Where do I start. I read most of the complaints and concluded that I have to say something too. I got the program about three years ago and it sits in a storage room, now, collecting dust. I bought the program on the spot, believing Carlton's wisdom and sage advice right off the bat. Carlton offered me an easy way to build wealth. When I received the program, I opened it and read the material. The beginning was just business fluff, basically. Stuff I learned in college to set up a business, get motivated, etc.The rest was more of a surprise. I wanted to believe so badly in the things, sometimes seemingly unethical, he was telling me to do to secure my first property and then many more, I was hypnotized. I even let my level headed and responsible wife-to-be listen to the material with me on the ways to buy property with no money down, and her one eyebrow started to raise up. She could see right through him because she was objective, and I was not. And there were those times Carlton kept talking about money, and credit, when the whole idea of the program was to buy property with "NO MONEY DOWN" with bad to marginal credit. Also, The help from his mentors were a joke. First thing he wanted to know about were my credit scores. Carlton, you got me!!! I was looking for our ticket to happiness with little effort and no money involved on our part. DOES NOT EXIST THE WAY YOU ARE BAITED ON T.V.

I ordered the carleton sheets no down payment real estate course and the course is way too old and outdated i would highly recommend
that when you start a business with these companies check with the better business bureau first.i've made $0 dollars using this system however you can make alot money in real estate investing but this course is not recommended it's a complete scam.there is no such thing as get rich quick their all cons that want to make money off the poor and the rich stays rich.

I ordered the system trying to get a free play station 3. I got billed for the shipping and i was going to send it back in 30 days. I sent it back before 30 days but they did not get it in time. They charged me all this money and sent me the program back. I told them what happened and they told me that if i send it back again they would just send it back. I was stuck with it. So i sent it to my sister since she just started in the real estate business. I hate i even wasted my time.

About 3 years ago I ordered the $300 starter package from Carleton Sheets. I thought this was the basic course, right? $300 is a lot of money. Was I wrong! All the videos were, in themselves, infomercials! I had paid $300 to sit and listen to the dumbest people on the planet (they were deliberately chosen to sound mentally incapable of crossing the street)describe how well they have done with the Carelton Sheets program. I was disgusted. I wanted to return the box immediately, except I am enormously busy, and left the box in the trunk of my car for longer than I will admit to. Eventually, I put it out with the trash...which it was , after all, anyway. Wendy

I bought the program ,and it is fine for a beginning buyer. No info you can't find in any real estate book or online, however. The problem is the sleazeballs at the PEI. I have talked to several of the "mentors" and as agressive as they are, they are uneducated. Don't ask them any questions, because they are thrown if it is not in the script, and become defensive. They have essentially no real estate experience themselves. My favorite line when I asked what the mentoring cost? "Why do you want to know?" I burst out laughing and hung up! Also be aware that PEI does the mentoring for Robert Kiyosaki and other people, but like to disguise that they are PEI with other names!

I was the victim of my debit card number being stolen. Carlton Sheets was one of the items purchased with my number. I contacted the company only to be told the only way I would get credit is if I sent the stuff back...Hello it's credit card fraud....My bank took care of everything but now I am getting harrassing phone calls at work 2 and 3 times a day and constant letter billing me for their program. I can not get it through to them that I did not order it even though they have false email information etc. This bunch is a scam artists for sure!!!!!

I ordered Carlton Sheets and later found out that it wasn't for me. I don't have the time between being Active duty Army and working a second job to pay for a divorce lawyer because my ex wife is taking me to the poor house. I called them back and they said that they couldn't take it back and I wouuld have to pay the $329.90. Well I honestly forgot about it between my court dates and so and working two jobs and received a letter in the mail from I.C. Systems, Inc. saying that I owe $329.90. This is such a scam and Carlton Sheets is living fat and happy off of innocent people's hard earned money. He is nothing but a scammer.

I too was taken a few years back for the tune of $360.00. What a fool I was to believe Mr. Carleton Sheets. The course was on tapes then and not discs.

