I ordered the Richard Simmons Blast Off Videos and two additional videos on the same phone call. I declined all other offers and was in fact adamant about not wanting anything else. I was nonetheless sent a congratulations letter for having joined his recipe club. I called customer service at the time and wrote a letter to the company saying that it was a mistake. Weeks later, I received a box of recipes and a statement that my credit card had been billed. I tried to call the customer service number yesterday, not an 800 #, and got a hold recording for 15 minutes. I will be contacting my credit card company and writing Good Times as well. Just FYI (and I will fill out a separate report), last week I received monthly videos (from the Firm Method) that I did not order. I was able to get through to customer service. They said they would correct the mistake but them informed me that I was being billed for vitamins as well! I ordered neither the monthly videos or the vitamins. Well Guess who the firm bill came from? GT Marketing at the same address as the Richard Simmons fraudulent bills! Please advise me as to how to report this marketing company to the authorities. I feel sure they are stealing from others as well. Thank you so much for your site.
