer service number that I was on hold for about 30 minutes with no person ever speaking to me. I have called my credit card company three times and the charge has not yet been put through, nor have I received any product. I will continue to check with my credit card company. They are aware this is a scam and they will assist me in stopping the charge. Do not purchase a bit shooter for any reason.

I ordered my Bit Shooter on the December 7th after seeing a commercial for it on TV. I thought it would make a nice gift for my dad. Well.. after not hearing anything for a week, I decided to give them a call. They told me that my order had not yet shipped. There was no way to get it here before Christmas so I asked the lady to just cancel my order, then she told me that it has been transferred to shipping and could not be canceled. I decided to just ride it out and call them later in the week and get the tracking number, so I called later that week and the product still had not shipped. Absolutely frustrated, I just gave up and went to [] and got one for 14.95... oy... so almsot 3 weeks after I placed my on what the website and commerical called a "great Christmas gift" I called up Bit Shooter again and found out that my order was still "transferred to shipping". Last I checked, 9 dollar shipping weeks on any carriers. I asked to speaked to a manager, big mistake. She put me on hold for 30 minutes and finally when I got back on the line with someone, it was another "customer service representative." This has been the most rediculous company I have ever dealt with. Im going to tae the one bac to [] and buy a generic one I saw for the same price, This company doesnt deserve one cent.

I ordered the BitShooter along with the drill and the drill bit set over the internet on 11/25/05. Have yet to receive it and my e-mails have not been answered. One even came back as couldn't deliver to server. As far as I know, my credit card has not been charged, but don't remember which card I used, it has been so long. I think we may have all been ripped off and something needs to be done.

I ordered the bit shooter around thanksgiving off of the TV. Right when I saw it I thought "This would be a nice and not too expensive gift for my dad." Plus it came with a power drill and all I had to do was pay for the shipping of it. It was not until the very end of the phone conversation the the machine told me the price was going to be $58. There was nothing I could do because it was the machine and I tried calling the customer service number to cancel the order and it kept saying it was closed for the holidays or some crap. However I did just get off of the phone with them finally today and it is December 16th and after waiting forever they told me my order was shipped December 9 and taked 7-10 days. So maybe I will have it at least by Christmas!
