After receipt my wife opened the box, decided it was too complex and told me to return it. Their web site says 30-day money back guarantee. Return authorization reuired. I called customer service both in the U.S. and Canada (the charge emanates from Canada, as it turns out) and got a recording...office closed. Call during business hours. They don't say what the business hours are. Then I read the many complaints on the internet. I have printouts of my order and their web site instructions for the 30-day guarantee, as well as the complaints listed on the net. I called my credit card company and they have placed the charge in dispute. They advised me to not return the device..just hold on to it awaiting disposition.
