In December of 2007 I ordered the craftlite cutter on line. In January of 2008 I reordered the same thing again thinking maybe the didn't get my order. In february I sent the company an email explaining that I ordered 2 of their product. I wanted both as I was going to givre the second one to a friend. They sent me a reply saying the had no record of my order. I sent them my confirmation that they sent me. They said hadn't been processed but should be soon. Two weeks later I sent another email and again the same no order with my information. So, again I sent the confirmations again. Finally On March 3rd I called them directly and was told that both orders had been shipped that day and my credit card was charged. I was told that it was being sent to Canada first off and was told that they don't ship to Canada. But on their website you have to state Canada on the order form. So, I thought what ever they had shipped it. On the 24th of April I still hadn't received them so I contacted them again and was told that it should have only taken i month to receive them. So, I was given a couple of option. I could reorder then but I would still be waiting another month or I could wait a ittle longer or I could cancel the orders and have credits issued. So because I really wanted the cutter I said I would wait til the early part of May and see if they showed up. On May 8th I called back and told them I would like to cancel my orders. I was told it would take a couple of days to receive the credit which was fine. On May 12th I was credited for both cutters. I must say though both time that I called the customer servive ladies were very nice and apologetic. So here it is June 12th and still nothing. I am very disappointed with this company because they can't supply their product. I think with all the complaints they shouldn't be able to advertise their product. I still see their adds on TV and get very angry because I really wanted this.

I ordered the Craftlite cutter online after seeing the TV infomercial. It took about a month and I did receive it. Like others however there was no information included , especially for reordering the cutting blades...They give 3 different blades and then 3 other free with it { I think thats how the ad went, but 6 in all] yet for the majority of my purposes the , the straight cut is what I need and use most. Having the lite on the cutting edge is a good concept and does help me trim pictures [ I trim about 100 a week or more~!] but the blade goes dull fast and without the straightedge on the cutter for the most part becomes useless!
**Also the body of it is VERY flimsey and I have had to make several 'passes' at a time cutting pics which also led to chabby edges- it bends so it is hard to get a clean cut on larger pieces, so overall I was not pleased with it. [I also have [] and that is much better...[although no lite] at least on the [ ]type [] you can get replacement blades]... [but mine is an old fiskars so that was what prompted me to try the Craftcutter, cant get blades for that either...
On the Craftcutter, I was charged S & H and it came to $28.98 rather than the $19.99- I think it was $7.99 SH .
They shoul be required, minimally, to give info on replacement blades, human contact customer service & a return address for those who receive it and see it as junk~.

Just an update to my earlier post - I got tired of waiting for my product (we're going on 3 months now since I ordered). I emailed them asking to cancel my order. What do you know? A few days later the charge for the product finally appeared on my credit card. I'm just curious to see if I actually get it now. And to the person who posted in the "defend this product" section: It's good to hear somebody had a good experience. However, I don't think anybody here is complaining about the product itself. Most of us haven't even received one! :)

I ordered a Craft-Lite Cutter from Worldwide over the phone. It was suppose to be $19.95. I only ordered one. When I checked my e-bank statement it showed a withdraw of $41.96 from Craft-Lite Cutters. The product came in today and does not have any contact information to call and speak to anyone about it. I would like to return it at this point and have them give my money back. The phone number I have from the TV advertisement gives no option to speak to a person or any means to contact them. This is definately a SCAM!

I think all the people that are getting 2 of these items must be getting other peoples' because I have the opposite problem! I placed my order online over 2 months ago and haven't received it yet. Luckily for me, my credit card hasn't been charged ... yet. I emailed them a couple weeks ago asking about the status of the order. Like a previous poster here they emailed back saying they couldn't find my order based on the info I provided (which included their invoice number????) I replied with the additional info they were asking for and they replied saying the items were being shipping daily and mine should be shipped soon. 2 weeks later, still nothing. I just emailed them again saying I want to cancel my order and (stupidly probably) informing them that I still hadn't been charged for the item. I wish I found this site before I ordered. I've ordered online tons and tons of times with no issues. This is ridiculous and shouldn't be allowed.

I went to the web site for the craft cutter and was surprised they wanted my personal info first. I should have listened to the warning bells ringing in my head as my experience went downhill from there. All I wanted was one craft cutter but I got page after page of offers for other items I had no interest in buying. I finally got angry and logged off before placing an order. As with others, I got the craft cutter anyway even though I never finalized an order. Since I had it I tried it out and can't figure out how to use it even though I have similar products. I didn't get any instructions with the cutter so I filed my experience under "lessons learned." I now immediately exit any site that wants my personal info before allowing me to view items for ordering. This site needs to be shut down fast.

I ordered one "Craft Lite Cutter" and received two in the mail. I can not seem to be able to get in touch with anyone to find out if I was charged for two. When i called the info# the machine voice tried to keep me on the line to order a bunch of other things. After about 5 minutes I just hung up. It was ridiculous and I was angry with myself for even picking up the phone to order this item. Laurie []

I ordered one of these cutters back in September 2007, it was charged to my credit October 19th. Several phone calls were made between November and now, January 2008. Finally got an 800 number of parent company. 3PL Worldwide. Phone number 888 456-1940. I was able to talk with someone the end of December, they promised it would be in my hands in two weeks. That never happened. I called again today and was treated very rudely. The woman said the money would be refunded and hung up on me!

I went online to consider ordering the cutter. I entered the information requested and then changed my mind about ordering the cutter. I felt the cost was too high considering the high cost of shipping. So, I closed the site without confirming the order. The next thing, I know, I got an email confirming my order. I immediately emailed the company, since you can't speak to a real person on their 800 number, stating I did not put in an order for the cutter. I requested cancellation and they emailed back stating they couldn't find my order with the information provided, which included my order number and name and phone number. They said they needed the shipping address and my full name which I sent, again requesting cancellation of the order. Yesterday, when I checked my checking account, I discovered my checking account had been debited for the cutter. I again emailed them and asked that they credit my account for the amount they charged to it and to cancel my order. Their reply was that the order has already been shipped and cannot be cancelled. If I no longer want the items I can return it to the seller when they arrive at: Craft Lite Cutter500 Bic DriveMilford, CT 06460Â They also recommend that I ship the package with a method that allows for tracking so I will have proof of return should anything happen to my package in transit. They say their warehouse will issue credit in the original form of payment for the purchase price LESS any s/h charges once the item is received back and processed. So now they have made me responsible for shipping costs twice, if I return the item, which was never ordered. This is a SCAM and I would recommend not ordering this product.

Like others, I ordered 1 craftlite cutter but was sent two. When I tried to contact the company about it, all I got was their automated system. Now I'm stuck with a product I won't use and an unwanted charge on my credit card.

I ordered the Craft Lite Cutter on-line. When I got my e-mail confirmation it showed that two Cutters were ordered. I immediately tried to contact them at their customer service number, but their automated system didn't offer a way to report the error. I sent them an e-mail and asked for confirmation of it's receipt, but have gotten no response. Checking your site, I see that this is a common complaint about another of the vendor's (3plWorldWide) products, My Lil Reminder! I am amazed that with this apparent of pattern of fraud that they have not been prosecuted.

I ordered ONE craft lite cutter from []. I have been charged for SEVEN cutters and have not even received the product. The "customer service" is a joke. They give an email customer service address. I emailed many times after discovering I was being charged for SEVEN instead of the ONE I actually ordered. Never responded to the email. The customer service phone number is entirely automated and gives very limited options to choose. You never get to talk to a person. I feel I have been severly scammed by these people!!!