I ordered this product to get credit for my "free" laptop. They only charged me for the $9.95 fee, which is fine, but then I didn't send them the package back (I was out of town for a while) and forgot about it. Then they sent me a bill and I sent the package back. Now they are calling me and saying I owe them around $300 for something I never opened and looked at but sent it back after the trial period. Their little collection agency can call my cell phone all they want,I am not paying $300 for something I did not want and do not possess. Possession is nine tenths of the law, right?

Please, if you are thinking about real estate investment, do not order this course. All of the materials are readily available and cost nothing. Do not fall for the return policy. For starters, they do not provide a phone number for you to call to get the address to send it back in their printed materials. When you do locate a number to call, they merely extend the 30 day period and refuse to give out their return address. Then they continue to charge your card. No refunds are allowed and no return addresses are provided. Does this sound like a scam to you...then it is!

Do not buy into this scam program. I purchased the 30 day free trial program and specifically asked the rep what happens if I return the program, she informed me that I would get my 9.95 refunded. THAT IS NOT TRUE!! I just called to see if they've received the program and I was informed the 9.95 is non refundable. I went ahead and closed my checking account and reoponed another one, debit card and all explaining to the bank rep what had happened. I have filed a complaint with the bbb as well, i know it might not matter but at least i've added another complaint to the hundreds this cheater and scammer carlton sheets has received.
DO NOT BUY THE PROGRAM. DO NOT BUY THE 30 DAY FREE TRIAL AS YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

Whom do you believe? The scores of happy-looking successful course graduates with their tidy net worths, or the 112 or so (at my reading) angry, bitter complaints offered in various levels of literacy? I went to the website (AsSeenOnTV . . . Carleton) and noticed that the actual price of the course beyond the 9.95 trial was not posted anywhere - at least not until you provide your credit card number. So I called the phone number on the website and was treated like an idiot by some impatient, arrogant rep. Oh, he gave me a RANGE of pricing alright, but could never quite understand why I was calling. No prizes for guessing which side I believed!

A box of Mr. Sheets' materials for his "PEI Real Estate Investment Program" arrived unordered and unwanted at our house last week. I have never seen Mr. Sheets' "infomercials" and certainly never ordered his real estate course. I immediately checked my credit card statement online and discovered that I had been charged $9.95 each for TWO sets of the materials. I called my credit card company, who advised me that they could not determine who placed the order or how Mr. Sheets got my credit card number. I told the credit card company to dispute the charges and to cancel and replace my credit card. The following day I called the toll-free number listed in the materials to notify PEI Real Estate that I had not ordered the materials and wanted to return them. The woman who took my call was very courteous and responsive. She said that she did not dispute that I had not ordered the materials and that she would send me shipping labels to use to return the materials free of charge to PEI. She also told me that a second box of materials had been sent addressed to me, but at a street address two blocks from my house. She couldn't explain how or why this happened. We have received the shipping labels and will be sending back the one box of materials we did receive. Judging from the web postings about Mr. Sheets, it appears that many others have received these unsolicited packages and, I assume, have also been fraudulently charged for them. I would welcome any suggestions on where to report and complain about this. Scams like this should be shut down before they can take advantage of anyone else.

Well, my wife is laughing at me again. We ran across this website, and she says I just have to post here to tell of my experiences. We purchased the course about 8 years ago when all we could get is cassette tapes. Still have em. Can't sell em on Ebay or nothing, loaned em out, you know how people will keep hte stuff and not bring em back? , well they brought it back. Anyway, we saw then it would be nearly impossible to buy something without any money down, unless you were rich and had all the credit in the world. Then 6 years later, I see that he now has cd's and dvd's and a new computer program. the infomercial had since changed too?? 9.95 and you can send it back? great, I'll order it and see what's changed and send it back get my money back. Not a chance. They inform me that the credit card was declined, although it was good, and I should just keep the program and they would recharge the card, giving me an additional 30 days to try it out again. The rest is history, I am now over the time limit, and there is no record of what happened with the card. so the program is being bought again. I went ahead and paid for the program in full, and told them I wanted nothing else to do with the program. Later i found out you can get the whole program for free on isohunt and this just adds to my grief. Anyway if someone is looking at this and thinking about buying it, check on the internet first, you may just find it for free, and if you can't take my advice, Don't buy it!! The course will tell you that you can convince someone that has a mortgage on their house, that you will pay them with interest, and take control of their property and anyone knows thats not gonna happen. A bank?, get real, unless you put up your first child you aren't gonna get a loan, and you have to have down payment, and then with fannymae, and freddimac, you have to be living in it yourself. Unless you already have money you aren't gonna make money with this course. Plain and simple.

