I have purchase this product throught a retail store. I have used it for about a week. The claims the company makes about their product are not doing any thing for me. In fact I am not any more regular than what I was before. If I would have done my homework and check this Web site before, I would have save my mony.

I tried the product (caveat emptor, and all that. . .) and then discovered that this is essentially a credit card scam. They won't stop shipping to me and refuse to acknowledge that I didn't sign up for these repeat shipments. I'm a programmer by trade and tend to view with some skepticism claims made over the phone that "our records DO SHOW that you signed up for the repeat shipments!". And I'm repeatedly assured that I can "GO ONLINE" and correct the problem myself. Oddly enough, the site does NOT RECOGNIZE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION-although I get emails notifying me of each shipment. . .

I ordered this product and it did not do what it was advertised to do. As a matter of fact it made me feel sick because I take other kinds of prescribed medication. I was contacted by a telemarket and I told him I did nt want any more of this product. He told me that he will lower the price. I repeated my request to stop any more shipments since the products are useless to me. I have since received two more shipments. The last shipment was sent on March 04/08. My emails instructing Dual Action Cleanse have gone unacknowledged. What additional actions are open to me?

I don't want to waste anyones time with my horrific story about Dual Actions results (nil) but I do want to say that they are, in my opinion, con artists. After one order that didn't help me I called to cancel. The rep talked me into trying another product. I'm such a sucker, when it arrived the $ had jumped from $65 to $209!!! I called back to say that I had re-considered and that I wasn't interested. The rep talked me into trying the product. I called again, 7 days later to say that I wasn't interested and to get an RMA #. Again, the rep asked me to try it for 30 days. 24 days later I called to make a return and was told that I was over the 30 day timeline limit. They calculated it from my original calls rather than the last one. I guess this type of customer "interaction" is how they are able to afford their ridiculous advertising time.

When I called to order this product,I stated that I only wanted 1 month supply, they tried to talk me into the 3 month supply but re-stated that I only wanted one month supply. They agreed. I got my order and was trying it when another bottle showed up. I sent the bottle back and 1 month later, I recieved another bottle that I still have in my possesion. Still un-opened in the packaging it was shipped in.

I did try this product and found that it did nothing for me so I cancled my order. I get home from work today and find another box on my door step from them. When I called I was told that they had no record of my cancelation and that they would not refund what they had drafted from my account. When I requested to speak with a supervisor I was put on hold and hung up on. When I called back, I was told that the computer system was down at the moment and I would need to call back in about five minutes. I do not intend to let this drop. I can see that this company does not back it's product very well or care for it's consumer base. DO NOT GET SCAMED BY THESE PEOPLE !!!!!

I received this product unsolicited. They tried to charge my credit card but the credit card company caught on to the fact this company had been reported before and canceled the charge before I even knew about it.

I am stunned and angry that there are so many complaints and people that have been scammed and so few people are getting their money back. I ordered this product..experienced jitters, nauseam chest pain and when returning the product I was met with rude staff and I then found out my credit card had been charges 8 TIMES..when trying to sort this out by phone they denied the credit card had been charged that many times even when I had proof from my bank. I called repeatedly and they denied I had even made the order! They are making a ton of money and it is so wrong that people are not getting the hassle free refunds they were promises in their slick infomercial..I really hope these people are shut down..I have yet to receive a cent back from them and I am going to get it back one way or another and have a lawyer looking into it..A TOTAL SCAM..DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

My husband and I tried this. They promised us two for the price of one so they could bate us into both getting it. I tried it first, no luck period. They said "oh you take medicine, that's a different product, and it will cost (I believe $129) more. Then my husband tried it nothing. They sent them months apart after several attempts to get what they originally promised, then I recently received another package. What nuts. Our experience, it's a total SCAM!!!!

I should be smacked for falling for this but oh well...live and learn. I tried this product and like everyone else....got really sick from it. I called to cancel the product (twice) and emailed them (twice). Yet again, I have just been informed that another shipment is on the way. When I called to terminate (again) I was informed that my previous attempts were directed to the wrong parties...of course my fault...then they tried to sell me ANOTHER product. I guess the only way to resolve this will be to initiate a chargeback thru my bank. Has anyone had any luck with that??

I ordered Dual Action Cleanse from the infomercial for my husband. It does absolutely nothing. Its a waste of money. They add so much more to just the tablets. You need to drink almost 5 different pills plus a powder and to no avail. Its total garbage. My husband and I are using now 100% herbal products from the herb doc. Now this stuff works. I don't think I could ever trust and infomercial again.

I saw the infomercial and called to check on the price. I hung up before they answered and decided to do a web search instead. I saw all the complaints against them and decided not to place an order. They call me everyday to try and get me to make an order even though I never talked to anyone or left a message. The people on the phone get rude when I tell them to leave me alone and that I don't want the product.

Do NOT order this product. I also started to order on their website, but it would not let me order just once, so I NEVER completed the purchase. Then I found this website, and read how they capture your info anyway. I cancelled my card right away..and yet they still managed to charge it. Not I am in the run-around-loop disputing the charges. Run very fast from this company.

I ordered this product some time in the early part of December. First thing customer service messed up my order and charged me twice and overdrew my checking account. Yes they refunded the $137.25, but as of yet, not the overdraft charges, which I doubt I will see. I didn't receive the product until January 7, 2008. I used the product according to the instructions. I went to the bathroom right in the beginning, but after a week, I had to call the company because I was not having a bowel movement twice a day. They told me to take two of the colon cleanse tablets. I did and I am still not going twice a day, not even every day. I am in the process of calling to see if I can return my other kit which is for my next month's cleanse. I want my money back. I do better drinking some slimming tea, green tea and even smooth move tea. Sliming tea, Senna Leaf Tea and Smooth Move Tea move your bowels and clean you, and they are way cheaper. I was very very disappointed with this product and with the service I received.

Do Not Order This Product! This is a 100% SCAM as a product with very insignificant results. It is also a 100% SCAM as an order method, where you are tricked into auto payments and cannot stop them. Youll end up in court just to get your money back.

I called to order this product in November 2007. I was told it would take a few weeks to receive the product. The next day I was contacted to see if I had successfull placed an order which I said yes. Weeks went by and by the end of December I still had not recvived my product. Thankfully my credit card had not been charged. I called several times to the customer service number only to be told that there was no record of me placing an order. I told them that if they couldn't find an order not to worry about it and not to charge my card. I guess I got lucky!

the first time i used dual action, it only took an hour before i was on the toilet vomiting for more than three hours. i thought i had just developed a stomach bug & the pills upset it further, so i decided to wait awhile before i tried the pills again. i was very skeptical to take more, but this past sunday (almost two years after my first try) i decided to try them again. it's now almost thursday & all week i have been feeling extremely tired, crabby & sick to my stomach. i thought it was just the effects of adding new pills to my diet & them "cleaning me out." thank god when i got home from my classes i decided to look up if anyone else had these same effects..i promptly threw the entire box into the garbage.

I wish I would have consulted the internet prior to purchasing this product at my local health foods store. I started on it last night and it's now the afternoon the next day and I am still awake with problems- lots of runny stools and very painful gas have been plaguing me all evening. I have been feeling very jittery also and that has contributed to the insomnia. I have not looked into a process to get a refund, but by the looks of what i've seen on this site it will be no picnic. i may just write it off as a 'lesson learned'. please do not try this product. it really is awful

Tried the product about a year ago. It didn't work and made me feel worse. I did call them and explained what was happening then returned the product and I did receive the money back at that time. I think they must have gotten so many complaints that they can't afford to return the money to those of you trying to return the product now. Seems like it would be off the market by now.