I ordered the Carleton Sheets product. The package was delivered to my apartment building in Chicago - but not signed by me. I never received the package. Eventually is was returned to Carleton Sheets. In the interim their collections agency harrassed me to complete the payment - with the assurance that I would get the package upon full completion of payment. Like a mug I did it - and paid them off. I have never received the package. Unknown to me (this happens in the best of marriages) my wife ordered the Carleton Service about a year later. When the package arrived, I gently mentioned to my wife that this was the same outfit that never horoured their original undertaking to me. I phone customer services and enquired if this package could be accepted by them as hornoing their original agreement - and thereby cancell my wife's order. They said they would get back to me. They deducted my wife's order from our debit card (until I changed it) They get back to me almost everyday through their collections entity. I do not have the time to go over this again and again - so now it seems I have paid one and half times for a product (I have not opened the box to this day) and am still be harrassed by the company for more money. I will not let this rest...

I purchased this scam. Although they were very responsive while I was seeking information, they were not even returning my calls half-way through the "coaching" program. The salesperson said if I didn't like the service, I could just begin to question the payment through the credit card they encouraged me tho charge the service on. This they called "using other people's money (!). Total baloney. I've paid over $2,400 in interest charges on this credit card. This alone was half the cost of the program to begin with! A definite fraud.

Check this out, this product was never ordered by my girlfriend or I and showed up at our old apartment. Our Land Lord who we were still good friends with called us to let us know the package of this "Junk" was there. We picked it up, looked at each other and I said "I didnt order it" so it sat in our office for a few weeks and was never even opened while we were wondering how we even recieved it. We finally called our credit card and it wasnt charged to us. Then Carlton Sheets Thugs called us saying our credit card didnt go thru and we owed them the full amount, or they would settle on a $100 settlement to close the account or file a police report to prove fraudulant dealings. The police have no such report to offer us because is so ABSURD! The collection Thugs for Carlton Sheets call nearly every day for their money, but since we just talked to the police about it, we are going to record our conversation and tell them its all being recorded for our lawyer and to send someone to come out here and pick up their SCAM Package or we are going to just throw it in the dump!! If they think they can harass us much longer they are terribly mistaken and we will which the roles with our lawyer. This whole thing is such a headache, Carlton Sheets you should be ashamed of yourself!!

It looks like this is a real scam. I ordered the Carlton Sheets Course 12/27/06 and after opening the box, looking briefly looking at the material I promptly repackaged the material and resent it to PEI ( Professional Education Institute) in Bloingbrook Il. H. Morales signed for it when it was recieved on 1/9/07. Now I get those phone calls (12 in one day)and an occasional letter demanding full payment. If they can't manage their recieving department any better we should be compensated for our inconvenience. No excuse for this many complaints. I am 64, never, ever ,had a credit problem and now this lame crew is trying to collect for material that I no longer have and is in their hands. Carlton Sheets needs to appologize to myself any anyone who , has had to experience this bush league behavior.

I am FINALLY adding my two cents worth to the long list of complaints, because I didn't know there was a place to actually voice them until now! About three years ago, I stupidly ordered the Carlton Sheets course. I returned it within the required peiod and thought it was over with. WRONG. They kept debiting my bank account (using the debit card I had given them to purchase he couse). They kept charging me for additional unordered materials and newsletters, etc. The only way to put a stop to their unauthorized charges was to finally CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD! I haven't heard from them since!
